• Alina (9/5): - The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto and about 20 minutes from St. Mark’s Square. The flat was tidy and clean upon arrival, and very easy to access. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. On the downside, we found that there weren’t enough dishes. The available plates were mainly suitable for pasta, which made it less convenient for breakfast or other meals. However, this did not affect our overall impression of the flat; it’s simply an area for improvement.

• Joan (8/5): Lovely - The property was lovely and well-appointed. We had a very comfortable stay. It was a bit far from the centre which is not a complete disadvantage but during hot weather was a bit challenging.

• John (9/5): Good apartment in a great location. - The apartment was located in the Cannaregio neighborhood away from the crowds of San Marcos Square. There are a couple of bars and at least three good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and offered enough kitchen facilities if you want to eat-in a few nights like we did. The host, Andrea, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. A building right next to the apartment was undergoing a total renovation, so if you’re thinking of renting this apartment find out about this or other nearby construction. As a number of previous reviews pointed out, the beds are not that comfortable; the bathrooms do not provide any hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc.; no garbage cans In the bathrooms; and hardly any storage in them either. In addition, each bedroom has an open clothes hanger/storage rack for storing clothes. The racks connect to the frame by plastic pins, which are not strong apparently. The ones in the main bedroom were broken (unbeknown to us) causing them to collapse twice. Not fun. Also remember that the sofa is a sleeper, so it’s not the most comfortable thing you’ll ever sit on.
• Olivera (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in bester Lage zum Wohnen. - Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und dennoch fast mitten im Zentrum. Die Lampe in der Küche war defekt. Es gab ein Bügeleisen, aber kein Bügelbrett. Das Kabel war zu kurz, um auf einer anderen Unterlage zu bügeln. Zu wenig Ablagefläche in den Bädern. Zudem keine Abfalleimer in den Bädern. Für den Preis hätte die Ausstattung besser sein müssen. In anderen Unterkünften ist es nicht üblich, den Müll selbst in einem sehr kurzen Zeitraum am frühen Morgen entsorgen zu müssen.

• Dianne (9/5): Quiet and spacious - Very easy to reach the airport by ferry. Short walk to the cannaregio main area of bars and restaurants. Very residential and quiet. Spacious. Couch uncomfortable to sit on (it’s a sofa bed) and no tv. Good air con in bedrooms. It’s on the second floor, no lift. Having to take rubbish across the bridge before leaving - this is how it is in Venice. With our arrival and departure time we had to wait around with our luggage before check in and check out which wasn’t ideal. Not the apartment’s fault just wasn’t a great travel experience in 34 degree heat

• Baran (9/5): Great way to stay in venice in super residential.location. - The apartment is readily acessed via blue water bus route from the airport . The hosts communicated very clearly and responded quickly to any questions I had . Its in a residential area close to a canal with bars,restaurants, and supermarkets all within easy reach but away from the dense crowds . Very easy access to whole of venice via foot or waterbus, but note this is not a place for anyone with mobility issues and stairs are everywhere ! For those who are able our fitness levels increased during the week despite lots of scrumpy food and aperol spritz . Some of the lighting needs attention...host was aware .

• Hsin (8/5): We really appreciated this stay, would definitely come back again. - Very nicely decorated, the two bathrooms were very well done, and the location was fantastic. Also, both the host and the local partner that handled the keys gave us amazing recommendations that really helped our stay. One of the two beds was a bit soft, and the AC was a bit noisy.
• O'brien (9/5): Superb - Location away from the tourist hot spots but right next to a canal. Very picturesque surroundings. Nice size for us all - a great space to relax after a long day seeing the sights of the city.
• Ethan (8/5): Great apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood. - Very cozy apartment tucked away in a quiet corner of Canareggio. Very convenient to the water bus from the airport, nice neighborhood restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The system for throwing away trash was very frustrating, and while I'm sure that a lot of this problem has to do with the idiosyncratic system of "trash boats", there should be more accommodation for helping guests deal with this. My last memory of my Venice vacation shouldn't be scrambling around the canals trying to find a barge to toss our trash onto. There should either be a receptacle in the lobby to hold this or the management company should handle the trash at the end of the stay completely. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

The host Salvatore was very informative and tolerant. Broken coffee machine, Dirty toaster Apartment not left clean Dirty dishes in dishwasher Beds the worst I’ve ever had to sleep in.

• Cino (8/5): Great place. Would stay again. - Remote location close to aqua taxi. Walk to other districts. One bathroom was very small and not enough shelf space. Would be good to have some mini shelves to put toiletries on. A shelf in the shower would be nice. Ants in kitchen area.
• Oren (8/5): A very nice apt. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I recommend it. - Nicely renovated apartment overlooking a little canal. It is 2nd floor with no elevator (I know it is common in historic cities but it should have been mentioned. The building was under some renovation.

• Kek (8/5): Very charming and comfortable stay - Attractive and nicely remodeled, good size rooms, comfortable, quiet, nice views, good internet, washer, Nespresso machine, kettle, close to some good restaurants and sights, good public water taxi access, host very helpful to arrange private water taxi from apartment to train station (recommend both ways) No lift, could use more storage in bedrooms and bathrooms, a toaster oven might be nice, trash sorting was a bit confusing (for people unfamiliar with system), finding apartment with a lot of luggage and getting keys was a bit difficult and would have preferred to meet someone near public water taxi stop to take us to apartment

• Florinsatan (10/5): Great value - Spacious with all facilities, 2 bathrooms. Quiet area with view to the canal from living but still close to center and to vaporeto station. Perfect for a family of 4. Nothing important. Just one small repair needed at the second bathroom door.
