• Alejandro (9/5): Increible Venecia - La ubicación es espectacular .. a pocos metros de la estación tren y de las paradas del vaporeto. Todas las instalaciones del departamento estaban muy bien. La cama es un tanto blanda para gente de mas de 100 kg.

• INNA (10/5): Очень хороший вариант - В апартах очень чисто, постельное белье хорошее, есть теплое одеяло и много полотенец. Нет запаха сырости. Включали отопление в холодные дни. Наличие стиральной машинки было очень хорошим бонусом. На кухне есть минимальный набор посуды, все необходимое и хороший холодильник, Расположение очень удобное в 3 минуты от вокзала, удобно заходить с центральной улицы и не надо бродить по проулкам. Все время ломалась шторка в душе, приходилось ее вставлять. Думаю ее можно посадить на клей и тогда такой проблемы не будет. Может хозяин поправит это со временем, но это не было ужасным не удобством. В аппаратах большая кровать и если вы хотите разложить диван как второе спальное место , то за это берётся доп оплата. Возможно это я не досмотрела при бронировании, но хозяин пошел нам на встречу и за доп плату 30 евро разложил диван. За что ему большое спасибо.

Deși au fost probleme serioase cu electricitatea și funcționarea centralei termice, Andrea a fost dispusă să caute (chiar a reușit) o altă cazare. Dar nu a fost nevoie să schimbăm locația, pentru că defecțiunile au fost remediate, chiar dacă doar parțial. Mulțumesc, Andrea! As repeta cu siguranta alegerea!
• Erin (9/5): Fabulous location, good communication, well appointed apartment - Very clean, conveniently located within waking distance of train station but quiet and peaceful to sleep. Owners responded to building maintenance issue promptly, communicated with us all the way and provided a satisfactory solution. The bed was rather uncomfortable, with the mattress dipping significantly in the middle. Had to sleep with a pillow under me to prop me up to even.

• KOH (9/5): - 기차역과 가까워서 이동이 편했고 베네치아에서 어디든.걸어가기 쉬운곳이고 밤에 나가도 괜찮은 위치였습니다. 다만 이탈리아 주소 체계를 이해하지 못해서 집찾는데 조금 헤멨지만, 집안은 아주 따뜻하고 쾌적했습니다. 침대는 위치를 바꿔자면 문제 없었습니다^^ 다른 주방용품은 잘 가춰져서 식사를 잘하고 왔는데, 전자렌지가 있었으면 정말로 좋았겠다는 생각이 듭니다.

Pentru că e deja toamnă târzie, e foarte confortabil că dușul funcționează bine; posibilitatea de reglare a temperaturii în apartament e un mare plus. Mulțumesc, Andrea, pentru că mi-ai permis check-in mai devreme. Pot spune ca mi-a placut mai putin faptul ca salteaua a devenit prea moale.

• ADALGISA (6/5): A localização é ótima porém o colchão e chuveiro deixam muito a desejar. - A localização é excelente. O espaço do box é extremamente pequeno, difícil até de tomar banho. O colchão é muito mole e afundado no meio, e tem um cheiro forte de suor.
• Rissa (9/5): This place is good value for your money and I’d stay here again! - Location was perfect - very close to the train station, bus station, grocery store, restaurants, vaporetto stop. The flat was adequate for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. We were able to cook breakfast which was a bonus as food in Italy can be expensive. Andrea was great in providing instructions on how to find the place and how to check in. No views out of the windows. It is right next to a hotel kitchen, so during the day, you can hear some noise coming from the kitchen, but it didn’t bother me. It was quiet at night.

• Eric (7/5): Une réservation très intéressante où nous avons vraiment passé une très bonne semaine. A encourager - Appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Venise dans une ruelle très peu passante. Donc peu de touristes à y passer, mais un transfert de marchandises bruyant mais dont je parlerai un peu plus loin. Les accès à Venise à partir de l'appartement étaient très faciles (très proche d'un des arrêts principaux des vaporeto) ainsi que les accès à la gare et aux bus pour l'aéroport. L'appartement est très bien pour accueillir 2 personnes, avec beaucoup de facilités à l'intérieur, comme la machine à laver le linge par exemple. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec l'électricité qui a été géré de main de maitre par la propriétaire. Réparé dans la journée. La propriétaire est super sympa et très arrangeante (attention Anglais ou Italien obligatoire). En revanche, si comme décrit il y a bien des produit d'entretien et de soin du corps fournis, c'est en une très petite quantité (nous avions réservé pour 1 semaine et il y avait des réserves pour 1 week-end - par exemple une seule pastille pour la machine à lavé le linge). Autre petit souci qui empêche une encore meilleure note, la proximité d'un restaurant/hôtel peut-être. Cela génère du passage dans la ruelle d'entrée de l'appartement et donc bruit un peu à toutes les heures de la nuit pour transporter autant les ravitaillements que les déchets (jusqu'à 3-4h du mat certains jours). Une réservation très intéressante où nous avons vraiment passé une très bonne semaine. Juste garder en tête ces limitations du bruit de cuisine et de transport de marchandise dont la propriétaire n'est pas responsable, ainsi que des approvisionnements décrit dans la fiche, très limités.

• Lisa (8/5): Very good - The location was right in the middle of everything. However, the flat is away from the main street so it isn't noisy. Very close to the train station. For some reason, there are rarely paper goods like paper towels, napkins and tissues in Europe flat rentals. These are things travelers normally don't pack for travel.
• Yuliya (8/5): Very good - The room was quite spacious and comfortable for two people. There was a private kitchen equipped with everything needed — dishes, a gas stove, a fridge, and even a moka pot for coffee. It was great that there was heating inside that we could turn on and adjust ourselves (since it's Venice, with water everywhere and old stone buildings, it would have been freezing without it). There was even a mosquito repellent plug-in, which actually came in handy. The apartment also had a washing machine and a drying rack, which was super useful. Hot water was available. The main downside was the fact that it wasn’t possible to insert the key into the lock from the inside, which didn’t feel very safe — especially since the room is on the ground floor near the building’s entrance. At night, when someone entered the building, it felt like they were coming into our room. I think if I had been alone, I would have felt very scared and uncomfortable because of that. The floor was extremely cold, and it would’ve been nice to have some slippers provided — even with two pairs of socks it was uncomfortable. Everything else are just small details that would have made the stay more comfortable, but not critical: The room was a bit dusty and not thoroughly cleaned — there were spider webs and some bugs smeared on the walls. We also couldn’t get the gas stove to work (seemed like the ignition wasn’t functioning), so we had to buy a lighter. In the shower, there was no shelf or ledge to place shampoo or bottles, which was quite inconvenient. But overall, it was very practical and fairly cozy.
• Agnes (8/5): Convenient location - Convenient location and comfortable bed. It would have been nice to have enough coffee (had enough coffee for 1 day) to have for the pendency of our stay. No utensils/pots and pans. Would have welcomed some basic kitchen items.

• Gina (8/5): Nice Apartment Minutes from Train Station - Apartment has what you need for a comfortable stay including comfy (soft) bed, shower with good hot water, reliable wifi, big towels, washing machine with drying rack (in the far right closet), ample closet space, a nice couch to sit on and a mostly well equipped kitchen with coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, and balsamic vinegar. . Communication from host was excellent, and included exact walking and check in instructions with pictures. Walk from the train station takes about 6 minutes with flat terrain. Both fans and air-con are provided. She allowed early check in which was great. While there is noise from the restaurant out the back during business hours, it didn't bother us. The smell of damp in the bedroom wasn't so bad, but caused allergies to flare up in that room whenever we spent time in there. Opening the window helped this, but also allowed the mosquitos to come in. Needs olive oil and an egg spatula. .
• Marcelo (5/5): Good location in Venice. Not so great noise and smell. - Andrea is a great host. We were able to do an early check in and she gave us the apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is 2 min from the train station and at a walkable distance to every major POI in venice. Extremely clean sheets, good shower. The strong smell of mold in the apartment. A LOT of mosquitoes! This is a problem in Italy now as I was in Florence and it was also bad. The apartment in the first floor has windows to the back of a deli/mini market. So expect a lot of noise from 7am to maybe 10pm. Some times even later.

It was a great home base to explore Venice. Communication with Andrea was excellent, there was a map of Venice with recommendations, we tried the Osteria Poggi Restaurant- it was excellent, thank you Andrea. The flat was very quiet and had everything we needed for our stay including the washing machine. The bed and pillows were super comfy, we had excellent sleeps. In close proximity there is local grocery store, shops and restaurants. There is so much to explore and experience in Venice, if we make it back we would love to stay here again. Andrea gave excellent instructions and pictures on location of flat and how to access the keys. If you follow her instructions in order given you will be good. Key pad then lock box. We still laugh at ourselves- the lock box on the outside of the building is not hers, just sayin', lol

No bridges to cross from the station and exactly in the area of Venice we wanted to stay. The north part of the city off the main route is lovely and relaxed and has some excellent restaurants. It is more of a local area and this property was in a wonderful position to reach everywhere. The views out of the window are of a courtyard next door but this wasn't something we would be bothered with. If you want a view, pay a lot more. we were hardly in the property so the view wasn't a problem. The value and location was perfect for what we wanted.

• Remark005 (10/5): Clean, Easy to get to, Perfect for two people, Great accomodations! - Location was very easy to walk to from the train station. Directions for getting to the lodging were very helpful and descriptive. The night before we arrived I received communication from Andrea letting me know that the A/C was not working, that repair person was coming the next day, and that she provided a fan for the room. I was concerned because it was quite hot and humid. The fan was very helpful. A/C was repaired the next day and worked well. Kitchen is very nice and has utensils and equipment to use. Bathroom was small like most I have had when traveling in Europe. There was a washing machine in the bathroom - small but easy to use...I think we did at least 3 small loads while there. I brought a clothesline and used that for drying the clothing. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay at this property again! There were just two of us - myself and my teenage daughter.

• Ramprasad (10/5): Great place for a couple, close to station. Will come again. - Nearly everything is right about the guest house. It is a 3-4min walk to Venezia main station and Vaporetto stops. The area has lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, gelato, terrace restaurants etc etc., Host Andrea communicates very fast and patiently explains all the questions. She even sent a detailed mail from station to the apartment with pictures and we had absolutely no difficulty getting in, after a tired journey. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and basic stuff. The apartment has great vibes and everything was neat and tidy. Highly recommend. May be we could have a hair dryer.

• Laurence (8/5): Very nice stay, would recommend, a bit noisy - The indication to get to the appartment and how to enter were very precise and there was pictures to help. The kitchen was well furnished and there was oil,vinegar, salt and coffee already there. The rooms were very clean, there was AC if needed and the wifi was great. The windows in the bedroom is on an interior space shared with the kitchen from a restaurant. I could hear kitchen noises till midnight like cutting on board and washing plates. I could also hear the travellers on top on me moving their suitcases a lot but that comes with being in an appartment.
