- lifetraveller (8/5): - A cute little 'traditional' studio apartment which suited both of us. A quirky space which was up a flight of stairs and full of character. No outlet next to the bed was inconvenient and would be an easy fix with an extension cord or the like.

- Philippe (9/5): Un appartement confortable, très bien situé, vraiment agréable pour loger et même se faire à dîner. - L'emplacement est idéal : à quelques dizaines de mètres seulement de Santa Maria dei Miracoli. L'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités : sanitaires très propres, petite cuisine avec vaisselle, casseroles, torchon, thé, sel, huile, etc. Comme on le perçoit sur les photos, l'appartement est relativement sombre, même s'il est au premier et éclairé par trois fenêtres, du fait de l'étroitesse de la rue. Mais cela fait aussi partie du charme de Venise !

- Reatha (9/5): It was very enjoyable! Lovely apartamento! - Great location. Close to ferry docks, Rialto and San Marco. Host Patrizia was flexible with our arrival time and met us at location where we got lost (which wasn't far from apartment and originally agreed-upon meeting location). Patrizia was pleasant, helpful, easy to communicate with and answered our questions via WhatsApp in a timely manner. Apartment was very clean with charming decor. Included a small kitchen facility with 2 burner cooktop, small refrigerator, glassware, dishes and cookware (though we did not do any cooking during our short stay). Close to several restaurants and wine bars. Convivial atmosphere in nearby campos (piazzas). Not applicable for our stay due to time of year (late May) but may get very hot during summer months. No A/C. Windows would have to be open and that would allow mosquitoes and noise to enter but hey it's classic Venizia. Bed did have mosquito netting. Really there was nothing I didn't like.

- Wan (10/5): A perfect stay in beautiful Venice. - The host is very helpful. Patrizia was waiting for us nearby the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed e.g. little kitchenette, table and chairs for meals etc. Perfect place for a couple. The location is central enough to get to different parts of Venice. Nothing. It is a perfect property.
- Mariia (10/5): Great place to feel Venice - The apartment is nicely styled and located on a quiet street. The main room is cozy and spacious. The bathroom has hot water, which isn't always available in Italy. There were two complimentary bottles of water provided. The view of the water from the window is beautiful. The house has an authentic Venetian feel, giving you a genuine experience of living in Venice. We couldn't find the place first, as google shows a wrong location for this geomark but Adele (our host) helped us to find the place, met us and showed the apartment and its features. So everything was fine
- Naile (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect, the house was so clean and communication was easy. Patrizia was very friendly and reccomended us to some local tastes and they were delicious. If I go to Venice again, I will definitely stay there.

- Michael (10/5): Unique and delightful stay with a great host - Wonderful host in Patrizia, the flat is very secure and off the main tourist pathways so very quiet, 3 mins walk to some lovely cafes, then 5 minutes later you can get a vaporetta anywhere. You can walk if you feel up to it anywhere in Venice within 30 minutes, but we loved the travel by water. Nothing except as its an old building bring adaptors for your phone chargers, it's a very old city so WiFi and 4g are slow but enough for general use, as long as you don't want online 4k gaming, you should be fine!
- Horst-dieter (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the appartement, which was well equipped, even with a supply of coffee, espresso, water, cookies. Patrizia has waited for us patiently for almost an hour, because our plane was late. The appartement is situated aside of the main tourist centers in a calm narrow lane, with coffee bars, osterias and wine bars in a short distance. Super location. Thank you Patrizia.
