• Vittorio Dante (7/5): Esperienza buona - L’alloggio nel quale ho soggiornato è quello su due livelli (dalle foto di Booking non si capisce esattamente come é suddivisa la proprietà). Nel mio alloggio c’era un ampia area giorno con divano, angolo cottura e tavolo. E poi una meravigliosa scala interna tanto bella quanto ripida (è stato difficile portare i bagagli alla camera da letto). Nel livello superiore ho trovato un’ampia camera da letto con armadio e un ampio bagno. Non ho testato qualità e quantità degli oggetti in dotazione in quanto ho pranzato sempre fuori. All’accoglienza ho avuto problemi a fare il check in perché l’apertura della porta d’accesso avviene tramite codice e sebbene il proprietario da remoto mi abbia fatto recuperare le chiavi fisiche per accedere al l’appartamento perfettamente climatizzato, ho dovuto attendere un’oretta che il tecnico verificasse la serratura per poterla utilizzare col codice. L’appartamento era sufficientemente pulito sebbene il pavimento fosse un po’ impolverato: ho camminato tre giorni scalzo sui pavimenti di legno e sulla scala e si è notatato. Il bagno ha il tetto spiovente: un uomo come me di 185 cm di altezza tocca il soffitto. Il piatto doccia è decisamente ampio e comodo ma funziona solo il soffione superiore. Purtroppo il bellissimo soffitto della camera da letto con travi a vista ha un lucernaio che non si oscura quindi in estate hai luce piena dalle 5:45 del mattino fino alle 20:30 di sera. Nella zona notte MANCANO un tavolino, un supporto per appoggiare i bagagli e un televisore. Nel regolamento della casa non è ammesso lasciare rifiuti al check out quindi bisogna organizzare la raccolta differenziata e portare i rifiuti nel punto di raccolta a un centinaio di metri dalla casa seguendo il calendario del comune di Venezia (un giorno plastica e rifiuti secchi, il successivo vetro e carta) impossibile bypassare questo sistema poiché non esistono bidoni per la raccolta differenziata e i cestini per le strade non sono adatti ai rifiuti domestici (oltre ad essere passibili di multa se li si usa a tale scopo)

• Carola (9/5): Alles super - Das Apartment hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen: sauber, ruhig (die Frarikirche bimmelt erst ab 8!) und vor allem kuschelig warm, was in Italien im Dezember nicht immer der Fall ist. Wegbeschreibung und Schlüsselübergabe lief perfekt. Vermieter hat sich auch immer erkundigt, ob alles passt. Die Lage ist optimal, alles, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. San Polo ist noch nicht ganz so von Touristen überrannt.

• PANAGIOTA (5/5): Δυσαρεστήθηκα με τη διαμονή είχε αρκετά προβλήματα ,ήταν όμως καθαρό. - Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε κουρτίνες και φαινόμασταν από απέναντι και ήμασταν αναγκασμένοι να έχουμε διαρκώς κλειστά τα εξώφυλλα οπότε ήτα σκοτεινά. Επίσης στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο σταθερό ντους και ήταν αρκετά δύσκολο να πλυθούμε σωστά. ακόμη η βεράντα είχε σκουριασμένα κάγκελα και μύριζε φαγητό συνέχεια διότι έβγαινε σε κοινή αυλή με εστιατόριο, ενώ υπήρχε σημείωμα που απαγόρευε να τηγανίσουμε εμείς συγκεκριμένα φαγητά. δεν υπήρχε πλυντήριο πιάτων και είχαν αφήσει μόνο ένα χαρτάκι σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο γι ατον καθένα μας για 5 ημέρες κράτησης.

• Jens (9/5): - Die Lage ist hervorraged. Mitten in der Stadt und Supermarkt und Cafe ganz in der Nähe. Check-in problemlos online. Als es ein Problem gab wurde uns schnell geholfen. Müllentsorgung ist in ganz Venedig kompliziert, auch hier.

• VLADIMIR (10/5): Венеция июль 2025 - Чистые, светлые аппартаменты. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Регистрация была дистанционной. Хозяин дал чёткие и понятные инструкции куда идти и что сделать. Большое пространство с балконом на котором есть столик. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Окошко в крыше в спальне нельзя было закрыть от солнца и из-за этого рано становится светло в комнате.
• Lori (5/5): Ok but be aware that it’s not up to what the pictures really show. - The location was good. The bed was comfortable. Staff was responsive via WhatsApp. The stairs are simply not safe: slippery, steep, with wobbly railing. There are plenty of pots pans dishes, coffee cups but nothing to make coffee in. The French press was broke and the espresso pot was moldy. I made the staff aware but it was not really addressed during our stay so we had to go out to get coffee everyday.

• Amy (9/5): Clean and convenient, highly recommend. - Amazing location right in the heart of Venice and near the Rialto Bridge. Access instructions were clear and the owners messaged to check we had got in ok. Very clean and modern, good hairdryer, comfy bed! We didn’t use the kitchen but the facilities seemed good. The skylight in the bedroom lets lots of light in early in the morning! Fortunately we had brought eye masks as had read the reviews, but was still a little annoying.

Close to lots of great restaurants and shops, especially Birreria la Corte, an amazing pizza and beer restaurant. Handy for the vaporetto from San Toma. This is nitpicking, but whilst the apartment was largely very clean, it could do with shelves dusting. There was a large collection of small glasses and cups, but could do with a couple of larger items.

Staff was very helpful from changing my party from 3 to 4 people. Air conditioning was good. Good kitchen facilities bathroom very clean & modern. In a nice area, it is easy to access everywhere. No were to dry towels, washing line was over dirty plant pots - so towels dirty. No toaster. Ceiling in bedroom with single beds very low - kept banging heads on ceiling. Step into room with single beds very high & dangerous. Stairs slippy, my dad fell down them & broke his foot.
