• Esraca (7/5): Ataç park yeri olması ciddi avantaj - Aracımızı güvenli bir alana park etmiş olmak bizim için avantajlıydı. Tesis sahibi aynı zamanda binanın altında bir kafe işletiyor. Kahvaltıda hazır çikolatalı kruvasan ve helal olduğunu söyledikleri salamlı kaşarlı ufak tost var. Yanında çay kahve veya taze sıkılmış meyve suyunun dahil olması güzeldi. Yatak rahat, dolaplar ve mutfak çocuklu aile için yeterliydi. Ev sahiplerinin sıcak kanlı yaklaşımı her problemi hızlıca çözmeye çalışması ve misafirperverliği takdire şayandı. Genel olarak İngilizce gayet rahat anlaştık. Hatta kadın bir kafe çalışanı Türkçe de biliyordu. Paylaşılan görseller gerçeği yansıtıyor ama bina aşırı eski esasında. Depo kapısı gibi değişik bir demir kapıdan içeri giriyorsun filan. Tesis sahibi elden geçirmiş bu daireyi ama ilk gittiğimde ufak çaplı bir şok yaşadım. Diğer taraftan evde karınca problemi varmış maalesef. Sabah çantalarda gezen minik ziyaretçiler vardı yani. Son olarak soğuk bir dönemde tatil yapmış biri olarak yatak odasında hiçbir ısıtıcı yoktu. Mutfaktaki salon tipi klimayı en sıcakta 3 4 saat çalıştırıp tüm evin ısınmasını sağladık. Gece yatarken de derecesini biraz düşürdün. Yine de ev sahiplerinin misafirperverliği sorunları büyütmemeyi sağladı açıkçası. O daire ancak bu kadar iyi bir hale getirilebilirdi çünkü. Kendilerine teşekkürler buradan.

• Kateryna (6/5): Досить добре - - Досить зручне розташування, є місце для паркування, нам дозволили залишити авто на весь день. - Дууууже смачна кава у кав'ярні, господарями якої є власники готелю. Ми не снідали, бо не встигали, але нас напоїли кавою безкоштовно та дали пляшечки водички. Взагалі хлопець, що працював в кав'ярні був дуже дуже приємним. - Зручне ліжко, було комфортно спати. Є ролети, щоб трішки закритися від шуму та вогнів вулиці, а також штори. Це дуже рятувало. - На кухні є все необхідне приладдя для приготування їжі. Взагалі кухня виглядає найкраще з усієї квартири, там зручний диван та красивий дизайн. А також кондиціонер. 1. Фото, які на букінгу, як нам сказала господарка, зроблені 5 років тому. За цей час апартаменти бачили життя. На стінах скрізь якійсь плями, стілець на кухні зламаний, всі меблі вже не такі гарні і взагалі відчуття, що про апартаменти не піклуються. Спочатку навіть здається, що це зовсім інша квартира, а не та що в оголошенні. 2. Душова це просто жах. Коли ми тільки вселилися там вже була калюжа на полу. І кожен раз, коли ви приймаєте душ там буде величезна калюжа, бо ні шторки, ні перегородки там немає. Господарі ввічливо залишили відро та швабру, щоб ви прибирали після себе кожен раз, а не перепливали ту калюжу. Але чесно кажучи, це такий собі комфорт. Також в ванній кімнаті було не дуже чисто і вона явно потребує ремонту. 3. Апартаменти знаходяться на 1 поверсі, але замість вікон там двері, що виходять просто на прохідну вулицю. Тобто якщо ви ризикнете залишити відчиненими ці двері на ніч, бо вам жарко, до вас може хтось завітати. До нас, наприклад, прийшов кіт. Але кіт то приємно, бо завітати може й хтось з прохожих людей. Ну і звісно, вуличний шум ніхто не відміняв. 4. Кондиціонер дуже шумний та знаходиться на кухні, в кімнаті було дуже жарко, але відкрити вікно-двері ми не ризикнули.

• Emanuel (9/5): Schönes gut ausgestattetes Appartment in zentraler Lage. - Sehr gut ausgestattet, gut gelegene Wohnung. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der auch das Cafe im Haus betreibt. Etwas laut durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss. Glastüren vom Schlafzimmer zur die Strasse hin, aber es gibt einen Rollladen.

• Evripidis (9/5): Very good option for a trip to Tirana - Near the city core. Three persons can live in a spacious and cozy flat. Parking is free on the nearby streets. The personnel provided excellent service. There was room for improvement in the breakfast.

A short walk to the centre of Tirana with plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. The staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful. Was nice to have an allocated parking space if you have a hire car. Breakfast was simple but pleasant with a nice coffee and bottle of water included every morning. It can be quite noisy outside at night but that is no fault of the apartment.

• Beth (8/5): A gem in the middle of Tirana, perfect base for exploring - Very large apartment with a super comfortable bed! Great location, you can easily walk into Tirana from here. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed the morning breakfast! There is also a parking spot to use here The aircon unit is in the living room and although not a problem for our stay, if it was hot then it may not cool the bedroom

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It’s within walking distance of tourist attractions like Skanderbeg Square, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly. Bejart’s Coffee downstairs is a cozy spot with excellent coffee—nice breakfast: something sweet, something savory, water, and a cappuccino (really great coffee!). A great experience overall!
• Robin (4/5): It was disappointing when we got completely different apartment that what we saw in the website. - Easy accessibility for shopping and it's in the city centre and everything you need is in walkable distance. You don't need to get a taxi to sight seeing the city attractions. The flat they provide is not the one we saw in the picture, that was really disappointing. The website shows a new apartment and the one we got is not the exact one in the website 😔.

You can walk to the city center in about 10 minutes. There are a lot of minimarkets nearby. And a nice bonus is the breakfast, coffee and toast.

Great host, super friendly! kitchen useful in apartment, well equipped with hob and pans and stuff. tv in kitchen good for watching YouTube in the morning or evenings. Could hear the street through the doors/windows.

Breakfast was enough if you stay for one day, coffee was great. In middle of august is really hot in Tirana so would be better If air condition will be in bedroom instead of kitchen.

The location is about a 15 min walk from the city centre and head a place to park the car, which is great. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit and local restaurants to try out. Since we had to check out early in the morning the hosts packed us breakfast 🥞🤗 It was incredibly sweet of them to do so.

The A/C is located in the kitchen, so, it’s still quite hot in the bedroom. The shower has no curtains, so, the floor will be wet. The only option for breakfast is toast and croissant + coffee or other drink.

The host was the best I have ever seen at the reception. And I would recommend all foriegners coming here to stay here. If I had more stars then I will give them 100 of them. So helpful and kind and on the top of that the facilities in the room was amazing. Everything was top class.

I also had free parking for the rented car. The Italian style breakfast was wonderful and nutritious. The host also helped us with internet issues from our mobile. He was nice and friendly, wich helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend and if we return to Albania, definitely we book again! -

• Cath (10/5): A great place at a good price 15 minutes walk from the centre of Tirana - Tucked away at the back of a building on a Main Street, this apartment felt really tranquil and private. It’s really nicely furnished, very clean, superbly comfortable bed, loads of storage, a great shower and lovely kitchen with a sofa & tv. We were only here 2 nights, but a longer stay would be great. The owner runs the coffee bar at the front of the building. Very friendly staff, all speak good English and serve up a good breakfast.

A lot of facilities in the kitchen like a big fridge and freezer, microwave and cooker with enough kitchen utensils. The shower, it needs some repair as it was splashing water from everywhere and in the toilet area. There was no air-conditioning or heater in the bedroom, although there was in the kitchen/reception room.

They were very understanding about our late arrival. The appartment was well equipped. After traveling all over Albania, we were disappointed with the neighborhood.

Breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs - tasty sandwiches, fresh juices and delicious coffee (one of the best we tried in Albania). Around the accommodation there are some great restaurants, multiple supermarkets and different small shops. Very convenient. Would stay again once in Tirana :)
