• Daniel (5/5): It was okay, but it needs to be improved. - According the season the price was good. The area is calm and there are shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. There were humidities in the shower room -that is indeed small-. One bedroom is okay; the other one is not -the bed is unstable (the supports are broken). The heaters don’t work properly. The oven doesn’t work at all. There are some windows broken (the one in the toilet and the one near it. And so on. There are a lot of things to fix and enhance.

• hollomate82 (6/5): - Olcsó volt, az értékelések tudatában választottuk, csupán 1 éjszakára. Az a véleményem hogy kevés ráfordítással sokkal élhetőbb lehetne. Egyébként nem volt rossz állapotú, tiszta is volt, forgalom zaja nem nagyon hallatszott fel, a környék nem volt vészes. Nagy tágas helységek vannak, a konyha felszerelt. A tulaj instrukciókat adott a kulcsszéfhez és képeket a lakás megtalálásához. Előny hogy tetszőlegesen akkor foglalod el 15.00 után amikor akarod mert nincs közvetlen kontakt a tulajjal. Már a választáskor is olvastuk a penészes fürdőszobát, sajnos most is penészes volt, hypo-s vízzel gyorsan eltávolítható lenne, aztán egy sor penészgátló festék és probléma megoldva. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek voltak, az egyik valami gagyi ikeás ágy, a lábai mozgásra elhajlanak. 4 ágynemű volt készítve, de a foglalás 5 főre szólt. A lápcsőház jó poros és régi. A fürdő valami spajzból kialakított lyuk. Összességében kb erre számítottunk, a pár óra tartózkodás miatt felesleges lett volna drágább szállást kivenni.

• Pribadi Ridwan (1/5): Worse accomodation, not recommended at all - None Almost everything. If you read my review dont book, 1. Wall is moldy 2. Bed bug is everywhere 3. Unless you understand german, you will find difficulty to obtain your key 4. Door handle is broken 5. You can hear people from the streets
• Oleksandra (2/5): Плохо! - Квартира требует реставрации, за ванную комнату я вообще молчу. Хотя: она ужасная!!!! Удобно было спать, спасибо, матрас мы оценили, он и правда удобный. Ванная, туалет, во всех дверях сломанные ручки, включая входную дверь!!! Все старое, и требует реставрации.
• Jacek (1/5): NIE POLECAM - Lokalizacja ok Pobyt w tym apartamencie był skrajnie nieakceptowalny. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, nie miał nic wspólnego ze zdjęciami ani opisem. Już po wejściu było widać, że apartament nie został przygotowany na przyjazd gości. Łazienka była bardzo brudna: wanna i lustro nieumyte, toaleta w złym stanie, sufit nad wanną uszkodzony. Drzwi do łazienki tak niskie, że osoba powyżej 150 cm musi się schylać. Klamki przy drzwiach i szafie odpadały, lampy były niestabilne, a łóżko było złamane – miało uszkodzone nóżki. Pościel i prześcieradła były brudne. W całym pokoju unosił się intensywny zapach marihuany, mimo że apartament miał być dla niepalących. Na kanapie leżał rozsypany tytoń. Lodówka była brudna i żółta w środku. Umywalka w łazience praktycznie nie działała. Po nocy pojawiły się u mnie ukąszenia, sugerujące obecność pluskiew. Dodatkowo grzejniki nie grzały, przez co w nocy było zimno. Apartament był przygotowany na sześć osób, ale w takim stanie nie nadawał się nawet dla jednej, a tym bardziej dla rodziny z dzieckiem. To miejsce powinno zostać natychmiast zweryfikowane przez Booking. Zdecydowanie nie polecam nikomu.

Das Apartment ist eine Zumutung,Heizung geht nicht,Bad ist nur über die Küche erreichbar haben die Übernachtung erst garnicht angetreten sind sofort wieder raus . Und der Türgriff fällt raus aufpassen! Wie kann mann so was anbieten selbst kostenlos nicht zu empfehlen!

• Pervan (1/5): It was horrible. - Nothing The host was very bad and unprofessional. We were at streets at 3-4 am, he did not want to pick up the phone although we put the estimated arrival time as late. Due to self check-in instructions, we were not able to unlock the door although we were entering the code in the instructions. We were practically left on the street. Some other people helped us and when we finally entered, the apartment was awful and not like in the pictures. The most important thing, in that cold in Vienna, the heating was not working! We were freezing every night!

• Bystrov (1/5): Bed bugs - Don't stay here ever!!! Apartment has bed bugs in all sofas and beds. We were with 4 kids. We returned at 10pm fall asleep and within one hiur all our keds were covered with bugs that were biting them. We contacted the support of the apartments and they agreed to give us another apartment on the first floor, but only for one night oferring to desinfect tge apartment. But bed bugs can't be removed within one day. And we didn't want our kids to breathe this poison, so we just checked out in time after first night. All further conversations with apartment support were ending with the same message "we will contact our management", but nothing more. They haven't provided us another room for second night and no refund.
• Lopez (10/5): Comfortable stay with easy access to train station. - Great location near train stations. Spacious and easy to access. Comfortable beds and easy to communicate with hosts. Shower was small and hard to keep from splashing out of tub.
• Ira (1/5): I would like to add photos with these “cute insects” and the result of their work - Everything was terrible No one will like it if after the first night in this apartment you wake up bitten by ticks. There were a lot of ticks. And the owners were only worried that we would move out when we wrote about the problem. The owners did not want to admit their guilt. For our company, the vacation was ruined.

• Lipinová (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing Horrible experience. Bedbugs. The owner Is not willing to do anything about the unsanitary conditions of this apartment. We moved out after one night And will demand full compensation. After reading previous reviews we checked with the owner if everything Is OK. What we received was just an empty promise And we ended up bitten by bed bugs. Chances Are if you stay there, you may take the bugs to your own household And then spend fortune getting rid of them.

• Adham (1/5): very old. scam. Dirty. - Nothing . I didn’t continue my stay , i got out of the apartment immediately the next morning. It was so bad and unbearable. the apartment is not like the pictures. It’s nowhere near modern. we got scammed with the pictures. in the pictures it looks good and modern but in reality it’s very old and bad. And the pictures doesn’t show how small and bad the bathroom and the shower is !!!! the shower is in the kitchen….the shower doesn’t have a door,it has a curtain!!!!! it wasn’t made clear in the pictures or the description?! i can’t even stand in the shower,my head hit the ceiling!!!! I took a shower bending down because of how short the ceiling is. And they didn’t make it clear in the pictures or description. the shower was dusty. ,in the sink ,the blue water tab doesn’t open only the hot water was working it was hot burning. we had to wash our hands in the shower.. the sheets were ripped and dirty and we found a bug in the bed. there was coffee splashed on the wall. there were no keys for the apartment, i didn’t feel safe in it. and it doesn’t say that the apartment is in the 3rd floor! and it doesn’t have an elevator. i have an elderly person it was very difficult for her. and we struggled with our luggage. and it’s not fully equipped with soap and garbage bags and towels for the kitchen. the pictures weren’t honest. this whole apartment is a scam!!!! This apartment shouldn’t be on booking. It’s going to ruin booking’s reputation. I wanted to add more pictures but it’s only allowed for 4 pictures.

• Crofts (1/5): Was I able to sleep? Yes. BUT, BED BUGS AND FAILURE TO BE A DECENT HUMAN MEANS THIS RATING IS HORRID - It was fine. Acceptable other than the BED BUGS THAT WERE INFESTED IN THE BEDS! THERE WERE BED BUGS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Not only this, BUT THE HOST REPEATEDLY BRUSHED ME OFF AND SAID “give me more time” OVER 5 times. HE REFUSED TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE OR COMPENSATE ME IN ANY WAY. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. The shower is only big enough for a small child to walk through. Ridiculous. Do not stay here. It’s a waste of money. I have videos of the bed bugs which are clearer, but it doesn’t allow me to attach videos. If someone could FIX THIS SITUATION, I would leave a better review, because bed bugs are sometimes not the owners fault. However, the EXTREME lack of care and unresponsive apartment manager is unacceptable
• Lauren (9/5): Large location for multiple people at great price! - Beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space was super large. I had a group of 7 friends in total staying there, so we were happy to have space to hang out during the evening. Also, I do appreciate they did have towels, pillows, and blankets for the couches too. I know sometimes places just provide a literal couch. Also, felt safe in the area when walking into the city center. Shower is in a strange location away from the bathroom (in the kitchen). If people aren't careful when taking a shower, water gets on the floor. If you plan on keeping the windows open during the night, the sound prevention absolutely disappears and you will hear traffic outside. Nothing terrible about the stay honestly though.

• Paul (6/5): Apartment was a little like myself after carrying heavy suitcases up all them stairs... Tired. - Easy to find. Difficult to get parking to unload luggage. Free on street parking at weekends. Stairs were a killer with luggage. Apartment is at the top of the building and not great with 2 heavy suitcases. Apartment itself was tired, cleaning wasn't what I'd expect, there was a wad of tissue at the end of the bed.......
