Guest Reviews
- Diane (1/5): Not as advertised and not fit for purpose so we left the property immediately. - Nothing. This is not a three bedroomed apartment as advertised. It is at best, a studio flat with three beds. To access one, you need to climb steep steps to a roof space, and the banister at the top is not stable. Underneath the steps, directly outside the bathroom is a very narrow single bed. I have made a formal complaint to booking.com but have yet to receive any acknowledgement or response.
- Dusan (7/5): Good - Its a quiet neighbourhood, its close to the subway station and Billa market. Staff was responsive and willing to solve some problems that we had. The flat was clean. We booked a place as family (2 adults, 2 children). The were only 3 pillows and 3 blankets. We were planing to make some breakfast and dinner in the apartment, but both (electric plate and microwave with 2 circles on the top) did not work. The owner proposed to change the cooking appliances next day, when we were out in the city, but that was no good for us, because we had personal belongings in the flat.
- Edina (2/5): Apparman in VERY BAD condition, do NOT recommend! - Nothing. Very occupied apartment, I do not recommend it! The apartment opens from a dirty corridor between the storage rooms, which is very unfriendly. The furniture of the apartment is shabby and in poor condition. e.g. the refrigerator door hangs, it is difficult to close, the walls are dirty, there is paint and plaster in several places, the bathroom door is missing a piece and I could go on and on. upon arrival it was very cold, then we turned on the heating, but there is no radiator in the bathroom, it remained very cold there. But most importantly, it is advertised as a 3 bedroom, which is not true! in fact, there is only 1 bedroom that can be separated by a separate door, the other is really a room from which you can climb a ladder to a gallery. And you have to go through these to the bathroom! these are not bedrooms, rather alcoves or holes. The description is misleading! The mattress on the one-person bed is so thin that after I sat on it (I'm 64 kg) it flattened 1 cm thin. I was lying on the bed frame, I couldn't even sleep. Very bad appartman, I don't recommend it!
- Radka (10/5): Great choice for a group of 5 ❤️ - Lena was a great host. ❤️We enjoyed our family stay.
We only stayed 1 night but the apartment had everything we needed.
I really enjoy the parking for free next to the apartment.✅
Lena was very quick replying to message and also left us wine as a compensation for water stain which wasn't her fault at all. 🎁
She was great with giving information.
The apartment had necessary equipment like cutlery, pots pans, cups and glasses. Sliders and towels were also ready for us. 🤗
There was an air-conditioning in one of the rooms which was very nice. I really appreciate it
We only can recommend. 👍 We had bit of trouble with fridge. It took us couple of hours to make it work.
- Marcelina (8/5): Add some glitter to your day! - First impression - someone has lovely mindset and truly believie in magic. Eveything in this small apartament was well planned, and has its own place. From tiny, powder pink (obvieusly) towels to set of cute tea cups and glasses. Great location for us - calm and safe neighborhood. Many parking spots nearby. Few small caffes, and restaurants around. We could have everything what we may need of kitchen suplies. But! Be carefull, not every man will be impressd as we were - some of then may be a Little bit overwhelmed by so many shades of pink ;) Great contact with owner, you thought about everyt, thank You so much! The only thing which may be a problem for someone - lack of privacy in the toilet, caused by accordion doors. Not a problem for family or close friedns, but as I said- only for someone ;)
- Josephine (8/5): Very good - The hospitality and the fact that is was a good place to store your bikes Bit small for 4 persons to sit
- Ruxa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Letitia (7/5): Good -
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Lena is a wonderful host. She is really nice and helpful, she answers promptly to messages, and she is very kind.
The apartment was very clean, neat, and with a nice design.
The apartment building is located in a residential area that is clean and quiet. A bus station is located about 200 m away, and you can get by foot to Schönbrunn Castle, but also to a shopping area and the subway.
- Valeriia (9/5): so beautiful and cozy - everything was perfect. the apartment is clean, very well located and it smelled amazing when we moved in. there’s everything you might need for cooking, having tea or coffee and even shower supplies. it’s a quiet area with lots of transportation options to get around. it’s also self check in and check out, which is very convenient. we couldn’t cook because as soon as we tried to turn on the little microwave-grill type of thing, the electricity went off. the kitchen power outlets need to be fixed.
- Maria (10/5): I recommend the place - We liked everything! Perfect host who was very helpful and welcoming!
- Nikola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Berkay (2/5): False advertisement, not a 3 bedroom apartment - The bathroom was new and clean -This is not a 3 bedroom apartment, it was a false advertisement. There are 3 beds but only 1 of them in a room, the other 2 beds are in open areas separated by a thin partial wall, there is no door. I tried to sleep in the loft area but there was no air circulation there so I had to go downstairs after some time because I felt like I was suffocated. The stairs that lead to the loft area are very steep, it was difficult going up and down.
-The bathroom door is a foldable transparent door, you broadcast it to the kitchen when you go to toilet and the door also makes so much noise while opening and closing, the person that is sleeping next to the bathroom wakes up every time someone goes to toilet.
-The towels that were supposed to be provided were not bathroom towels but hand towels, we had to Buy our own towels to dry ourselves.
-The refrigerator was not a proper one, it was the kind that keeps soft drinks cool, it didn't even work properly, an actual fridge would be nice.
-There is no proper dining table in the kitchen, you need to sit barstools, wasn't very comfortable.
- Stiliyana (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the place. Thanks to the host's instructions we found it and settled in very easily. We were impressed that when we had a problem she answered immediately on the chat and helped us. It was clean and had everything. We liked how it was organized and that it was really quiet in the evening when we were resting from long walks in Vienna. There was a bottle of good wine and sweets (very tasty) for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will come again!
- Huy (9/5): Superb - The owner is very nice, welcoming and helpful. She have detailed instructions with photos and answered all our questions. The apartment is furnished and decorated with care and pride and is very clean. It's well located.
- Monika (9/5): Good price vs. Quality - The accomodation is very close to the Schonbrunn palace. Around 25 min by car to the center however the metro location is very close to reach every point in the city. The host was very helpful and very welcoming with some free goodies.
- Frank (8/5): Very good value for your money. -
- Merci (9/5): Cozy apartment - It was a small nice apartment, with kitchen and bed for five people. The owner is very communicative, we had a nice stay. It's very close to Schönbrunn, and there's a lot of grocery store nearby. The ladder leading to the upstairs bed and the railing was shaking a lot, as we climbed up. It was a bit scary.
The bathroom door is an accordion folding door to save space, which is not the best in such a small apartment when five people stay. Nothing else to complain about.
- Ewa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ivanna (9/5): it is 7 minutes from U-ban Meideling, there are many things for convenience, for example, iron etc. it is a dudget choic - it is a good option for 2 people that can sleep together the completely black color of linen
- Ana (8/5): Very good - The host was nice and welcomed us with a bottle of wine.
I liked the safe and quiet location.
I appreciated the aesthetic of the main bedroom. To reach the second bedroom I had to use a steep and possibly dangerous ladder.
The bathroom could not be heated.
- Sharmaine (8/5): Very nice stay - Lena is very friendly. She let us leave our bags so that we can roam around while she was still cleaning the apartment. She also left some cookies and wine. The rooms are clean and cozy. Though the apartment itself is small, it's just fine for a small group who are staying for a few nights. The location is not that very close to the center but there are bus stops near the apartment.
- Assunta (9/5): Superb - the place is very cozy in a very quiet area not too far away for downtown. the bathroom is always cold!
- Daniela (8/5): Very good - Lena was the perfect host, friendly and helped us with all information about the city and parking. She waited us with wine and sweets. Also the apartament was clean and equiped with all you need. The rooms were too small.
- Konstantinos (10/5): Excellent accommodation, excellent communication with the host. I highly recommend it! -
- Karolina (9/5): I enjoyed my stay at the Sissi apartment! it located really close to the bus stop and next to underground! Schönbrunn is -
- Yordan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. The flat is close to Schonbrunn palace and the underground. There are a couple of restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a laundry, everything you might need, on a walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was wonderful. The place is a very good option for a family or a small group of friends.
- Samira (10/5): The apartment is designed super cute and the host was so welcoming and helpful with all our requests -
- Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - Lena's apartment is a great option to come and see Wien. Lena was extremely nice to us and helped us with everything we needed. We stayed for 2 nights and chosen to go to city center by bus (the bus stop is nearby) and metro and the trip wasn't long. At the apartment had everything we needed, maybe except that the fridge doesn't have a freezer. Kids were happy to sleep on the mezzanine. The location was quiet with the windows closed, and we didn't need to open them as it wasn't hot these days. We'll surely stay again when we decide to see Schonbrunn :)
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Tomasz (5/5): Passable -
- Anonymous (3/5): low cost but poor location and not clean - low cost, multiple beds, host on time
to meet us - strong perfume smell in room
- no fitted sheet on one bed, bed was
not clean (hairs from other people on
bed)
- no air conditioning and unit very hot
- ladder and handrail to loft very rickety
- door to bathroom was semi
transparent
- door challenging to lock and unlock
- very noisy outside at night
- minimal open restaurants in area
