• Svetlana (9/5): В цілому квартира хороша, власник теж. Хотілося б менше шуму з коридору. Але в подорожах ви в квартирі майже і не знахо - Хвилин 7-10 від метро, непоганий район, в квартирі чисто, були рушники, гель для душу, шампунь. Власник приємний, швидко відповідав на всі питання в повідомленнях. Ключ отримали безконтактно. Майже немає розеток в спальні, і особливо біля ліжка. Одна розетка за спинкою ліжка, зарядний шнур беріть на 2 метри) Вікна тільки у спальні) Дуже чути, що відбувається за дверима, бо двері дуже тонкі. Зранку/ввечері, коли люди виходять чи заходять, в спальні все чути. Присутні вікна з кухні і ванної в спільний коридор (де ходять люди). Вони майже під стелею, але якось трошки викликає питання.

• Guillermo (4/5): Carísimo y deprimente el sitio - Nada, muy cutre y viejo Es un bajo, la portería daba miedo. En los alrededores había gente con mala pinta. La ducha estaba sucia y no hay sabana bajera. Escribimos y no responden, lamentable.

• Jesus (8/5): - Apartamento muy correcto para pasar unos días en Viena. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Está a 20 minutos andando de la catedral. El barrio es muy tranquilo. Parada de metro a 7 minutos andando. Al principio sensación de inseguridad por la cerradura de la puerta y la puerta en sí misma. La puerta del portal siempre abierta. Pero no pasó nada! Sábanas con manchas (si al lavarlas no se quitan deberían de cambiarlas por otras, por la imagen y sensación de limpieza). No tiene extractor de humos y saltaba la alarma de humos en cuanto se quemaba un poco el aceite al cocinar.

Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch hervorragend gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig, da sie in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig - alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der nahegelegene Billa (in wenigen Schritten erreichbar) ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage der Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber o.k.

Due to winter the apartment was a bit cold. It took some time to warm up the apartment. It would be nice to prepare heating before guests arrive. Knowing the apartment management I believe they will take care of this minor issue.

• R (9/5): Great stay, nice and complete apartment and kind and responsive host. Walking distance to the city - Self catering, coffee provided Nothing major. Kitchen has no daylight. The lighting is ok, but I spent some time working at the kitchen table and felt the need to get out in between. At night the light is a bit too much, would be nice addition to have a dimmer to adjust the lights.

• Castañares (1/5): SCAM: not clean and definitely not worth the money. Cheaper and better options available close by - WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. READ BELLOW. All I wanted was a decent and safe place, and instead I found: -A broken window that gives direct access to the street on the first floor that I couldn’t properly close, meaning I had to be always aware of my valuables and myself not being safe. -A huge pile of dirty sheets and towels used by previous guests stored in the apartment. Nasty. -Furthermore, a big construction is happening just outside the building. Its noise woke me up very early every day. This was by no means listen to the booking nor communicated to me. -Lastly, the manager behaved very rudely to me. He was asking ME to take pictures of the damaged stuff and to handle its work and business. He was never willing to do this stuff himself, which you all would agree with me is the responsibility of the manager rather than the customer.
• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed in during 32 degree heat in September 2023. Despite no aircon, the apartment provided a lovely cool retreat from the sun. The location is great - close enough to underground but also far enough from the hustle and bustle that it is quiet at night. Kitchen is well equipped and the staff were extremely helpful and informative in advance and during the stay. Was clean and nice to have generous toiletries available. Highly recommended.

Good facility- fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dish washer and dryer and Wading machine. Good Wi-Fi. We like everything. We cooked on the hob. Smoke Alam went off as there was no extractor. This was nothing major.

Also this apartment conveniently located, it is close to a supermarket, to the underground and to the city centre .

Very clean and had everything we needed, especially the washer & dryer combo which is a lifesaver when you have kids. Close proximity to restaurants and there’s a grocery around the corner that was very handy. Host is very kind and responsive. Bonus points for the coffee pod machine!!

• Patricia (9/5): Cosy apartment close to the very centre. - The location is very convenient, 15minutes walk to the historical centre, so after the work I visited the centre both days. The landlord helped me to get the key as I was a bit confused, but it went smoothly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cosy, welcoming and I had all I needed. A small supermarket is 3 mins walk from the apt, so with the breakfast there wasn't any problem, coffee machine and kettle is in the kitchen too. I really enjoyed staying here and will come back by another occasion.

I will come back! - - 5 min to metro station. 2 stops to city center - 20 min walking to Stephan's Dom, a nice walk even in the evening. - ground floor, no stairs (we had a stroller) - central heating - everything is new in the apartment - the kitchen - quiet area, nice neighborhood - the host was nice - check in time. 16:00 is too much. I had a place where I left my luggage, otherwise it would have been complicated. I suggest 14:00
