• Vanja (7/5): Good - Parking on the street and garage. Check in was easy. Helpfull and friendly host. Buiding, small bedroom without window and small toilett. Unconfortable sofa beds. Looks better on pictures.

• Anna (9/5): Really nice time. - Really nice place, a lot of green outside, quite area. Close to parking and close to metro, bus or tram, to centrum. Really big apartment with all necessary equipment.
• Anu (8/5): I recommend it! - It was clean, warm and comfortable, owner sent us exact instructions, how to get the keys. Silent neighbourhood. Shop and restaurants nearby. Little bit noise from the gas boiler in WC and one night from the upper floor. Pillow was too big.

• Timotei (9/5): Comfy and clean Wien experience - It was simple and clean, exactly what we needed for the city break in Wien. Close to the subway station and also close to a Billa supermarket. The suggested parking is not very accessible in terms of price, but you can find a more affordable one.
• Hina (1/5): Disaster. sorry ! - Nothign Water from the shower room comes to the main living area. Pillows were more like cushions, i had asked the owner to provide us with Iron which he promised. But there was no iron in the apartment, i was told to go and look for a room which has washing machine. but there was no room with washing machine, A lady in that building told me to Get out of the building and stop looking here n there for iron. If i had requested the iron, and owner promised it as well, it should've been placed in the apartment, not somewhere else. We could not get the electric stove to work. There were no Shampoo in the shower room, the button with soap dispenser always got stuck. there was such terrible smell in the entrance of the apartment, like you have put 100 cows together. The fan in the room was hardly giving any air. Like you have to sit infront of fan within 5 inch distance to hardly feel anything, you can check weather in Vienna this year 2023 in August. It was like 35 degrees and we were left without a fan. the drainage system in the shower-room was terrible. When you take shower, all the water from the shower room comes into the main living room. (On top of that, there was no Wiper or sucking material to pull the water back)
• Csire (9/5): Superb - Good public transport access, close to a secure garage, overally a good location for sightseers. Very clean room. Bathroom is very small, you got the yachting feeling . Must be particular problem but the shower door needs a cheap reparation to keep the water in (can be done in 10 mins for a cost of 10 eur, I guess the next guest will not encounter w the problem). Not a big problem but the kitchen is also tiny, rather a so-called tea-kitchen. Enough if you stick to preparing cold or semi-ready dishes for breakfast or supper. Noone is expected to prepare a 6-course dinner during holiday, anyway...
• Hanna_nov (9/5): Superb - The instructions from the owner how to find the keys were clear and easy to follow. The location of the apartment is great no matter what kind of transport you need - a bus, a tram, metro... There were beneficial coffee!!! Just a lovely idea :)
• Aise (10/5): Exceptional - The 2 beds, each person could sleep in a separate room. Very cozy apartment. It's a great place to stay. The space in the toilet was a bit small. The fawcet in the kitchen would splatter water on the wall and counter.

• Peter (10/5): Get a place your mony worth - New, clean and quiet appartement, owner has been very attentiv and informativ. Recomende this appartement any time I run in to some gangs from U-station Margaretengürtel to the appartement, feelt not so save.

The location is really good, it's in a quiet part of the city, there are a few supermarkets and bakeries near, and it is well connected with the city center and other parts of the city as different tram, metro, and bus stations are a few minutes away. It was a bit difficult to lock/unlock the door.
• Kelsey (9/5): Highly recommend! - This property offered all the little things you could think about needing while traveling. It is close to public transportation and grocery stores. It felt like an authentic Viennese experience.
• Milos (10/5): Exceptional - Appartment is very good, very good conections with city centar by bus, metro and trams, garage is very close, reasonably price (it realy cost 6 Euro per day if you pay online).
• Miha (9/5): Superb - The apartment is conveniently located: it is close to tram and metro stations, so the city centre is reachable within 15-30 min. The apartment has all the amenities you need during the stay in Vienna. Recommendable.
