Cependant nou - L’emplacement La taille des pièces Les lits confortables La qualité des prestations n’est pas en adéquation avec le prix et il manque du matériel pour cuisiner pour 6 personnes (plats, pichet d’eau, saladier, plat à tarte, moule à gâteau , théière …).

• Monica (7/5): Apartamento bien ubicado - Su localización y su amplitud. No está bien insonorizado y se oía la música del bar de abajo, eso nos molestó al no poder descansar bien. La ropa de cama tenía algunas manchas.

Ideale per 6 persone con le tre camere il soggiorno e la cucina. Tutto veramente fantastico. soltanto poter lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario del check-out. Niente altro da ggiungere sinceramente.

• Tabea (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt im 1. Bezirk in Wien und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

• Lorenzo (7/5): - La posizione è eccellente e l’appartamento è molto grande. Quando siamo entrati abbiamo trovato i piatti sporchi ancora nella lavastoviglie. In genere mostra una cura non propriamente attenta dell’appartamento che non era pulito come lo avremmo voluto. I materassi sono morbidi e i cuscini scomodi, inoltre la notte, nei weekend, si fa fatica a dormire per il rumore.

• alan (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a great apartment in the heart of a fantastic city - Easy entry to both the building and the apartment with codes. The apartment was ideal for us and was even larger than expected. Amazing location, walking distance to lots of sights. We would definitely stay in this apartment again as it's large, modern and the location was perfect. As mentioned in other reviews the bar downstairs is noisy but only on Friday and Saturdays until 1.30am, other nights it closes at 11.00pm. With it's central location overall for a 6 nights stay the outside noise was minimal (having stayed in London and New York, Vienna is a quiet, calm city in comparison.)

Obwohl wir das Apartment erst am gleichen Tag gegen 22 Uhr gebucht haben, haben wir innerhalb von Minuten die Zugangsanweisungen bekommen. Im Sommer ist das Apartment sehr heiß. Es gibt zwar Ventilatoren, aber die reichen nicht aus. Man muss die Fenster offen lassen. Dadurch hat man den Lärm aus den Bars bis mitten in die Nacht gehört und die Müllabfuhr kam ab 4:30. Wir haben leider keinen erholsamen Schlaf gehabt.

• Anthony (10/5): Most excellent! - It is quite spacious, with three bedrooms and two baths, a large kitchen and living/dining room, and just steps from the most elegant shops in Vienna! A fantastic value for three couples traveling, or a family. Air conditioning was not evident, but this was a minor issue as the windows opened.

• Patricia (7/5): Good - The central location is excellent. A very warm, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Good communication with the owner. The small lift to the first floor is a bonus for access for people with disabilities. The noise from the bar below kept us awake until 2am.on both Friday and Saturday night. Even with the windows closed.

• Viseu (8/5): Weekend in Vienna - The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and had 2 toilets and shower. It was great for family of 6. The beds were comfortable. It was close to trains and shopping areas. The mattress was very comfortable. We were at the apartment on a Friday and Saturday. The noise from outside was very loud. We could hear loud music and singing at night for the two nights which was disturbing for the children. It went till 2am in the morning. Then the TV did not work at the apartment. and the host was unable to help with the TV. It was very hot in the apartment even though we turned the heaters down. The windows were hard to open to get fresh air into the apartment. The pillows were not comfortable. I would have preferred a harder pillow.
• Deborah (8/5): highly recommend due to great communication, value and location. - location is fantastic. apartment is spacious. beds very comfortable apartment was stuffy and warm. fans are provided but even with windows wide open it was still warmer than we'd like. this would only be an issue during a warm spell, which it was when we traveled.
• Pamela (7/5): It was actually very nice. - The location is great, easy to get in and out, two sets of keys was nice. The apartment is very spacious. No a/c but we knew this. Fans were provided and were helpful. As others have said, the noise from the bar is very loud Friday and Saturday night only. The rest of the time the apt is quiet. The bedroom closest to the living room does not hear the bar noise. I found out about the bar noise too late to change my plans but we made the best of it by wearing earplugs and keeping the fan noise close to our ears. I feel bad for the neighbors because there are no quiet hours/laws in Vienna so this bar is a nuisance to the neighborhood but nothing can be done.

• Wai (1/5): The worst property I have ever stayed! - Some people like the location of this property which is undeniably convenient but it is next to a number of bars which played loud music until the 2-3 am on Fri and Sat night. Too many broken items in the property: one window is missing, one pair of windows in the living room can’t be locked properly, all drapes are not properly installed resulting in half of the fabric fallen out of the hanging rail, all non-stick frying pans are badly scratched, wifi is very very slow, ventilation fan, ceiling light and shower rail in the small bathrooms don’t work. All pillows are huge but razor thin. One side of the toaster has a broken piece of metal preventing the sliced bread to drop down.
• Andrea (5/5): The only exclusive thing about this apartment is its location. - The only good thing about this apartment is the location. No air conditioning. That was a real fail in the summer :( There is a loud bar just below the apartment- impossible to sleep until 2am during the weekend.

• Yu-chi (8/5): nice location, spacious but noisy at night - location is good! almost all the tourist attractions are walking distance. there are many restaurants and bars near this property so it’s easy to get food. the property is on 1F, so it was quite noisy. People were talking and singing loudly on the street and my dad and brother couldn’t get a good sleep.

The apartment was advertised as having a sofa bed. It did not. My 17 year old son had to sleep on the couch and was very uncomfortable.

• I've (10/5): Large place handy to the centre of Vienna - Really big and spacious area, with 3 decent sized double rooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kichen and foyer. It was incredibly handy for exploring the centre of vienna. The views out the windows weren't brilliant. A carpark at the back and over the narrow street at the front. That was ok but people were smoking outside one night and the stink of smoke was coming in the window.

REALLY LIKED THE LOCAL - wE WERE LET INTO THE BUILDING BY A NEIGHBOR IN ANOTHER APARTMENT. tHEY WE WERE ABLE TO USE TO GET IN AND THE KEYS WERER ON THE ENTRY TABLE. wE COULD NOT FIND A PAD ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE BLDG WITH THE MATCHING CODE NUMBER.
• Sheen (9/5): Overall, a very comfortable stay! - Excellent property. Great location. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the hall. Plenty of space. Good WiFi. Nice kitchen with everything. Stephansdom and metro just 2 mins away. Many sites under 30 mins walking. Fri & Sat noise late into the night from a bar downstairs was bad. Quiet on Sun, Mon, Tue nights. Curtains could've been better. 3rd BR could do with a wall mirror.

• Jose (9/5): Exceed my expectations - The host attitude, the location and the spaces which were big and clean, the neighborhood is also good and close to many things, has great time. To have received information before arrival on how arrival would be. Some rooms are noisy particularly on the weekend due to the bas on the ground floor.
