• Jelena (10/5): - Sve je bilo perfektno. Pre svega čisto i veoma udobno. Spavaća soba sa udobnim francuskim ležajem iz koje se ulazi u drugu spavaću sobu sa velikim francuskim ležajem i jednim ležajem za jednu osobu. Iz te sobe se ulazi u dnevnu sa kaučem na razvlačenjem gde isto mogu da spavaju dvoje. Realno mogu da borave 7 osoba. Mi smo bili petoro i bilo je baš komotno. Kuhinja skroz opremljena sa svime što vam je potrebno. Od pribora za jelo, mašine za pranje, kafe aparata, kuvala,frižidera...U smeštaju je bilo kafe, ubrusa, čajeva, filtera za kafu, soli, i tablete za mašinu kada smo stigli. Odvojeno je kupatilo s tušem i toalet. U smeštaju je bilo wc papira ali ne i sapuna i gelova za tuširanje. Takođe u smeštaju je bilo pegle, daske za peglanje, sušilice za veš i fena za kosu.( I pored toga što nam je bilo rečeno kada smo pitali za fen da nema). Bilo je peškira za sve. Jedino nismo skapirali kako se uključuje grejanje ali nije bilo potrebe jer je bilo toplo. Lako smo se snašli i oko preuzimanje ključeva isko smo stigli kadno uveče. Sve je bilo detaljno objašnjeno. Dobro je smeštaj povezan sa centrom. Koristili smo tramvaj br 2 na 5-7min hoda od smeštaja i bez presedanja dolazili do centra. Oko 10 stanica ( otprilike pola sata vožnje). Sve u svemu je bilo super. Zahvaljujemo se vlasniku i ako ponovo dolazimo definitivno biramo ovaj smeštaj.

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Vienna even more enjoyable. • Emir (10/5): Great stay in Vienna! - I've just spent 4 lovely nights with my family in this apartment and it was a great experience l. Great location, excellent value for money. Close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Garage on the same road. Public transport is just a short walk from the property. Very clean and comfortable flat with large rooms and high ceilings. Check in was very simple with a lockbox and good communication, our messages were always answered straight away. I can only recommend this accommodation and would happily stay there again.

• Nataliia (9/5): Чудові апартаменти! - Апартаменти відповідають зазначеній інформації на сайті. Є всі зручності відпочинку та для приготування їжі. В апартаментах є посудомийна машина та достатня кількість гарного посуду. Індивідуальне опалення, що робить відпочинок у холодну пору року комфортним. Поруч біля будинку можна запаркувати авто на вуличній стоянці. Недалеко є два супермаркети, та трамвайна зупинка. В номері багато різних світильників, які створюють романтичну атмосферу. Ліжка дуже комфортні для сну. Загалом гарні апартаменти! З будинків напроти сусіди спостерігають за апартаментами. Потрібно постійно закривати жалюзі.

Check in e check out in autonomia. Gli asciugamani erano pochi per 4 giorni, non era presente alcun prodotto per la doccia, sale o olio in cucina, spray disinfettante per dare una pulita in bagno o al tavolo. Piccoli accorgimenti che potrebbero rendere l'esperienza perfetta.

The communication with the host was smooth and prompt, the check-in process was easy, and the property was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. You have everything that you need in the kitchen, rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a baby with us and there was a baby cot too. City center is near, we didn’t use car at all. • Adela (5/5): Passable - I liked the location of the apartment. The apartment is large and clean. It has everything you need. I did not like that it was very cold in the apartment. The radiators were warm, but we were literally freezing because the woodwork is not good, blowing through it. I hope they fix it. Everything else is fine.

I also didn't like that the heating clock was locked and set to only 20 degrees. We were fine, but I think it should be up to the guests to decide how warm they want it.

There was a small problem with opening the key box. And there is some inconvenience associated with the need to go to the living room through the second bedroom, but if this is one family or close friends, then this is not a big inconvenience
• Jelena (9/5): Superb - Very nice and spacious apartment. Has really everything you could need for short stay. There is a supermaket accross the street, a nice burger restairant down the street, public transportation os also very close. If you are coming with car, it is good to know that Sat and Sun is free to park in side streets (including the street where apartment is), and on work days, you are allowed to park for max 2h on one spot with ticket from traffic (2h are 5 EUR). Too many e-mails from host 🙂 even though they are informative.

Comfortable, warm, pleasant. Alser strase Ubahn 7-8 minutes by foot. Neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, ice cream stores etc. Owner great. Responsive, fast, clear instructions. Pleasant as well. Nothing really.
• Fransiska (10/5): Exceptional - Basically my friends and i found this appartement amazing. It is clean, tidy, comfy and easthetic. Everything in the appartement caught our eyes, especially the quotes that hang on the wall. Almost basic necessary things are provided here. And it was also easier to communicate with the owner, fast respond when we need advise or solving our problem related to the appartement. And I'm willing to stay in this place again if I'd go to Vienna. Yes, this appartement is totally high recommended to stay if you're in Vienna. Nothing, everything is beyond our expectations.
• Mihaela (10/5): Amazing place, highly recommended. - Amazing place, looks brand new, extremely clean and very spacious! Check-in was very easy and well-communicated by the host. It is not in the exact centre, but it is very close and it has a tram stop just a minute from it that takes you directly to the heart of the city in a matter of minutes. It has shops, cafes, bars and restaurants around and it is in a very nice and friendly neighbourhood! More than highly recommended! You cannot control the thermostat, which we see might be logical for the host, but we couldn't get the heat up on Sunday afternoon, but it was still not too cold! The overall stay is still 10/10.

• Sergii (10/5): Beautiful apartments - This is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. From time to time, we visit Vienna in order to have treatment and examination for my wife. We lived in different apartments, but these are great! The location is perfect. Everything we needed is nearby. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need for living. The interior is very nice. The apartments have a pleasant smell that lingers for a long time after departure. We arrived at midnight and checked in in 2 minutes. Handover of keys is very accessible and convenient. Many thanks to the hosts!

Beds were comfy even if a little low to the ground. Nice big kitchen/dining room to socialise in. Would happily stay here again
• Sabothor (9/5): Great stay in Viena for large family. - -Excellent location, very close to tram 2, this will give you great access to the entire city centre. -Very clean apartment, clean towels. -even if the thermostat was under lock, we request the code to have this increased a bit due to having a child with us and neede the apartment a bit warmer. - very soft pillow, I think some harder pillows will go a long way.
• Aron (8/5): Decent - It s a quiet neighborhood. The furniture it s faulty at places... the apartment seems a bit randomly designed. It was quite hot when we arrived probably around 25c and the dial was locked inside a mini cage so we couldn't adjust the temperature to our preference.

A few good restaurants, and the nice Hubler cafe within a couple of minutes walk. Access to one of the bedrooms is through the other one. Be aware that there is no lift in the building (we were on the first floor).

• Fumoney (8/5): If you don't need to contact the host and can tolerate some noise, you'll be good in this basic flat - Self check-in was convenient. Apartment on the first floor (not ground floor). Metro station, tram, supermarket - all within 10 minute walking distance. About 15 minutes from the city centre with public transport. Spacious apartment. Sufficiently equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove and kettle, utensils, soap). 3 separate beds. Blackout curtains. Internet good enough to stream videos with few minor interruptions. Good value for money. A bit too noisy, hard to sleep even with windows closed - church bells, people talking in the yard or on the street, cars passing by. Too hot during the night - can't keep windows open due to noise and no air conditioner. TV has no channels and no account set up for Netflix (should have been there based on the description). TV remote is broken. Toilet and bathroom sinks have no drain stoppers - drop something and it's gone forever. No communication from host other than automatic messages after booking, before arrival and check-out. My inquiries about early check-in possibility or how to get Netflix to work on the TV were completely ignored.
