• Franz (9/5): Die Wohnung ist dort, wo sich Wien von seiner schönsten und ursprünglichen Seite zeigt. - Die Lage ist großartig. Toller Bezirk, buntes Treiben der Menschen, die dort leben. Wenig Tourismus; alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten trotzdem schnell erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV (Straßenbahn, Bus), U-Bahn auch nicht weit. Toller Blick aus dem Fenster mit Blick über die Dächer in Richtung Norden. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; funktioniert trotzdem alles.

• Stacy (10/5): Large lovely apartment in great location - We loved this apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. The lounge room and the bedrooms had a heap of space and all had large windows with views out to Vienna. It was in a great area, surrounded by shops and cafes and multiple supermarkets near by. Public transport made getting around very Vienna very easy. The hot dog stand directly outside the apartment complex, sold incredible vegan hot dogs. The complex had elevators so no need to carry luggage up stairs which was great. The host was very lovely, meeting us at the apartment to hand over the keys and gave us a tour of the place, including the laundry room downstairs. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Vienna. The apartment complex and surrounding areas were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Can not fault this place.

De nombreux commerces à proximité pour faire des courses et une cuisine trés bien équipée .... c'était trés confortable (surtout aprés une bonne journée de marche...) A notre arrivée une sympathique attention nous attendait avec une petite spécialité viennoise à découvrir... Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour, nous vous remercions pour votre accueil RAS c'était parfait !
• Michael (9/5): Schöne Wohnung für den Aufenthalt mitten in Wien. - Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt. Zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens einfach erreichbar. Schöner Blick aus den fenstern im 9. Stock. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, viel Platz. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr lauter Kühlschrank, der in einem der Schlafzimmer deutlich zu hören ist.

• Karoline (7/5): Die Wohnung überzeugt vor allem durch ihre Lage und den Ausblick und Preis/Leistung. - 🌅 Traumhafte Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick 🏞 Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen 🛏️ Geräumige Wohnung mit viel Platz 💶 Preis / Leistung absolut in Ordnung 🧹 Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, Vermieterin hat aber die Putzfrau nochmals kommen lassen, wir haben aber dennoch nochmals nachgeputzt. Putzfrau wurde lt. Vermieterin wohl mittlerweile entlassen. 🔊 Teilweise bis spät nachts draußen (Treffpunkt: Würstlbude) laut, da die Wohnung in einem Studentenheim liegt 🪑 Küche bräuchte mal eine Update (Arbeitsplatte und Wände). 👃 Schlechte Gerüche durch die Gemeinschaftsküchen im Gebäude

• Anne (8/5): Great sized apartment, good location. - Large self contained, well equipped, 2 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and lovely views. Great location, one block from tram stop and good eateries. Beds were a little soft for us. Shower is over the bath so you have to be able to step into and out of the bath. University district, so some night time noise and lots of students coming and going.

• Claudia (10/5): Great apartment in Vienna - The apartment is big, bright and airy. There is plenty of space to unpack and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the toilet is separate from the bathroom which is good. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating. There are fans in each room to cool the place down. The washing machine is in the basement but it wasn't a problem as it is for private use and free to use, also a spin dryer and tumble dryer. Close to the city centre and with loads of great connections to buses and trams. Also, beautiful views over the city. Loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and all instructions were clear, we had two sets of keys which was very useful. We had a late flight home and they allowed us the use of the flat until after 4pm when we left for the airport. Nothing, it was a great place for a week long stay in Vienna.

• Ajayakumar (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best accommodations we had during our two week European trip.The apartment owner turned up personally to hand over key and to give necessary directions .This was indeed an altogether different experience.We really appreciate this positive response . It would have been better if a washing machine were provided in the apartment itself.
• Rose (9/5): Perfect spacious and safe full apartment for families - It’s spacious, safe, full of amenities, and perfectly clean. There’s good restaurants, grocery stores, and public trans within a 2min walk. This is the perfect place for families visiting Vienna! It’s about a 15min walk from the city center but it was a known trade off when selecting the property. Vienna’s marvels are more spread out than many European cities we’ve visited, so between public trans and cheap:abundantly available Ubers, it wasn’t an issue.

• Carmen (10/5): Marvellous and pretty big Apartment to stay at Wien City centre, 100% recommended - Everything was clean and tidied up, the mattresses are pretty comfy to sleep and the place is warm and centric, ideal to take either bus or tram to whatever point. Besides, the apartment was fully equiped for 4 people, me and my friends are pretty grateful for the owner's hospitality, vielen Danke für alles!!!

• Brian (7/5): Good - Comfortable two bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen and good views. Walking distance to the Rathaus and good public transport close by (trams and bus). Good supermarkets nearby. Good heating. Two sets of keys provided. The apartment overall is quite nice but the building it is in let's it down. Good prompt communications from apartment owner. The apartment is in a student accommodation building and there are strong cooking odours from the communal kitchens on each of the floors below. It was noisy on occasions.The laundry room in the basement is not very clean or tidy. Both lifts were out of service one day of our stay and the apartment is on the ninth floor, very inconvenient for us but felt sorry for the cleaning lady going up and down those stairs that day

• Mark (10/5): Outstanding apartment condition and location. You will NOT regret staying here. - Our overall experience was OUTSTANDING. The owner was there to hand over the keys when we arrived and gave a very concise explanation of the necessary information. The apartment is very spacious and very sunny with big windows pointing west to the Vienna woods. It is on the 9th floor with two elevators so we never had an issue with this. We we were immediately very happy upon entering the apartment. The location in Vienna is excellent...very short walk to the museum district and to downtown Vienna. The tram is just a five minute walk from the apartment and from there one travels all over Vienna. A local food store (Billa) is just around the corner so we ran out for fresh Kaiser Semmels every morning for breakfast in the apartment. There are also two small restaurants just across the street where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner inside and outside. An added PLUS is the "Wurstelstand" right outside the entrance to the building where you get great late evening sausages and beer. Be sure to order an "Eitrige and 16er Blech". We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Vienna.

• Paula (5/5): Passable - The apartment was spacious and in a very good location with Billa supermarkets and various restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Apartment was not well maintained, cleanliness was mediocre. Spots on the bedsheet, dust on the heaters. Toilet was in a separate room with no sink, to wash your hands you have to go out and go to the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds - too soft. Owner was away during our visit but sent check-in instructions and that her mom would meet us at the apartment and bring the keys. However, her instructions and her mom's instructions were completely different - we ended up having to walk to her mom's place to pick up the keys. This was the same with checking-out instructions, completely different instructions from the owner and her mom. Very confusing.
