• MAHMUT (4/5): Hayal Kırıklığı - Konum tam istediğimiz gibiydi. Kısa sürede metroya ve tramvaya ulaşmak mümkündü. Bizim de aradığımız özelliklerden biri buydu. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Çevrede alışveriş merkezleri vardı. Bavullarla 2 kat merdivenden çıkmak zordu. Tuvaleti içinde hareket edemeyecek kadar küçüktü. Banyoda tuvalet yoktu. Sürekli yürüdükçe yerinden oynayan parkeler, kirli bir kahve makinası, üzeri tozla kaplı vantilatörler, temizlik için alınan 80 Euroya karşılık beklentilerimizin çok altındaydı.

• ΤΖΟΥΜΑΛΑΚΗ (9/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία,πολύ κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες,το τραμ 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια,το τρένο 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά Είχε πολύ καλή θέρμανση Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ αλλά δεν ήταν μεγάλο πρόβλημα για τον δεύτερ όροφο που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα Θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν περισσότερες πετσέτες και μαχαιροηρουνα Γενικά αυτά που δεν μας άρεσαν δεν ήταν τόσο σημαντικά
• Predrag (7/5): - Smeštaj je prostran, čist i kreveti su izuzetno udobni i dobra je povezanost sa gradskim prevozom. Brza komunikacija sa domaćinom. Ogroman smeštaj koji prima 6 osoba, a ima jednu wc šolju. Takodje, 2 dana pred put se prijateljima razbolelo dete, domaċin nažalost nije imao razumevanja za tu situaciju i nije želeo ni evro da umanji boravak.

• Sonja (9/5): Charmante geräumige Altbauwohnung in sehr guter Lage - Vor unserer Ankunft bekamen wir alle wichtigen Infos vom Gastgeber, wie Code für den Schlüssel und Parkmöglichkeiten. Er hat uns auch die Adresse für ein kostengünstiges aber sehr ordentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe gesendet. Die Anreise war dadurch sehr bequem. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem charmanten Altbau. Sie war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man so braucht ausgestattet (selbst Salz, Pfeffer und Öl, sowie Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden). Info für die Kaffetrinker: es gab eine Filterkaffemaschine und auch Filter waren vorhanden, Kaffepulver hätte man kaufen müssen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und Wlan hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach top. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und es gibt auch weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants in Fußnähe. Die Straßenbahn- und U-Bahn-Station sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Dadurch erreicht man bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten wie, dass es keine Haken gab um die Handtücher aufzuhängen, Bei der Badewanne fehlt ein Duschvorhang oder eine andere Duschabtrennung und der Wasserdruck könnte besser sein (darf man aber denke ich in einem Altbau auch nicht erwarten). Alles in allem, war es für uns ein toller Aufenthalt.

• Inga (10/5): - A light and comfortable apartment in a convenient location, in one of those quiet and authentically beautiful streets in Vienna. Quite close to the city centre. It was a lovely stay. Would come back.

• Stefano (8/5): Comoda e confortevole soluzione per esplorare Vienna (dimenticando l'auto) - Appartamento ampio in palazzo silenzioso affacciato su una strada senza traffico., Comodo ai servizi (tram, metro, negozi...), staff abbastanza reattivo nel rispondere alle richieste. Comodo avere a disposizione una lavatrice. L'appartamento è bello, l'arredo no. Mobili economici e non proprio al meglio della forma (soprattutto gli armadi), confortevole il letto. Discreta la cucina (mancava pentolame e la gestione ha provveduto rapidamente). Scarsa la dotazione di posate. Da ripensare l'illuminazione. Tutto questo sullo sfondo di un giudizio generale comunque piu che positivo

• Mathanareegan (9/5): We had a wonderful time. - The apartment was very clean and neat. The building didn’t include a lift, which was hard for us to carry our luggage to the second floor . And a balcony would have been nice.

• Tozal (8/5): Apartamento cómodo - El apartamento es amplió la ubicación está alejado del centro pero esta muy cerca la linea del tranvía el N°2 que te deja en el centro El apartamento es amplió limpio y las camas son cómodas la yo no se ve tranquilo. Hay supermercados cerca Le faltaba algo de mobiliario. Por ejemplo. El apartamento es para 6 personas y solo hay 4 sillas en la mesa. Tendría que mejorar la iluminación es muy débil es un segundo sin ascensor para nosotros no fue el problema pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta

• Andres (9/5): Superb - The appartment is big and the living room is ver spacious. it´s very close to public transport. There is a Tram line that goes directly to the city center. There is also a supermarket just around the corner, and some small restaurants. The suggested parking is 10min walking but easy to use. Kitchen ammenities were good. The appartment needs more light, the bulbs were not enough and it felt dark in the night. One room is very spacious and the other one a bit small. We were 4, and needed to leave all our suitcases in the big room.

• Evangelia (9/5): Excellent value for money accomodation with a great host! - The house offers great value for money and is conveniently located, with easy access to the city centre via Tram No. 2. The host was fantastic — very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The house was warm, cosy, and matched the pictures accurately. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it! Just keep in mind that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, which can be a bit challenging (with suitcases, young children etc). That said, I would definitely book it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy their stay in Vienna.

No elevator but this cannot be count as a negative as we already knew that but because we had children with us it made it a little bit difficult climbing up and down the stairs.
