• Brandon (6/5): Loved not being at the apartment to be honest… - It’s located inside the 2nd district so not too far to walk into the main areas and there are 2 underground stations right next to the apartment. There are also a few supermarkets which was great. It’s very very basic. I have no idea how it’s a 5 star, it should be a 3 to 3.5 star at best. There is no feel or decor. It’s cold and very dull. There is almost no lighting in the main area at night. It’s very dark. The wall by the bed is peeling really badly. Just a very average apartment. It’s a ground floor unit on the road so it’s very noisy and you can’t keep your windows open.

• Daniel (6/5): Great location for mediocre flat - It was easy to get in with code sent well in advance. The apartment was quite spacious and easily accessible with stroller. Enough storage for personal stuff. Locations was great, close to metro station. Baby bed was provided. It was close to quite loud entrance door, there was supposed to be a terrace however it was just a concrete place behind dumpsters where occasionaly random people walked. The rooms was quite dark. Not enough dishwasher capsules considering the low amount of dishes. There was no baby stool.

• Filipp T (5/5): Zu laut und dunkel - schick aber ohne echte Wohlfühlatmosphäre - Das Appartement ist modern und schick gestaltet, besonders das Badezimmer mit der Rainshower-Dusche ist ein kleines Deluxemoment.. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich praktisch – gut angebunden und schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Leider überwiegen jedoch die negativen Aspekte deutlich... Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Vorderhauses direkt an einer stark befahrenen Einbahnstraße – ein Punkt, der im Inserat nicht erwähnt wurde. Für ein als „Deluxe Appartement“ beworbenes Objekt weckt das deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Vor allem morgens zwischen 6 und 8 Uhr war an Ausschlafen wegen des Straßenlärms (insbesondere durch LKW) nicht zu denken. Die neuen, gut isolierten Fenster dämpfen den Lärm zwar etwas, können ihn aber nicht vollständig abschirmen – ebenso wenig wie laute Gespräche von Passanten. Zudem ist die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt, da man von der Straße aus direkt in die Wohnung sehen kann. Die Einrichtung ist zwar stilvoll, wirkt aber etwas kahl – ein paar Bilder an den Wänden würden für mehr Gemütlichkeit sorgen. In der Küche fehlen grundlegende Utensilien wie Kaffeetassen, Weingläser oder kleine Schalen - das ist ärgerlich, wenn man eine Ferienwohnung mietet, möchte man doch nicht den halben Hausstand selbst mitbringen müssen. Stattdessen gibt es zwar zwei Fernseher (wer braucht das in einer 1-Zimmerwohnug?), wovon sich einer nicht ausschalten ließ und schließlich vom Strom getrennt werden musste Insgesamt konnte trotz einzelner positiver Aspekte kein echtes Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen. Die Wohnung ist einfach zu laut und zu dunkel, um als erholsamer Rückzugsort zu dienen – und bleibt damit hinter dem Anspruch eines „Deluxe Appartements“ deutlich zurück.
• Augusto (8/5): Great stay, would stay there again. Highly recommend it. - Impeccably clean. Super easy check-in. Seemed brand new and completely calm and silent. Great shower. There is no direct sunlight, since the only windows face an inner courtyard.

• Claudia (4/5): - Uns wurde ohne Probleme ein anderes Apartment zu Verfügung gestellt. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert Das Bad war bei der Ankunft nicht geputzt, ausserdem fehlte zum Beziehen der Couch das Leintuch. Das Ersatz- Apartment war sauberer aber immer noch zu oberflächlich gereinigt, auch hier fehlte das Leintuch für die Couch. Die Wände der Wohnung / Ecken sind oder waren feucht, diese Stellen wurden übermalt. Die Matratze war leider komplett durchgelegen dafür die Couch laut unseren Kindern sehr hart. Die Vorhänge haben auch Schmutzflecken. In der Küche haben wir nichts benutzt. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen und wundern uns sehr über die „sehr gut“ Bewertung von booking com.

По состоянию квартиры и наполнению было видно, что хозяин заботится о гостях. Рядом магазины, недалеко до центра. Возможно немного не хватало некоторых кухонных принадлежностей (например, дуршлаг), но в целом это не критика.

• giulia (10/5): Casa bella. Zona comoda - Punto strategico. Metro vicina ma noi vi siamo spostati prevalentemente a piedi. A piedi una ventina di minuti per il centro. Sotto casa ci sono tanti supermercati e nei dintorni c'è di tutto. Casa spaziosa e nuova. Pulita e confortevole. Lettone comodo Presente il lettino per il bimbo come da richiesta Il divano letto è molto scomodo. Usato per una bambina di 4 anni ma per un adulto o addirittura 2 (se si è in 4) non è assolutamente fattibile. Farei trovare una bottiglia d'acqua agli ospiti, ma soprattutto degli strofinacci da cucina. È presente solo un rotolo di scottex. Presente solo sapone mani e sapone piatti.

The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything Vienna has to offer. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped, making the stay feel relaxing and stress-free. The price was completely fair and matched the quality perfectly. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Vienna. I would happily stay here again.

• daniele (2/5): - A circa un 1,7km dalla piazza principale E’ un piano terra con la finestra alla stessa altezza del marciapiede pubblico e trafficato ,quindi abitabile solo con le tende oscuranti ben chiuse ,le seconde tende,che lasciavano filtrare un po’ di luce ,rendevano visibile a tutti i passanti il letto. Un solo rotolo di carte igienica e quattro capsule per il caffè.Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Avevo prenotato erroneamente ,per un’altra data ,un appartamento più grande con terrazzza e questo studio (in sostituzione) era decisamente molto anonimo senza niente alle pareti. Voglio precisare che la mia prenotazione era cancellabile e che nonostante tutto abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura fidandoci .presente solo la luce del comodino di sinistra sulla destra assente.La mancanza di un interruttore dell’illuminazione della stanza ,accanto al letto , rendeva difficoltoso (al buio) ritornare a letto.L’appartamento con terrazza (appartamento prenotato per una data sbagliata4/6 gennaio 2027 anziché 4/6 gennaio 2026 si affaccia sul cortile interno anche esso al pianterreno e la terrazza e una porzione di questo..Anche in quel caso sarebbe stato necessario ,per motivi di privacy tenere la tende oscuranti sempre chiuse

Kitchen really lacking, no towels, oil, salt/pepper… anything really would be useful for a multiday stay. No bowls in kitchen, so had to make due with cups. Was told to use papertowel as a towel, so we did, contacted them several times before getting another roll to use. Lack of toilet paper as well.

Okna do ulice nejsou odhlucnena, v zime akceptovatelne. V lete to musi byt velmi neprijemne. Celou noc bylo slyset spinani nejakeho mechanizmu.. Prach za rozkladaci pohovkou.

• Maria Jose (10/5): - TODO!! El apartamento es preciso!!! Está bi3n situado, cerca de una parada de tren/bus. A su alrededor hay un supermercado, una pasteleria a 7 min. El dueño mas que amable, nos envió todo un dia antes y contestó a los mensajes muy muy rápido!! Me ha sorprendido la limpieza, las buenas camas, y no le falta un detalle. Calefacción tb hay. Lavadora y lavavajillas!!!Os lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos!!!! Demasiada calor!! Jajaja, pero tampoco fue un problema porque tiene ventanas abatibles y las abrimos un ratito.

Poca luce per lettura in camera da letto. Nessuna presa accanto al letto. Luce traballante in cucina. Lavabo intasato. Avevamo chiesto 2 letti separati ma abbiamo trovato un letto matrimoniale. In camera neanche una sedia o un mobiletto per appoggiare abiti e valigie.

Zona súper tranquila. Una de nuestras decepciones fue que el edificio estaba en obras por lo que no se podía abrir ventanas, los trabajadores empezaban muy pronto a hacer ruido (lo normal), pero nos molesto bastante que no nos avisaran de la reforma. El apartamento olía mucho como a vinagre, imagino que de algún tipo de producto de limpieza. Sin enchufe al lado de la cama.

• Yuliia (10/5): Апартаменты имеют очень удачное расположение — рядом хорошая транспортная развязка, множество магазинов, кафе и ресторан - Очень долго выбирали ,где остановиться в Вене ,не пожалели ,что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Не разобрались с пультом для телевизора)

• Gérard (5/5): - L'emplacement. Le descriptif ne correspond pas Il s'agit d'un studio en Rdc sans balcon ni. Jardin une cour intérieure avec du matériel pour travaux, échafaudage en attente devant les fenêtres- voir photos transmises. Le équipements hôtelier très insuffisant.pas de tasse à café, pas de passoire, une seule casserole, pas de plat pour le four. un grille pain défectueux qui à fait sauter les plombs! Le gérant a été prévenu mais le grille pain n"apas été remplacé. Les deux derniers jours importants travaux de ravalement de la façade , Installation d'échafaudage
• Viktoriia (10/5): perfekt place for a cheap price) - Lokation is really good - its easy to get U-Bahn or bus, also tere is 2 Supermarkets and citycenter close to appartaments . There was really clean and cozy , best redags, i think i will come back in this place)
