• IvarsV (9/5): Apartaments ar senatnes auru - Jauks apartaments ar īstu Vīnes senatnes auru. Visas ērtības, pat kafoja un tēja. Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta - tramvajs burtiski pie durvīm, metro 5 min kājiena attālumā. Ērti nokļūt uz centru. Blakus metro 3 pārtikas veikali. Vienkārša un ātra nokļūšana arī no lidostas - S7 vilciens 15 min, kājām 5 min un viena pietura ar tramvaju. Pretīmnākošs saimnieks - mūs jau 10 no rīta bez papildus maksas ielaida apartamentā! Nedaudz sastāvējies gaiss, bet ātri pieradām.

• Szűcs (10/5): Loved it, probably return in the summer. - Well equipped, large spacey rooms. Wish we visited in the summer and had the opportunity to relax in the garden. Its a hidden gem in the city. Old windows, poor insulation made it a bit cold in the winter. Prepare with warm clothes.

• Yasuyo (10/5): 実家に帰って来たようなほっこりさを感じられる宿です。 - 朝6:35にウィーンに着く便で向かったので、朝8時からのチェックインを受付てくれて本当に助かりました！大きな木のあるお庭があり、お部屋も広くのんびりゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができ長時間フライトの疲れを癒すことができました！ウィーンに来た際にはまた訪問したいです。

Martin, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und können eine 💯 prozentige Empfehlung geben. • Hutschenreuter (10/5): Urlaub in Wien - Sehr empfehlenswert, Vermieter sehr freundlich und für Hund super und nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie die Verbindung ins Zentrum Nichts
• Ralf (9/5): Ruhige Wohnung im Grünen mit sehr schneller U-Bahn-Anbindung und tollem Gastgeber - Absolut ruhige Wohnung in einem grünen Hinterhof im Stadtteil Simmering mit Restaurants und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe und nur ein paar Hundert Meter von der U-Bahn entfernt, mit der man wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Dazu ein sehr netter und großzügiger Gastgeber, der nie aufdringlich, aber immer da und hilfsbereit ist, wenn man es sich wünscht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch die Ausstattung zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Obwohl manches etwas abgewetzt wirkt, hat der Ort genauso wie der Gastgeber einen sehr entspannten und authentischen Charme. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohl gefühlt und fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Top!
• Piia (8/5): - Üleeelmise sajandivahetuse maja. Mõnus vaikne sisehoov kus hommikukohvi nautida või päevase kuumuse eest varju leida. Kui esimene ehmatus oli möödas, siis harjusid ära. Nagu oleks vanaema juures. Aeg oli justkui seisma jäänud. Vaatamata miinustele läheks teinekord uuesti. Trammipeatus peaaegu maja ees (kuigi see suvi oli/on remont ja trammi ei sõitnud😁), metroojaam ~10min väga aeglast jalutamist ja raudteejaam ~ 20 min. Lennujaamast vaid 5 peatust s7-ga. Arvestama peab, et poed pannakse kinni varakult (18.30) ja nd. vahetusel on suisa kinni (teiselpool linna, kus uuemad majad, suleti toidupoed palju hiljem) Sajandite vanune rõskus oli sees. Tuppa astudes ehmatas see. Natuke võib puhtuse kallal nuriseda (äravoolutoru vannis).

The location is perfect - conveniently close to the U3 station and tram, making it super easy to get to Raiffeisen Halle, the city center, and other key spots. The garden was a lovely bonus, offering a peaceful place to relax. Highly recommend!
• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment, very good connection to the city center by tram or subway. It also has very good connection to the airport by S7 train. It has all the appliances and furniture you can think of. Martin, the host, was very helpful.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - walking distance from Belvedere, otherwise tram 71 stops right outside the door and is extremely regular and convenient to get around. The home is extremely cozy, with a courtyard, calm and quiet. We felt as if we had lived in it all our lives. Martin is very responsive and welcoming and even though our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am, he was waiting at the door to welcome us. Everything likes me. you can't help but like something.

• Hasmik (10/5): Great apartment! Great host! Great stay! - Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour. In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host. The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away. I highly recommend this place! N/A

• Olena (10/5): Exceptional - This is authentic, unusual place to stay, it’s like visiting your grandparents :). The building itself is beautiful, goes back to 19 century, ceiling in the apartment is at least 4 m high. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for long stay. The bed is comfy and location is convient to get to the city center and any sightseeing places. Martin, the owner, is available to provide any information. I’d come back with pleasure.
• Ivan (10/5): We had an amazing stay here, hopefully we can return one day! - The flat was huge and cozy at the same time, and had virtually everything we needed, including dish soap, laundry detergent, some candies, a washing machine and an iron. The location was great, being just a 2 minute walk from the underground and 15 meters from a tram stop. The place even had a desk in the living room which could comfortably be used as a working space if needed. The entrance with an atmospheric staircase and inner garden with a little fountain were also lovely. The owner was attentive and punctual, waiting for us on our arrival day. We had no issues with the flat at all and found it to be excellent value for money. It was also convenient to communicate with the owner through the website he provided. None, everything was excellent!

Also Sir Martin was very nice and helped us with some extra requests. I cannot recommand it enough!! 10+ Nothing significant

• Gerda (10/5): Well equipped, pet friendly apartment in a good location with awesome hosts! Highly recommended - The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartament is well equiped, in good location, has a nice patio and all the things you could need for a comfortable staying. The place is also pet friendly, we came with our dogs and felt very welcome. Worth of the price for sure, one of the best accomodations I had in Vienna so far :) Everything was perfect!
