• Ajahni-Joyce (1/5): There was no stay as the host was unable to organise the bookings correctly. - The property was still occupied by the previous customer on arrival. I walked into the property to find a man laying in the bed, it was extremely embarrassing and very stressful. I ended up stranded in Tirana as a solo female traveller and the host was not very helpful or considerate. I had to find an alternative accommodation to stay after waiting around for almost 7 hours to check in and travelling the whole night before. I also had an excursion booked which I would’ve missed if I didn’t leave and find somewhere else to stay. Not a great start to my holiday. Honestly expected the host to be most considerate and helpful but instead found her to be unhelpful, dismissive and rude. The accommodation is also advised as having a jacuzzi but it’s literally a small bath with bubbles. When I was leaving Tirana I bumped into other females staying at this property who advised they had to also move accommodation a day or two earlier than expected as the host double booked them also. They honestly need to get someone more efficient to organise the bookings as treating your paying customers in this way, who are in a foreign country just not right and so unfair! The property’s decor is nice and modern. The location is great.

• PAPADAKIS (9/5): An realy relaxing apartment close to the town center. - I really enjoy the small loft were the bed was. The black color of the metalic details.

• Keisi (4/5): While the staff were helpful, these experiences mean I would be hesitant to return. - The location was great and very convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with several aspects of the stay. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, seemingly coming from the canals, and the AC was not working properly. There was also no hot water on the first day, which the staff did fix promptly, but it required us to switch rooms something that could have been avoided with proper maintenance checks beforehand. While the staff were responsive and helpful, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

• Алексей (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a central location with a helpful host — a good choice for exploring Tirana - Modern and nicely decorated apartment in a great location — many attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The host was very friendly and responsive, even though we only communicated online. It was great to have a washing machine available. It was quite noisy due to the apartment facing a busy street. Also, the bathroom window lock was broken — a small issue, hope they fix it soon.

• Zubac (6/5): Pleasant - Building is old and in bad shape. Pluming in the bathroom is blocked, water goes out of the shower. It smells badly from the drains. Apartment is nicely decorated but poorly maintained.
• Monika (7/5): Good - Very beautiful apartments, real to the pictures, unique and designer. Non smokers should be aware that the place is smokers-friendly and the stink of cigarettes from previous guests might be not what they would like. Some issue with the stink from the canalisation is not hosts fault, but it definitely leaves a trace during the stay. Guests should also be aware that duvets/blankets doesn't have covers (bed linens) but you are given a sheet to shield/separate yourself from the duvet/blanket that has been used by who knows how many guests (I doubt it is washed after every guest). Apart from this details, the location is more than perfect- with fantastic restaurants and bars nearby.

• Cristina (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, right in the city center! Although small, the apartment was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed. We found out very late how we should collect the keys, as there were no clear instructions until the last moment. We had to video call the owner upon arrival to get into the house. Additionally, the payment had to be made in cash, which was inconvenient due to the high ATM withdrawal fees in Tirana. There were also a few items we missed, such as coffee and shower gel (only shampoo was provided).

• Kristine (10/5): Clean and comfortable - exactly as the photos - Location in the centre of Blloku was great, lots of bars and restaurants within a 2 min walk! Neighbourhood felt very safe. The apartment itself was perfect for a short stay, it had everything I needed. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Host was friendly and helpful N/A - Liked everything :)
