Banyolarda el havlusu dışında havlu yoktu belli temizlik malzemeleri yetersizdi. Camları sineklerden dolayı açamadık, sineklik taktırmak çok pahalı bir şey değil. Kahve çay vs hiçbir şey yenilenmedi.

Thank you for a beautiful clean apartment on the Grand Canal with a private garden. Heaven in the middel of Venice. Loved it all!!
• Taner (2/5): Dissapointment. - İ liked the garden and the view Very overpriced. Furniture is old. Bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable. No cleaning and or towel, linens change. The nights were 12-13 degrees celcius. Moreover being on the canal, humidity made us feel very cold. And no heating. Paying about 6800 euro we had to pay additional charge for someone to let us in the building. The check out time was 10:30 in the morning! Ther was renovations going on in the building. One morning we woke up to a very noisy discharging of debris right in front of our bedroom window. Location wise, it is on a nice canal but about 30 min walk to the center.

Antonio, the host was very helpful but got a bit accusatory when I pointed out that one of the keys was bent and ready to break off in the lock. It was a fifth floor apartment without a lift.

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect Apartment for an Amazing Venetian Experience - The location is absolutely phenominal. We took a private taxi directly to the private dock of the apartment and met the representative right away for our keys. The communication was wonderful, with a lot of helpful information before we arrived. The building itself is beautiful and has amazing venetian charm, and the neighborhood is just as wonderful. With a short walk, you're right on the main street with restaurants and shops nearby. If we weren't walking around Venice, we were sitting in our windows staring at the boats go by in the canal. The private garden was an amazing bonus as well. Everything was amazing.

• David (6/5): Being on the Grand Canal is what this one is about - and that was very cool. - It was easy - but it is not reasonable to charge me 100 euros to meet me when my train arrived late. That could be much more reasonable that's a lot of money for handing me the keys at 10:45p. I didn't like the usurious fee to get the keys. It's okay for a little fee but 100 euros is not reasonable at all.

The flat was spacious with a fabulous terrace overlooking the canal. Antonio gave us a lovely welcome and looked after us very well but without being at all intrusive. It was rather too hot at night at first. But fine once Antonio regulated the heating and we opened all the windows!

The apartment had everything we needed, was enormous and very comfortable. The view, right on the canal, was just stunning. • Bartek (10/5): Great stay in a magical city - The location of the apartment is so convenient, just a pleasant walk from the bus station, and on the edge of all the top attractions of old Venice. Antonio is a superb host and goes the extra mile to make sure that all guests feel welcome and have everything they need during their stay (both in the apartment and whilst exploring Venice), he really makes a difference compared to other serviced apartments we stayed in before, plus he is a chatty & smily man - a pleasure to talk to! Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it, especially for the location, service, beautiful garden and value for money :-) Our apartment was split over two floors and the lounge was located on a semi-basement floor so it was quite dark there despite two windows - not a big issue and we totally understand that the building is 400+ years old so this is more a comment rather than a complaint.

• Tom (9/5): Lovely location, super host, amazing place to visit, real privilege to stay right on the grand canal. - Great location- around 10 minutes walk to the train and bus stations, vaporetto stop and restaurants very close by. Beautiful location on the grand canal. Antonio was a lovely host- super welcoming and friendly and keen for us to get the most out of our time in Venice. A few low ceilings around to be wary of… but I’m 6’4” so to be expected in an old building!

• Toby (10/5): - Loved the place, felt like a home away from home. The fact there was a kitchen made our trip even though we ate out most of the time. Very clean and a comfortable bed. We thought it was a bit grim at first coming off a busy street into a dark alley but that's Venice for you!
• Roslyn (10/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment, charming courtyard, garden, and dockside sitting area, good location. - We loved every bit of our apartment (the Romantic) and the entire experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable and clean and well set up. We'd expected some issues in such an old and historic (and charming) building but there were none - everything worked well, and was thoughtfully set up, even incuding lots of outlets for all our electronics. Antonio was lovely - he met us on arrival, showed us around, and cared for us up to and including helping us with our departure (by water taxi, at 6 am, in a driving rain - thank you again, Antonio!). I have nothing negative to say.

Hôte de bons conseils même si le mieux pour découvrir une ville c’est de s’y perdre en déambulant :)

The garden and jetty areas were a pleasure to use and greatly appreciated. Antonio met us and kept in close contact when required throughout and beyond. Special thanks to our host Antonio who was very supportive and reactive in welcoming us for our last minute 4 night travel to Venise. The location was very convenient and the place definitively nice to stay for us two, being autonomous still with the assistance of an host. The appartment is well arranged and equipped. Very important the cleanliness was impeccable. We hope we can come back again ! Maybe some small things but to be honnest we prefer such non 100% standardized accommodation, that made us feel like staying in a local place.

• Renae (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. Antonio greeted us and showed us our apartment. He was fantastic and offered local suggestions for dining etc. The apartment was right on the grand canal not too far from the train station. It was an alleyway away from the main mall so was very quiet but close enough to supermarkets etc - we thought it was the perfect location- didn’t have to carry suitcases too far before we could start exploring. The apartment was very clean and provided a full kitchen so we’re able to have meals at home. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

• Pamela (7/5): Lovely. - Position on the Grand Canal was amazing. Two bedrooms and those beds were large and comfortable. Decoration was pleasing and it was clean. Little private garden was also lovely. Third bedroom had two single beds but they were so short and narrow they were only suitable for children up to maximum 12. The room was probably not big enough for anything bigger but it should have been clearer that these beds were unsuitable for adults. Communicating with Anthony was not easy. He had to relay everything to the owner and this caused many delays in getting an answer to some simple questions. Overall Anthony was sweet but his language skills were somewhat lacking.

• Greg (9/5): Venice is worth re-visiting, and so is Ca dei Cuori. - The location was first class, and Antonio is a great host. The local restaurants were great, Ristorante Cinema Italia in particular. The trip to Murano and Burano was the highlight of our trip, along with a night time gondola ride under the Rialto bridge. The shower stand off bracket is too short, so unless you are very tall the water hits the top of your head only, unless you loosen the shower head and use it as a hand shower. We told Antonio, and he is going to alter the position of the shower head.

Accessible, safe and clean - Great location that allows you to have accessibility to key canal photo spots, and also access to the train station, supermarkets for necessities, and the area is safe. See pictures taken by us, for some nice canal views taken from the hotel itself! Allowing you to have a private moment to enjoy the canal in the absence of tourist crowds. Our host Antonio ,was also very hospitable and went the extra mile. The room itself was also very spacious, with a proper living room and also a big bedroom, and a clean bathroom. Highly recommended, and I hope everyone has a good experience in Venice too. If i had to nitpick, we booked the highest floor (6th floor) and the climb up the stairs with luggage could be a little tiring, but this is the case for almost all hotels across Venice so it's not a particular fault about the apartment.

• Christina (10/5): Tutti perfetto 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Wir werden beim nächsten Venedig-Besuch wieder hier einchecken - Ausgezeichnet 👌🏻Besonders hervorzuheben ist das super bequeme Bett - und natürlich der Blick auf den Canale Grande. Das Appartement war blitzsauber und die Lage des Palazzo im zauberhaften Cannaregio-Viertel nahe der Vaparetto-Station S. Marcuola ist einfach großartig. Antonio war stets ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner, der super schnell geantwortet hat, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Anliegen (z.B. Gepäckaufbewahrung) hatte. Da fällt uns nichts ein. Was man bei einem Appartement lediglich wissen sollte ist, dass es im 6. Stock liegt. Für uns jedoch überhaupt kein Problem, da uns Antonio das Gepäck dankenswerterweise hinauf getragen hat.

• Francesco (9/5): Tutto molto bello - Meraviglioso il giardino anche se non privato e la vista dallo stesso . L'appartamento era molto bello, molto grande. La posizione non comodissima per il centro, comunque raggiungibile sia a piedi che in vaporetto. Io un investimento per dei cuscini comodi lo farei.

• Irina (9/5): - Уютная квартира с видом на канал в 10 минутах от вокзала. В 5-10 минутах два супермаркета. Кухня очень маленькая, но есть необходимый и достаточный набор посуды для тех, кто питается дома. До центра 20-30 минут пешком. Радушный, готовый подсказать и помочь хозяин Антонио. Нужно быть готовым к шуму от проплывающих мимо катеров.

• Lorenzo (8/5): Eccellente per chi ha bisogno di spazio in un contesto tipico veneziano e comodo alla stazione - Appartamento molto grande con 3 camere ideale per famiglie numerose Un pò troppo ansiose le richieste di documenti già una settimana prima per poi essere accolti con ritardo nonostante avessi dato per tempo un orario di arrivo che è stato rispettato. Ho trovato non di buon gusto il modo con cui il concierge ci ha accusati di avere fatto dormire un'altra donna con noi, nonostante avevo avvisato che durante la mia assenza per andare ad un concerto nell'isola ci sarebbe stata la nostra baby sitter a sostituirmi. Vero invece che ha dormito con noi un'amica di mia figlia non programmata ma anche li ho detto subito mi dica quanto dobbiamo pagare di differenza ma è stata più la polemica che altro.

Antonio did a great job of making us all feel at home. If we make it back to Venice someday, we'd love to stay here again. Recommended.

• MIYUKI (3/5): - ローケーションは最高でした。 予約後に「レイト・チェクイン時には有料となります」と文章が明記されていましたが、金額は予約前までどこにも明記されておらず、スタッフが遠くに住んでいるので、50ユーロ（現金のみ）と言われました。支払いに問題があったのではなく、金額の提示タイミングはとても不親切だと思います。部屋は、2日間お湯が出ませんでした。最終日は、部屋を替えてもらいましたが、そこのシャワーは、排水溝で水が流れずに、シャワーを浴びるのにとても苦労しました。対価以下で、とても残念でした。

• Ben (8/5): Nice and easy stay in central Venice with a wonderful private garden -
• Frank (9/5): Pefetto :-) - This is a lovely old apartment set in a larger palazzo which benefits from it's own dock - fantastic for arriving and departing by water taxi. It is very well equipped (full kitchen / dining facilities) and has 3 bedrooms (2 large doubles and a twin) - one double with ensuite and also a separate bathroom. The main bedroom is huge and has views directly out onto the Grand Canal - but despite being peak season, we weren't disturbed by the comings and goings on the water. The best bit for us (and why we booked) is the garden terrace overlooking the canal where you can sit with your breakfast and watch the world go by. The apartment is a short (<10 mins) walk from Santa Lucia station and close to the S. Marcuola vaporetto stop, but still felt quiet and away from the crowds. Canorregio is a generally quieter area than toward San Marco, and feels a little more local / less touristy. There is a fantastic eatery (La Corte 1642) literally 2 mins walk away with some of the best fresh pasta we ate in Italy. The host, Antonio, was super helpful, responsive and accomodating - meeting us promptly, keeping in regular communications and assisting with our departure plans. There was nothing we didn't like. One should consider that this is an 'old' building with period furnishings, but personally this added to the charm.

• xuexia (4/5): 不太满意， - 地理位置不错 1.late checking 竟然要收100欧，因飞机是晚上11点之后到，到酒店大概12点，竟然收了100欧，crazy，我感觉被宰了，太夸张，接待我们的是斯里兰卡人。 酒店价格不贵，加上税依然很贵，请大家注意。还不如定罗马广场的NH，方便，岛不大，去哪里都方便。
• Maria (10/5): A peaceful haven in a wonderful location - Location was brilliant - near shops, restaurants and water buses, and we had our own private garden looking onto the Grand Canal. Antonio was extremely helpful, giving us directions on how to get to the property. We had several phone calls and messages where he answered any questions we had. Antonio also met us at the property, which had plenty of character, and he also handed over the keys and gave us a small tour and some history about the palace. He also minded our luggage until we were ready to leave that afternoon. Would definitely stay there again.
