Pernelle (9/5): - Super flot lejlighed med masser af plads. Flot badeværelse. Der manglede viskestykker til at tørre tallerkener og glas af med. Der var for lidt bestik/glas til at bruge opvaskemaskinen. Vi kunne godt bruge et par puder og tæppe i sofaen. Balkonen var desværre ud i en baggård og der var ingen møbler derude som man kunne bruge balkonen.

Boris (10/5): - Apartman se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji i u blizini ima parking. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se marketi, tržni centar... Uputila bih malu sugestiju što se tiče opremljenosti kuhinje sa posuđem, bilo bi dobro dodati još nešto posuđa, za porodice koje borave, a htjeli bi nešto skuhati. Dva puta smo boravili u aparmanima i sigurno ćemo doći ponovo.

Nothing in particular, except that on a couple of nights the neighbors upstairs made some loud noise and movement late at night. However, I understand this is not fully within your control, and it can happen even in regular hotels.

L'emplacement est à seulement 25min du centre en transport en commun. C'était un bon choix pour notre séjour à Vienne Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisines et de quoi s'installer sur la terrasse.

The apartment was spotless, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference during my stay. Honestly, it was one of the most comfortable places I have ever booked. The location was also perfect for my needs, as it was directly across from the hospital where I needed to visit someone. For anyone visiting the city, the location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation including trams and trains nearby. The only minor issue I experienced was with the TV, as I was not sure how to use it. It would be very helpful to have simple instructions available for guests. In addition, providing a compatible adapter or charging option for iPhones, especially for guests coming from overseas, would be a thoughtful and useful addition.

The host refused any solution (refund or alternative) and was dismissive, claiming Vienna's "air pollution" makes dust "normal." Booking.com had to intervene to get any compensation, and even then only offered credits instead of a refund. Avoid this listing.

Awatef (9/5): Propre, fonctionnel, localisation parfaite - Appartement épuré avec mobilier élégant et propre. Bureau dans la chambre avec balcon. Le fauteuil convertible était un peu dur mais très grand et avec une prise intégré. Petits détails bien pensés: accès facile, toilette séparée avec evier (eau chaude!), petit meuble pour chaussure, ... Pour nous, la garantie de ne pas accepter les animaux était aussi un point qualitatif important. La localisation était aussi parfaite pour nous. Très peu d’équipement, parmis le minimum fonctionnel il manquait une boulloire, une paire de ciseaux, une casserole, un essui pour la vaisselle, une loque pour le sol, quelques cintres en plus.

Anastasia (7/5): - Open, spacious, warm, public transport very close. I would appreciate it if some things were in a better situation if you consider the cost per night. For example the towels and the sheets were really not for use anymore... And maybe a hand towel in the kitchen would be a nice addition 🙂. Otherwisw everything was fine!
