• Louise (7/5): Un certain charme. Chambre et lit confortables. Quartier très tranquille.. - Petit mais bien aménagé On l’a loué parce qu’il y avait une machine à laver car on était en voyage depuis 2 semaines. Mais elle était défectueuse. On a compris qu’aucun plan n’était prévu pour la réparer. On s’est contenté d’un seul ensemble de serviettes. On ne nous en a pas proposé davantage malgré le bris de la laveuse. Un gros ménage serait utile, surtout dans la cuisine.
• Viktoria (10/5): - Nyugodt csendes környék, mégis néhány perc séta a forgalmas utcák. A lakás elég autentikus, de nem estek túlzásba. Kényelmes ágy, jól felszerelt konyha. Nincs ilyen.

Nelle vicinanze della struttura ci sono negozi, bar e ristoranti. La pulizia in generale e in particolare degli accessori da cucina.

L' appartamento è comodo e attrezzato per ogni necessità. Attenzione alle scale senza ascensore per chi ha difficoltà di movimento.

• Abhijeet Sudesh (10/5): Highly recommend. Book it if available. - The apartment was very nice and beautiful. It was very clean and everything was organized. It has all necessities amenities and supermarkets are close by. The location is a 10 min walk from the centre. Overall highly recommended. The owner has taken great effort to keep it in the best condition. We stayed with a 1 year old child who has just started to walk and she enjoyed the apartment very much. There were not any problems for the child to walk all over the apartment. Highly recommend.

• Magdalena (10/5): - Klimatyczny apartament, pięknie urządzony, w fajnej lokalizacji. Bardzo czysty, miły personel. Klimatyczne drobnostki typu lustro Murano itd. Super targ 🍋‍🟩 🍇 na łodzi w pobliżu. Dziękujemy 😉 Fajnie byłoby gdyby była dostępna kawa. Był ekspres, była kawa sypana, ale nie mogliśmy z niej skorzystać ponieważ nie było filtra ani innego zamiennika. We Włoszech my turyści oczekujemy jednak kawy dostępnej dla każdego 🥰

• Malika (10/5): If you are coming to Venice, book this place, it’s so charming, with comfy beds, amazing design, and all around just gre - The interior design was absolutely beautiful, with such comfortable beds, an amazing tv, and very close to major landmarks. The property was quiet, unique, and worth every penny!! The ac works amazing, and the little guides provided were so helpful!! Absolutely nothing!! This place is picture perfect, with enough space for a family of four.

Desde la ubicación hasta los servicios, la decoración, el proceso de comunicación con los anfitriones y el proceso de check in. El departamento en sí ya es una obra de arte! Deliciosa experiencia en una ciudad soñada. De destacar la maravillosa atención de Macarena, que no sólo me recibió super amorosamente sino que me dió increíbles sugerencias y me contó historias de esta bellísima ciudad. Si hubiera un 11 se los pondría. Hermoso todo, espero volver.

Notre hôte Daniella nous a fait un super accueil le logement est spacieux très bien équipé et hyper propre Nous avons pu laissé nos bagages avant ce que j ai beaucoup apprécié Commerces de quartier et restaurants à cinq minutes à pieds Tout était impeccable

• Bastiaan (10/5): Maravilloso - This accommodation is the absolute best whatsoever I booked ,and I think I stayed in more than 50 apartments all over the world ,what is the best is the location ,nearby you find everything around,,another positive thing is the kitchen because nearby in garibaldi road the restaurants are overpriced and poor quality food (except pizzeria Nevodi,but only take away ) so you can cook yourself because there is absolutely everything available to make your own meals at home,fantastic accommodation beck someone must be live before because all equipment is provided,,great place Nothing

• Johana (10/5): Quiet, charm, and comfortable property with many amenities - The property is very charming and well kept. The host was available and provided specific instructions ahead of time. There are labels in English throughout the home with valuable info for guests. The location is very quiet. It had washer and dryer machines which were a bonus for us. I wish I had read the property was on a third floor since Venice was the last city we visited in Italy and had 3 large suitcases to carry, but that was on me. The property was perfect for my family.

Very quiet After not responding to numerous texts about late arrival, I telephoned and was told I did not have my prepaid confirmed reservation. He was insistently nasty and told me to deal with Booking.com which.i did. A day later, the reservation was reconfirmed without owner apologizing for his altitude. Later after check-in by my companion, I received a rude message that we did not follow instructions which I did not see. His response was a nonaplogy. When I texted the "administrator ' that we checked out, there was no response at all.. The unit itself was decent but that attitude plus the 45 stairs to a lumpy main bed and 2 fold out sofa/cots not worth it.
• Jodie (10/5): Excellent location, excellent amenities, highly recommend! - The property was in a fantastic location. Host was fantastic and arranged for us to enter the property early to leave our bags. She gave us lots of information on the area and information about the cheapest place to get groceries. The place had a washing machine and dryer which was much needed. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet location and very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment given by the host. I recommend getting the water taxi if you can afford it. We caught the Valporetto when we arrived and it was packed! Very difficult to get out at our stop with suitcases. Each stop they were turning people away due to how full they were so we didn’t want to risk missing our train on the way back so opted to go the taxi. The water taxi made the return much simpler and they met us on a dock 1 minute from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip! Not a problem for us but be aware that the apartment is up three flights of stairs. Be prepared to carry your luggage up them. We were fine but if you were older, or had very heavy suitcases, it might be a challenge.

• Shane (8/5): Would definitely recommend this property to anyone having a holiday/break in Venice. - Beautiful property - very well looked after to a high standard with lovely furniture and design. Everything you need is there - washing machine, tumble drier, effective A/C. Ten minute walk from water buses (the local public transport) which took us to train stations, Lido (for the excellent beach). Five minute walk to lots of shops, restaurants etc. Staff were quick to respond when we called to inform them we had arrived. We had no dislikes about the property. The only point is that the ceiling is low on the first entrance stairwell in the communal area, and one of us had a small bump - just mind your head! Other than that - we were very happy 😊

• Sarah (9/5): A beautiful apartment ! - Lovely apartment in fabulous location. Very quiet but within easy walking distance of main attractions and the water bus service. Daniella was very helpful. We couldn’t get the A/C to work so needed the windows open overnight. Unfortunately some of the mosquito screens are broken so we got bitten by mosquitoes in the night.
• Robsob46 (10/5): Lovely apartment, good location - The location was very good just minutes walk from all the attractions and yet a quiet location, so a good night sleep. Despite the high temperature the flat was nice and cool. The rooms were clean and modern. All appliances available including wi-fi and Amazon stick, so you can use your account to log in to different platforms. The people who look after the place are pleasant and very helpful. Nothing. All was good and good value for money.
• Ewa (10/5): Quiet apartment located in a cute district. - It was the best pick! The apartment is located in a district where you can find mostly locals living. A market with fresh vegetables is nearby, located on the boat. We have a very lovely stay, the bathroom is tiny but has the best view. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had a view of a small canal with boats that belonged to local Venetians.

• Victoria (9/5): An amazing apartment with the view on Venecian channel... - The manager is very attentive, she wrote all the details of how to get to the apartments. If you feel lost it's easy to find the point in Google Maps. The apartment is amazing, with a big comfortable kitchen, a cozy dining room, good value for a bed, and an awesome view from the window on the Vnecian сhannel... Totally quiet street, a 15-minute walk to the center... It's the last floor without an elevator, if you have problems with your legs it can be really difficult to get there...

• Celio (9/5): Excellent apartment for a fantastic stay in Venice - Apartment with excellent amenities (and all with instructions for use) in a quiet location close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc... and about 1500 meters from São Marcos Square. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We strongly recommend. Nothing important to point out. I recommend, however, that tourists visiting Venice at this time bring mosquito repellent. Even with the nets on the windows and the windows closed, they find a way to bite us... I've never seen so many tourists bitten by mosquitoes like this year.

• Rhea (9/5): Superb - The apartment was excellent, very clean and so thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need. The host has written down instructions about everything. we had huge bags, and the flat is on the 3rd floor. and after you get down at the water bus station there are plenty of steps you’ll have to cross to reach the apartment. it was very very difficult with the bags to reach the apartment. that being said, if you’re traveling light and have no mobility issues, then the location is no problem.
