- Ashley (8/5): Amazing location, amazing Hosts - Location was great and so close to the showground as well as close to shops and food stores. Bed was the best sleep I have had in a long time. So comfy. Only complaints were the Main room and ensuite could have had a bath mat and there was no tea/Coffee/Sugar or milk. Other than that PERFECT!!
- nicole (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE MONEY HUNGREY PIGS - Owner /host has been down right rude the whole time when asked if they had parking available and told no theres was taken and had to source my own which was difficult given there was 75 thousands fans attending a concert this night and not knowing the area as from Newcastle was told several times by email that im lyimg who are they to even judge me eventually i found parking and pre paid for P4 when arriving after paying extra $150 for early check in we still had no instructions for checking in after calling host i was rudely hung up on because we could not find were key he said he was in transit couldnt even give 5mins of his time to help lucky a nice couple that live there helped us find key they were blown away by how it was handled themselves it was in a bush no where near complex absolute joke searching for it signs all through apartment saying dont walk on floor rugs or u will loose deposit plus when entering a vacuum right in front of your face as if to say clean the place bathmats where filthy like mould on them from being wet continuously shower screen filthy but was told it was getting a ABC clean what the heck is that i run a high end cleaning business with 10 staff never heard of that before day 16 still no deposit back of $400 there saying we tried to park in car park smoke in apartment which we are non smokers and because i took photos when arriving to cover my ass because of how rude they had been prior coming im breaching policy i have read all terms and conditions and have not breached i Hve contacted booking .com direct and in process of action with department of fair trading you watch them reply to this saying im lying just like everyone else on here that has left a bad review its all our fault not there's disgusting hosts should not be allowed on booking .com the whole experience was a total joke wish i kept my room at Meriton and got ubers to stadium we only change thinking it would be easier as it close but no it was a total nightmare and still is as im down $400 for no reason there was 4 of us that stayed so my grandkids wont be getting much for xmas now thanks to these scammers but justice will be made im not letting this sit there doing it to too many guests
- Kobi (1/5): - Location The owner was very rude and hard to deal with. There was notes taped all over the apartment with messages not to use the bins, not to walk on the rugs, threaten you will have to pay for anything wrong. The walls were all scuffed, dented, marked. 1st bathroom smelt like mould, broken toilet roll holder.
When I tried to contact them on the day for some issues they blamed my internet and phone service for lack of response from them. I had paid extra 150.00 for early check in at 1pm. Didn't send instructions through till just after 1pm which also made it hard to locate keys for check in and confusion. The balcony was used as a storage area so did not have full use of area and looked like a dump area.
- Finau (1/5): Stressful stay due to a host who tried to scam guests and made the experience unpleasant. - The location was convenient. The host was unreasonable and nit-picked every small detail. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult, with overly complicated instructions that could have been simplified. They constantly messaged over minor noise from the TV, exaggerated small issues, became upset that the beds were made, and got angry over rubbish placed correctly in the bin. Overall, the property felt set up to unfairly take guests’ bond.

Great views from the balcony. - The location was fantastic for our event at Accor Stadium & the 3 Bedrooms suited our needs perfectly! Having a parking spot available for us made the trip so much easier & was a life saver as all parking nearby was booked out for the event. Our team did have a bit of trouble finding the lock box for the keys, but this is only due to not being familiar with the area. The guide gave us great instructions on how to locate everything!

Getting access was like pulling teeth. The unit and its furniture needed to go to the tip, the place was filthy and you’re literally in a battery hen chicken cage, surrounded by squealing kids and barking dogs, all night
Don’t be sucked in by the word luxury, and yes, they will deceive your booking and try and charge more, 1 day out from travel.. and yes, the printed threatening signs on everything exist and all you can do is laugh.. the place and its manager/owner is laughable.. look elsewhere.

Shortly before our fully paid ONE night stay we were bombarded with texts requesting $400 “damage deposit” to be paid immediately via PayID directly into their account. This “deposit” was then held for over 2 WEEKS after that night! There is no reason for holding our money for THAT long.
Obtaining entry to the far from “luxury”apartment was made so unnecessarily difficult. When we texted & politely asked the “host” for assistance in deciphering the pages of instructions, we received unhelpful, rude replies including this one:
“People who don’t even speak English have no issue using it.” Rude & insulting.
We eventually found the key in a lock box in a park across the road from the blocks of appartments. What a joke!!
We have booked many stays with Bookings.com in many countries over the years and this “host” has ensured that this was, by far, our worst experience ever.

- Ruth (4/5): Never again. - Location Lack of communication with owner/manager (wouldnt know his name as he never introduced himself), was provided with a 49 page document (!) detailing how to get to property when they could have simply provided the actual address which was on a different road, air con was not working-had to sleep with doors wide open!, there were multiple written threats about likelihood of losing deposit posted all over the unit, there was an excessive damage deposit of 400 demanded 2 days before stay when it would have been impossible to find alternative accommodation, took 10 days to return deposit, lifts not in action, details for check in were only provided upon arrival (at the wrong address) for which it took an hour to get into property as the 49 pages document resembled a non amusing 'treasure hunt', no tea/coffee, scratchy cheap coverlets on bed with no top sheet, blocked toilet...I could go on but it definitely was not a luxury apartment by any stretch of the imagination. All of this I have a record of. Oh and it was very pricey. I basically felt like I was being scammed for the while stay and days following.
