- Emma (3/5): NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DUSTY, UNCOMFORTABLE BED. - Location fine. DO NOT Stay if you have allergies!! Bedding VERY dusty (pillows, mattress etc). Combination lock numbers VERY VERY small to collect keys. BED is a SMALL double & Mattress VERY VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. NO washing machine in room, machine available in basement at a cost! Check out is EARLY 9am. Gym in the basement, basic & cheap looking. Fridge did not work. Patio VERY tiny. WE LEFT after 2 days, the place set my asthma off. We should have been refunded 50% but ended up with 35% back. COMMUNICATION VERY POOR.

- Jayne (5/5): Wouldn't book again. - Location It was very small room and had trouble getting around the bed because it's so cramped and rotten food was left in the fridge. We couldn't sit at the table as there was no room, no views and the curtins didn't even cover the window which looks into another window. Had to place luggage on the very small two seater lounge. Too many rules with all these fines. A 09:00am checkout which is too early and if you were late it's a $500.00 fine. I would never book there again would have much preferred a Hotel room which would have more room.

No contact by phone no emails . Did not received access code of the front door nor the locker to get the keys. and no one to call!

- Chris (7/5): Good - Good location close to beach but quiet enough to sleep well. Small studio, with decent bathroom and shower. 09.00 checkout is a bit to early. One of the kitchen unit doors was broken and the oven needed a good clean. When turned on it was smokey.
