• Mireille (10/5): Hemels, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! - Prachtig appt., lekker ruim, ieder z’n eigen badkamer en fantastisch groot terras. Prima bar beneden in een gezellige straat, dichtbij de waterbus.
• Anne (10/5): Le Venise des Vénitiens à deux pas de l’Arsenal - L’appartement est incroyablement bien situé, à dix minutes de la place Saint-Marc en longeant le canal. Les équipements sont parfaits, les lits très confortables et tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. La terrasse est un vrai plus, nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Pour plus de clarté : l’appartement compte cinq pièces en plus de la cuisine. Deux salons, dont un, fermé, est équipé d’un canapé-lit très confortable ; trois chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains et ses toilettes. Nous avons séjourné à 8 et c’était donc parfait. Pour compléter le tout, Lionella nous a très gentiment et efficacement accueillis à notre arrivée. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
• Philippe (10/5): On aimerait garder cette adresse confidentielle - Emplacement exceptionnel. Vaste appartement dans un palais vénitien de 1550. Trois belles chambres avec salle de bain et une autre supplémentaire. Une terrasse pour apercevoir la lagune.

• Petra (10/5): Ein toller Kurztrip mit Freundinnen nach Venezia - Die Ausstattung Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist super. Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Er antwortet auch sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Die beiden Zimmer zur Straßenseite waren natürlich etwas lauter (langes Reden in der Nacht direkt unter den Fenstern).

Restaurants, bars, icre-cream, grocery in the street. Vaporetto at 5min. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to Lionella who speaks a perfect english. Nothing
• Maiers (10/5): Our stay in Venice was wonderful, and we loved the stateliness and decor of the apartment and the Castello neighborhood! - The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was worth the somewhat longer ferry ride from/to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, and had someone (Lionella) meet us at the ferry stop and walk us to the apartment. She was very knowledgeable and provided great information about the apartment and the surrounding area, with helpful tips and recommendations.

• Karina (10/5): Świetne miejsce dla chcących uniknąć turystycznych tłumów, a nadal być blisko. - Świetna komunikacja, b. miła pani opowiedziała nam o rzeczach, które nas interesowały. Przekazała wszystkie najważniejsze informacje o apartamencie i okolicznych atrakcjach. Dawno nie miałam takiej obsługi. Spotkanie było punktualne. Wiele ciekawostek zostało nam przekazanych o okolicy.

The kitchen had anything you needed to prepare meals. The unit was very clean and centrally located. Restaurants right outside the front door. We would definitely stay here again.

• Nick (9/5): Great and would recommend. - The location away from the tourist hot spots was a bonus. Lovely local area with good restaurants and bars. The outside area was brilliant. Well equipped. As mentioned in the details, the property is above a bar so the front 2 bedrooms are noisy. Having said that we were there 3 nights and it was only for the first night.
• Serdar (10/5): 100% recommended - It was one of our best stays ❤️. The location is excellent. In the middle of a street full of cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Several bakeries and markets in 50 meters. The apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The host provided us with all the city related information we may need during our stay. The balcony was unforgettable. We were seven, and every one of us enjoyed a lot. Thank you, Luisa, Roberto, and Lionella. 100% recommended.
• Randi (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location to see the biennial. If the weather had been better, the terrace would have been a perfect hangout. Some noise from the bar on the first floor, but we all slept well just the same.

• Vanalphen (5/5): We love Venice but it is not easy to find a good spot to stay with good price/quality balance - We liked the location, in Castello, a nice neighbourhood, easy to go around everywhere, also near Arsenale. Having a terrace is also nice. The host waited for us upon arrival at the watertaxi stop and took us to the appartment. Three sets of keys was also a positive point. Enough towels were provided for everybody. What we did not know is that the appartment is right above two bars. Two bedrooms are literally above the bars at the street side. Incredible noise of music and lots of people, also noise of machinery (I guess cooling for the bar fridges or so, airco maybe also) until very late at night. We stayed without warm/hot water, only cold. We took cold showers. This was solved on day three.
