• Marina (10/5): Izuzetno lep stan sa divnim pogledom i mnoštvom sadržaja u okolini. - Smeštaj je izuzetno lep i udoban. U stanu je prečisto. Imali smo osećaj kao da smo u svojoj kući. Pogled sa terase je prelep. Domaćini su preljubazni. Vratićemo se opet, sigurno.
• Dominic (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber sehr gute Öffi Anbindung - Tolle Unterkunft, direkt neben der Therme Wien. Sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren nett und auch immer erreichbar. Unkompliziert den Schlüssel via Schlüsselsafe bekommen. Tiefgaragenparkplatz war vorhanden und auch kostenfrei, etwas kleine Parklücke, aber das ist in Wien normal. Toller Balkon und eine "grüne" Aussicht in den angrenzenden Park. Zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reise waren direkt nebenan Bauarbeiten, dass ist aber dem Gastgeber bzw. der Unterkunft nicht negativ anzurechnen. Falls diese Baustelle länger dauern sollte, könnte man darauf hinweisen in der Buchung bzw. in der Beschreibung.

• Gerard (7/5): Całe szczęście że moja partnerka nie spadła z połamanego stołka bo był by to nie udany wyjazd. - Widok na park.Baseny termalne. Brak miotły,mopa,odkurzacza,stara gąbka i ściereczka do naczyń nie domyte naczynia i sztućce mieszkanie tym razem było bardzo słabo posprzątane,prawdopodobnie poprzedni goście palili papierosy w mieszkaniu połamane stołki uszkodzona roleta zewnętrzna która uniemożliwiła nam wyjście na balkon brak żarówki w lampce nocnej.Obok budynku powstają nowe budynki mieszkalne co powoduje coraz większy hałas oraz problem z parkowaniem auta ponieważ większość parkingu jest zarezerwowana dla pracowników którzy pracują przy budowie nowych budynków.

• Liudmila (6/5): Уставшая квартира, которой требуется больше ухода и внимания. Остановиться можно, но есть ощущение эконом-класса самого - Вид с балкона, уютный и современный дизайн квартиры. Внизу есть прачечная за деньги. Рядом прекрасный парк и термы. Уборка хорошая, чисто. Не ухоженные и обшарпанные общие территории дома, на парковку идти вообще страшно, грязно и исписано все, запутанный выход на парковку через 3 двери, навигации ноль. Сама квартра красивая, но к сожалению, не ухожена - не работают затычки в ванной и раковине, полотенца изношены и жесткие, пятна на шторах. Мыло в ванной закончилось через 3 дня, для посудомойки не было предоставлено ни одной таблетки, новой губки для посуды так же не было, лежали только тухлые губки старые. За наше пребывание 10 дней не было предложено ни одной уборки, только принесли новые такие же жесткие полотенца. Так же рядом с домом идет стройка, но окна на другую сторону на парк, поэтому шума не было.

• Бичко (10/5): - Very luxurious apartments, especially for such price in Wien, i was pleased with design, beds, bathroom, location is perfect, as metro is near. Parking is available too from 9pm to 9am. I reccomend it to anyone wishing to visit Wien and sleep in comfort!

• Michael (10/5): Perfekt : ) - super Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe Therme und U-Bahn , wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon aus.
• Michael (4/5): Viel zu überbewertet - Die Aussicht ist schon super. Der inkludierte TG-Platz war auch fein. Viel Stauraum im Bad. Nähe zu Ubahn passt, auch wenn es länger dauert, in die Innenstadt zu kommen, weil untertags Wartezeiten von 15 Minuten sind. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, das gleich angrenzend (gegenüber Eingang) ein neues Haus gebaut wird, es war also ab der Früh laut (Baulärm und Luftpumpengebläse). Nachts war es aufgrund der nahen Güterzüge trotz geschlossenen Fenstern auch recht laut. Der Schlüssel für die Garage war sehr schwer einzustecken. Das Besteck und Geschirr war nicht sauber - wir mussten es gleich bei Ankunft einmal durchwaschen. Auch die Wohnung an sich war nicht sauber, extrem staubig und es war definitiv nicht gesaugt worden. Vor allem die große Pflanze neben dem Bett war dick übersät mit Staub; wir mussten sie ins Wohnzimmer schieben, da ich Stauballergiker bin. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich und sehr durchgelegen und die Stühle in der Küche waren hart und unbequem. Auch das Sofa war staubig. Genauso wie das Toilettpapierkästchen (siehe Fotos). Die Handtücher waren sehr dünn, alt und rochen schlecht. Trotzdem wir die Temperatur wärmer gestellt haben, wurde es im Schlafzimmer nicht warm. Es war also nachts eiskalt und wir mussten mit Haube schlafen (obwohl es draußen Plusgrade hatte). Wir haben dieses Problem gleich in der Früh nach der ersten Nacht gemeldet, bekamen aber bis zur Abreise keine Hilfe und es blieb kalt. Der Wasserkocher war nicht zu verwenden, da arg verkalkt und schmutzig. Am letzten Abend ging ein starker Sturm, der am Balkon die vielen nicht entsorgten Zigaretten der Vorbewohner herumgeweht hat, was nicht nur für uns als Nichtraucher unangenehm ist. Kein Kleiderkasten; die wenigen Haken bei der Eingangsgarderobe sind viel zu dünn und die Stange ist zu hoch oben. Es gab leider keinen Fernseher und keinen Safe. Es gibt in der Nähe kein Lokal für abends essen gehen.

• Michael (10/5): - Super Appaetment, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles um sich wohl und in der Wohnung zu versorgen. Gute Lage 15 Min mit der U1 ins Zentrum. Parkhaus vorhanden und externe stellplätzestanden zur Verfügung.
• Noppeney (10/5): Alles gut - gerne wieder - Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Direkt am Bahnhof - S Bahn und Bushaltestellen. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Zugang wird nur denen gewährt die auch berechtigt sind - Chip System. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles da was man braucht. Tolles Badezimmer - Super Dusche. Im Bett schläft man wie auf Wolke 7. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Wichtig war für mich auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz der zur Wohnung gehört. Alles in Allem komme ich gerne wieder. Nichts!!

• Gamze (10/5): - Viyanada ki evimiz oldu. Her ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, çok şık temiz bir evdi.Mutfağında bulaşık makinasından, fırına kadar her şey son derece moderndi. Dekorasyonuna hayran kaldık. Araç kiralamıştık ve ücretsiz park yeri sunması işlerimizi kolaylaştırdı. Araç kiramasanız da metroya 4 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibi her türlü sorumuza yanıt verdi. Kendisine her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Viyanaya yolumuz düşerse yine geleceğiz.

• Rita (10/5): - Wohnung mit WOW-Effekt. Schön ruhig direkt am Park gelegen und super modern und bequem eingerichtet. Zur U-Bahn geht man nur 5 Minuten (falls man unterwegs nicht noch in der tollen Konditorei oder im Schwimmbad rastet😉) und die Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert auch nicht wesentlich länger. Grundsätzliche Dinge wie Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher, Spülmittel oder Handfeger wären nicht schlecht…

When I return to Vienna I will sure try to stay in the same apartment. There is a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station that takes you directly into the main city square. The only downside is that the closest supermarket is 15-20min walking distance away.

• Gabriele (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick - Die Wohnung liegt im neunten Stock. Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick vom Balkon. Gute Lage. Man ist in ein paar Minuten bei der U-Bahn und hat gute Anbindung an die Altstadt, ca. 20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn. Im Sommer kann man bestimmt die schöne Aussicht auf dem Balkon genießen. Es war sehr ruhig in der Gegend und auch im Haus. Wir waren nur zwei Übernachtungen für den Weihnachtsmarktbesuch.

We got a notification that there was some payment app but it didn't work for us.
• reda (10/5): مكان ساحر لاتكفيه زيارة واحدة، أوصي به بشدة - مكان جدا جميل ، اعجز عن وصف جمال وروعة الموقع، محاط بحدائق ضخمة وجميلة جدا، بجانبه مطعم وكوفي لذيذ ، بجانبه منتجع علاجي، مركز التسوق قريب على مسافة دقائق بالسيارة، الشقة نظيفة جدا وكل شيء احتجناه وجدناه بها، الأمان جدا عالي، هناك مرآب مجاني، استقبلنا المضيف بمشروب فاخر وشوكولاه، لم نشربه، لكن نشكر له مبادرته، هناك شرفة بها أرجوحة وهناك جلسة خارجية، كنا بالدور التاسع، الإطلالة كانت ساحرة على فيينا،حولنا كشك يبيع الشاورما والسندوتشات التركية، أوصيكم به ، هذا المكان به دفء العائلة، هكذا وجدته، عندما لم نفهم خطوات الحصول على المفتاح وجدنا سيدة تسكن بالدور العاشر، قدمت لنا يد العون وساعدتنا، فلها جزيل الشكر، سيكون خياري الوحيد هذا المكان عند زيارتي إلى فيينا فقط مرتبة السرير كانت قليلا غير مريحة غير ذلك كل شيء كامل

• Lazar (9/5): The accommodation is excellent! - The accommodation is excellent, very suitable for a family of two adults and one child. The building is new and has everything you need. We stayed in apartment 904, as the owners have several apartments. All recommendations. The only complaint is that the apartment description does not clearly specify which unit includes a garage parking space. We chose this accommodation because of parking, but it turned out that our apartment did not have a garage spot, so we had to pay €15 per day for parking in the garage.

• Jan (10/5): Volle Punktzahl mit Sternchen! - Unglaublich saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den herbstlichen Kurpark. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Ich war schon oft in Wohnungen vor Ort - das war aber der mit Abstand beste Aufenthalt.

• D (10/5): Fantastische plek om Wenen te bezoeken. - Mooi ruim appartement, fijn met twee personen. Lekkere douche. Geweldige parkeerplek onderin. Zeer duidelijke communicatie betreft ingang, sleutel etc. Goed gelegen bij park en metro Oberlaa. ( alles met U 1, goed te bereiken) Tegenover een fantastische kontitorei. Geen restaurants op loopafstand gezien.

• Mr. Claus (10/5): Ein Traum von einer Wohnung in einer traumhaften Stadt. - Die Wohnung besticht durch Stil, Design und Gemütlichkeit. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit einem großen (ebenfalls sehr gemütlich bestückten Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Park) ein wahrer Traum, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei, der Park schließt quasi direkt an das Gebäude an, sodass man jederzeit problemlos spazieren gehen kann. Besagter Park ist für sich bereits ein Attraktion: Großflächig angelegt, wunderschön und sehr vielseitig; ein Spaziergang wird hier zu einer wahren Entdeckungsreise. Unsere Gastgeberin Denise war sehr freundlich und stand uns auch während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Nach der Buchung erhält man eine einfache und bebilderte Anleitung mit allen wichtigen Informationen bezüglich Checkin und Checkout, sowie weitere nützliche und interessante Informationen - professionell und sehr zuvorkommend - wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Wohnung (und die Gegend) entscheiden. Das Gebäude ist neu, sehr ruhig, die Mitbewohner grüßen freundlich, man findet alles was man braucht (Schlüssel, Wohnung, einen professionellen Waschraum, Tiefgarage, einen Automat mit Getränken und Snacks für den kleinen Hunger / Durst zwischendurch). Die Gänge und Flure sind breit und hell erleuchtet und durch mit dem chip-gesicherten Fahrstuhl erreicht man problemlos die Wohnetage, den Keller und das Erdgeschoss. Die U-Bahnstation befindet sich ca. fünf Gehminuten vom Gebäude entfernt - mit der U1 erreicht man das Zentrum bequem in ca. 20 Minuten. Für Wellness-Fans ist die "Therme Wien" quasi direkt vor dem Gebäude (zwei Gehminuten).
• Dragan (10/5): Amazing stay in Vienna! - We will likely come again to the same apartment - it is spacious, clean, with a terrasse with amazing view. * Beautiful Kurpark Oberlaa and Therme Wien are just next to the bulging * U-Bahn station is within 2-3 minutes walking distance * Comfortable beds * Free parking in the garage * Coffee machine * Dish washer * Perfect communication with the host. * There is no TV in the apartment, but we found it a great decision - when you are in Vienna, go outside and enjoy this amazing city! Hosts should suggest a route to the apartment that avoids railway crossing. Default route to the building suggested by Google Navigation crosses the railway and the ramp was down and after waiting ~20 minutes (!) for ramp to lift, we eventually gave up and found different way to the apartment, after seeing that cars with Austrian plates also gave up waiting and did U-turn * The woven rope coffee table on the terrasse is not suitable for putting glasses on it * It would be nice to have some salt in the kitchen
• Bridget (9/5): Beautiful apartment, wonderful location outside of town - The location is great, very close to a metro line but quiet and near a huge park. The apartment is beautiful. The bed is comfy and the hosts are very responsive. We had a couple small issues (the blinds didn't work in the living room, some left over trash), but the hosts were very responsive.

• Nenadmicic (10/5): great place, great view. - Location is pretty good. There is a underground garage as well as a lot of parking infront of the building. View from the apartment is great. Apartment looks very modern and is comfortable. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Apartment could be a little warmer. Other than this, no complaints.
• Beátrix (10/5): Nicest place in Vienna - Spacious, luminous, cozy, very stylish apartment, equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The city center is easily accessible via the metro line. The hosts are very sweet and helpful. We were greeted by a very clean apartment, the furniture was not damaged. The bed is very comfortable.
• Olena (9/5): Good view and design - The apartment has a very beautiful view, especially at sunset, also a comfy bed, comfortable bed, quiet, modern house, modern design, enough dishes and beautiful cups, plates, cutlery, coffee etc Also I liked the balcony and pictures on the wall and plants. I was counting on parking but was not given any instructions in advance and was unable to use it after speaking with the owner. Probably it's worth adding to the check in guide. Also the towels are quite ready to be changed as they have an unpleasant smell.

• Olga (10/5): Cozy apartment, close to town, allows you to appreciate the beauties of nature - A great place to stay in Vienna. Very close to U-Bahn, next to a huge park and vineyards (and wine taverns). A spacious terrace with a spectacular view. A few more kitchen utensils and cleaning equipment available for guests would be a welcome addition.

• Rasha (1/5): The worst in Vienna ! - That it close to Therme wien only 1-first of all as a person just arrived from a long trip they make the self check-in super hard and takes time and several steps to get in the building at night in cold water. 2- I couldn't sleep the whole night that there are many and many of big Insects look like Cockroaches everywhere in the apartment and spreading over the curtains in the bedroom and the living room the thing that let awake the whole night, observing the Insects. 3-when I contacted Violeta "the property manager regarding the Insects issue, she replied that "This Insect is harmless, we have it in Austria"....!!! That means "live with the Insects normally". 4- when I wanted to check out I gave a try to open the mailbox, but I couldn't. So I went back to the apartment, put the key on the table and close the door. I texted Violeta and told her that I checked out and I left the key inside the apartment. Then, supposed to pay for the locksmith an amount of 183€ because they don't have a spare key that the previous guest lost the key a week ago and the one I left inside the apartment was the spare !!!! Should I have to pay for the previous guest fault ??? Should I have to pay for the property manager's fault when they didn't make a new key during the week after the previous guest lost the key??? They didn't pay.. they didn't charge that guest...!!! They wanted me to pay 183€ Then they told Booking that I'm the one who l lost the the both keys....!! The good part is I have all messages from the manager as an evidence!!

My daughter is staying there and she’s more than thankful for such a peaceful Apartment, where can she really in peace studying. I like everything, maybe only the price of accommodation is high if you need an apartment for several weeks...
