• Carron (9/5): Un appartement génial au coeur de Venise ! - L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Venise. L'appartement est facile d'accès, grâce aux bonnes indications du propriétaire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipements avec un plus pour la terrasse. L'endroit est calme et plein de charme. Si je dois dire un petit bémol, ça serait la dureté de la literie mais sinon tout parfait !

Pełne wyposażenie: zmywarka, pralka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Super taras. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

• Vera (10/5): - Апартаменты хорошие, большие, светлые, удобные. Все как заявлено, удачно расположены. В тихом месте и не далеко от всех достопримечательностей. Хозяин не предупредил, что для прогулок в субботу и воскресенье по центру города необходимо иметь QR код, который или приобретается на месте за 10 € теми кто приехал на выходных или если вы на дольше остаетесь, то вам делается хозяином или гостиницей, после оплаты туристического сбора. Сбор мы оплатили, а QR не получили. Пришлось оплачивать на месте, т.к. мы не могли попасть в центр города.
• Karolina (9/5): - W mieszkaniu znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Czysto i wygodnie. Plus za windę w budynku. Klimatyzacja w sypialni działała, ale przez 4 dni pobytu mimo różnych ustawień, nie byliśmy w stanie ustawić jej tak, żeby nie wiało bezpośrednio na łóżko - po wyłączeniu w ciągu 5 minut w pomieszczeniu robiło się duszno. Kontakt z właścicielem - dobry. Minut, za brak odpowiedzi w czasie pobytu.

• Jacqueline (9/5): A great place to stay in Venice with everything you need and easy to explore. - The property is lovely and the outdoor terrace is an added bonus. It felt very comfortable and had everything you needed. The location is great with the airport ferry stop close by and lots of restaurants on the doorsteps. It’s very easy to walk to all the parts of the island and to the train station. The host was very helpful and available if you have any questions. This would be a great place for a couple of for friends to stay.

• Paul (10/5): Wonders stay in Venice - Very well located, near everything by foot. 15 minutes to St-Marc, 15 minutes to Ponte Rialto, 5-10 minutes to grocery store and 5 minutes from dock ( to go to airport by boat or Murano/Burano boat trip)

Loved that it had an outdoor patio for a nice evening sit down. It was nice having a washing machine. Enough toilet paper! Believe or not someplace a don't leave enough.🤣🫢 The bed situation really needs to be upgraded. Super thin uncomfortable mattresses. I felt each spring in that mattress. AC didn't work. No instructions on how to use AC or the washing machine for a small load (had to Google it). No dryer either, not deal breaker as I can hang my clothes. Also a millions keys just to get inside patience is required.

• Nick (10/5): Beautiful apartment, spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. On top of that , the coffee was - very well maintained property, to a very high standard but also keeping the authenticity of Italian culture.
• Jiong (9/5): a good apartment for visiting Venice - spaceful, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to major tourism sites, full kitchen units the double bed is squeaky
• Hsia (8/5): My friend has a sensitive constitution and feels uneasy. - There is an elevator and a large living room where you can spread out your luggage as much as possible. In the alley, it is a bit dark, it is recommended to bring a companion, the electric light uses a sensor light, which is not very sensitive.

• Samuel (10/5): Amazing place to stay in the heart of Venice - Amazing location out of the main hustle and bustle of Venice, but close enough to easily walk to St Mark's Square and good links by ferry to Marco Polo Airport as well as the islands of Murano/Burano. Lovely, clean apartment with a great welcome book full of suggestions of local places to eat/drink. It was very easy to find the apartment and great communication with the host. For the love of all that is holy, please listen to the multiple guests who have complained that the bed is squeaky! Get a new bed please and this place will be perfect!
• Janet (5/5): not worth €255. please inquire into the matter. thank you! - clean and comfortable. the cost. booking..com listed their price as €174.42 when I booked it. we were charged€16 for taxes and that’s fine. I was charged a total of €255 for the accommodation. I do not think that is fair and would like to be reimbursed for the difference.

Close to the water bus station, not far from Rialto Bridge and San Marco, close to the local shops and restaurants.
