• fctoller (9/5): Venecia, una Ciudad de ensueño - El departamento estaba ubicado cerca de la Marina en Venecia y era muy tranquilo, nos quedo un tanto lejos de la actividad de Venecia pero ya sabíamos de antemano. Tenia todo lo necesario. Estuvimos solo dos noches. Estábamos a 18 Minutos de la Estación de Trenes Sta Lucia a pie, lo cual estuvo muy bien para la partida y la llegada. Luego un poco mas lejos del centro pero es tan bello Venecia que nos gustaba recorrer cada callecita. Adele es una anfitrión muy buena, siempre estuvo atenta a todo lo que le consultábamos. Lo pasamos muy bien. No tengo nada para decir en especial.

• ignacio (8/5): Perfecto - El alojamiento está un poco alojado del centro pero tiene transporte publico cerca, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados... y de la estación central no está tan lejos como otros alojamientos. Tiene todos los servicios, la comunicación con la anfitriona perfecta y todo facilidades, ninguna queja aunque el alojamiento tiene mosquiteras, había muchos mosquitos, entiendo que más por los canales de venecia que por el alojamiento en sí

O apartamento é confortável e tem tudo o que você necessita para uma boa estadia. O contato com a proprietária é facil e rapido. Gostamos bastante! Fica um pouco longe do centro e das principais atrações, mas para quem gosta de caminhar pela cidade isso nao é um problema

• Amy (8/5): Fine stay in Venice, but not as nice as pictures - Had enough beds to suit our party of 5. Fridge, air conditioning, bathroom, etc. Quiet area, walkable to popular sites without being in the midst of it all. The portable-type air conditioner in the back bedroom (not shown in photos) didn’t work or cool down the room whatsoever. Location was a bit far from the main attractions, but not a problem for people who don’t mind walking. Overall the space felt a bit dingier and more run-down than the pictures depict.

• Liridona (7/5): Goed veblijf, alles was schoon en aanwezig. - Goede instructie voor de sleutel en bereikbaarheid. Alles was aanwezig en super als je met meerdere personen bent. Bedden waren in orde. Het rook er wat vochtig. Ik weet niet of dit kwam doordat de droogtrommel aanstond toen we aankwamen.

• Mark (9/5): A taste of real Venetian life only 10 minutes walk from the main parts - This is a real Venetian experience! The location is away from the very busy main parts which we loved. It is in a quiet area which is very relaxed and the little bars and restaurants are full of locals. The apartment is good and we enjoyed our stay. Adele was very helpful. Grazie

The host, Adele, was so helpful with instructions on how to check in, and how to navigate Venice by foot and by water bus. The apartment was lovely, the beds so comfortable, and we could walk to Venice proper in minutes. Chuffed we chose such a convenient and lovely place to stay.

Although we did not use the kitchen it was well equipped and having the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer was great. Adele was amazing to deal with and provided lots of information and was very responsive to questions and queries. Although the property was clean the bathroom was a bit tired. The aircon in one of the rooms was not very effective but we were visiting during the heatwave.
• Lettie (8/5): Charming - It's in a lovely quaint area that is quiet away from hustle and bustle of Venice, but still has lots of charm. It's a beautiful walk there from the train station. Adele was very responsive to any messages and Natalia who we met at the accommodation was very lovely and helpful when we arrived early. We spent most of our time there exploring Venice so only went back to accommodation to sleep, the beds were very comfortable

Very close to the water taxi spot. Easy to get to and from the Venezia S. Lucia train station. Quiet neighborhood away from the tourist area. Cute apartment with everything you need. Apartment is really two bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen. There’s no common area. We were here for an overnight to break up our train ride from Austria to Rome, so the lack of common area was not an issue.we’re a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. If we stayed for several days it would have been an issue with no common area to relax together.

Well connected with a water boat station right next to it. 3. Very clean. Venice was very hot during our visit and the air conditioning in the property wasn’t very effective.

Beds were very comfortable and there was room to move in the shower which was not always the case in other places we stayed in Europe. Air conditioners were much appreciated. Also great for walks to all the attractions and 8 min walk to water taxi station with a direct connection to the airport. Apartment was very cozy with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom (loved the spacious shower). Kitchen had coffee and sugar and there was air conditioning in both bedrooms. Host was very communicative and available per whatapp. AC in one bedroom was a little noisy and it would have been nice to have shampoo in the shower and coffee creamer in the kitchen.

• Eleninah (9/5): Good place for staying, away from the center caos! - Small house, but very cosy. It has got everything. Very clean place. Very closed to Vaporetto stop. Supermarket at about 300 meters far from home. Not very far walking from Rialto.
• Allan (4/5): Disappointing - The location is a walk from the main sights but we enjoy staying in quieter areas, which this was. Bed was comfortable, and owners were kind and responsive. The bathroom is pretty bad. I understand that Venice is a very wet, humid place, but lack of ventilation in the bathroom has caused issues with mold, and this was in January, when it was quite cold and not as humid as it is in warmer months. I can’t imagine how it must be then. As someone who has been sick from mold before, I am very sensitive to it now. I avoided the bathroom as much as possible, foregoing a shower for the two nights of our stay. We did contact the host and made them aware of the issue and partially refunded us, which we appreciated. However, the issue needs to be addressed and fixed long term.

• Shakila (5/5): Great location, some room for improvement - Located in a more quieter part of Venice, not far from the train station and easily accessible to get to other landmarks. The apartment was very spacious, and the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. The mosquitoes were such a pain and the showers heads were all black. This was a huge let down as we did not shower in the apartment due to this, when we really needed to.
