• joelle (9/5): J’adore l’accès direct au canal - C’est la seconde fois que je venais dans cet appartement, car il a un petit ponton directement sur le canal sur lequel on peut déjeuner et se reposer. Il est confortable. Le quartier est calme et idéal pour la biennale. Rien de particulier. Le supermarché low cost juste à coté est à éviter.

• Karel (9/5): Voor Biennale liefhebbers een heerlijk rustig jaloersmakend appartement op toplocatie - Het appartement was ruimer dan gedacht met 2 badkamers en toiletten. De locatie voor bezoekers van de Biennale was top! Het kleine terras op een rustig kanaal was idyllisch! De bedden waren iets minder, maar met extra steun van een deken of dekbed lagen we veel beter.

• Stritter (10/5): Sobald wir in die Wohnung eigetreten sind, haben wir uns wohlgefühlt - Die Lage ist wunderschön in einer ruhigeren Gegend. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Das perfekte Gefühl in Venedig zu sein bekommt man durch den Kanal, der direkt vor der Terrasse liegt. Die Inneneinrichtung inklusive Beleuchtung und Wanddekoration sind sehr stilvoll. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet.

• Svetlana (1/5): - They didn't check us in! Check-in was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but at 3:00 PM we were informed the apartment was occupied and we wouldn't be able to move in. We'd driven for eight hours and were very tired, but we had to find a new apartment. It was a very unpleasant and stressful situation.😔 The next day we walked around the area of ​​these apartments and were glad that we didn’t check in; everything around was abandoned and there was a technical zone.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Incredible apartment - everything as described and as shown in the photos. Situated in such a lovely, quieter area of Venice too. We would love to stay there again.
• Colin (10/5): A taste of the real Venice. - We loved the canal-side location here, only 15 minutes away from the busy centre. It was beautifully peaceful compared with the Grand Canal and a lovely insight into real life in Venice as you strolled through the streets to get here. Very handy for water bus stops at Castello to the islands and a supermarket literally a minute away. Excellent food and drinks were only a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was amazing, breakfast and evening drinks on the small private area on the canal were really treasured moments. Roberta was helpful and very easy to deal with too, making the whole process a delight. It was perfect for us, no complaints.

• Gábor (8/5): - The apartment itself, the location, the equipment, the furniture, all was great. We had some wonderful time in the apartment. The check-in: due to some miscommunication on the apartment's management side, no one was waiting for us at the apartment. After some calls, Matteo showed up at least 1 hour past our arrival, and started the cleaning. Finally, we could move in 3 hours after our planned and announced arrival time.

• Dominik (10/5): - The place is wonderful. View is breathtaking, AC is crisp and cold, and the kitchen is fully equipped which is not typical for Italy. We even had coffee, tea, oil and all the other amenities. There is a nicely stocked shop like 20 steps away. Area is nice and cosy.

• Marla (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay. - We loved the terrace looking out on the canal to have coffee. We also loved it was off the beaten path. We walked to that during the day and were able to come home to peace and quiet at night.

Great location, supermarket just next door, near to water stop, walking distance to San Marco. Great communication with the owener. Next trip to Venezia, we Will definitelly choose same acccomodation.

• Jason (10/5): Great, peaceful location with own deck onto canal. - The little deck overlooking the canal is the best part of this apartment - a sunny place to have breakfast and watch the world go by. It is in a great location, in a quieter, less touristy feeling area of Venice, yet only 15 minutes walk from St Marks but don’t forget to explore this end of the island too. Fabulous mini market opposite. Apartment very large for the 2 of us. Host very helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Bedroom a little squashed and bedside tables would be nice.

• Maciej (8/5): Very good - View on canal from small balcony what best this appartment offers. Appartment is big and spacious. Cleanness of dishes, bathrooms, kitchen not for cooking, not practical.
• Kristian (6/5): OK, but marred by check-in experience - Nice terrace to sit and watch the boats go past, and a quiet area of town. Nightmare checking in, involved wandering around for 2 hours with no response from the host, the number to contact for the property is the owner, and he still hasn't responded to a single message, eventually I found another number which is the guy with the key, who was very nice, and managed to get in 30 mins later.
