- Nieminenveera (7/5): Good - The apartment mostly met our expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was convenient. The location was close to the metro, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated being allowed to check in slightly before the official time, which was very kind. However, we did encounter a few minor issues that, if addressed, could improve the overall guest experience. Upon arrival, the key to the apartment didn’t work, and the sofa bed hadn’t been made despite our prior request. Fortunately, both issues were resolved quickly. We had booked the apartment with air conditioning, but on the first night, there was no remote control available, so we couldn’t use it and had to sleep with the window open. The radiators were also set to a high temperature (in June). Communicating about these issues was somewhat difficult, and assistance was slow to arrive. That said, the problems were eventually resolved during our stay.

- Christina (9/5): Clean comfortable and very good option for a family - It was clean and the bed was really comfortable! The location is not so close to the center. But there is metro station very close and it is around 40 minutes by foot. The neighborhood is alive so there are some options close to the room for the days that you can't walk anymore!!

- Fotini (10/5): AMAZING!! - Initially we had booked the Easy Vienna 15 apartment for our trip on March because of the comments and we checked the location to be easy for transports from and to the airport and to city center in general. One day before our arrival at Vienna, our host called us to inform us that our apartment had water leak and we couldn't stay there but they had already arrange our reservation to one of their other residences in the city center without extra cost. We ere scared at that point but when we arrived from the airport at the residence first we realized that the new residence was in the city center and was walking distance from the train to the airport which helped a lot on the departure date and second we were amazed when they told us that due to availability they had upgraded us to the penthouse. IT WAS AMAZING! But most amazing of all was the way everyone handled our reservation, the smiles and service we received upon arrival and during our whole stay! Me and my husband we are both working in the tourism sector and we were very grateful for the services and the experience we had! Thank you very much for what you did and for making our precious vacations extraordinary!!

- Erkan (6/5): It could be great place with a little bit of attention and touch. - Good location. Easy to access city center. Spacious flat. Property has lack of decoration. Bathroom sink doesn’t work to allow waste water go away effectively. Even though towels were clean they were so old.

Very spacious and warm, creating a sense of comfort and hospitality. The linens smelled fresh and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there is a metro station just a 3-4 minute walk from the property, making it very convenient. I would highly recommend it! The downside was that the coffee machine was not operational during our stay, and water leaked from the shower door, creating a small puddle. This is something that should definitely be fixed. Otherwise, everything else was great!

In the apartment there are all the utilities that you might need. Very good heating. A very good staying. we enjoyed it a lot. There is a lot of noise coming from the bathrooms sometimes maybe from the ventilation system or the watering pipes.

- Yukio (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very modern and had all the facilities you need. The subway can be reached in a few minutes and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The apartment was narrow in some places. Especially in the kitchen and bathroom/toilet you have very little space and have to be careful not to bump into anything.

- Leila (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a well located area - The place is very close to the metro station Schweglersraße and 25 min walk to the Schönbrunn palace, with a beautiful view from the window, comfortable bed, and the staff provided us with coffee capsules for the coffee maker, detergent capsules for washing machine and dishwasher. Very quiet and nice place Although the property description in booking.com mentioned the check-in is at 4:00 pm, we didn't receive the entrance code due time and after a couple of times calling the support staff, we received the code around 5:00 pm. The towels had holes and were old, but they were clean. The hair of previous guests remained on the sofa and it seems that the sofa area hadn't been cleaned properly.

It has everything inside that a person would need in their vacation apartment. The location was excellent. Even though it was in the city centre there was a metro station only 4 minutes away that would take you directly to the city centre (U3 line). I recommend it without question. Everything was perfect
- Elaiza (10/5): Wonderful Stay – Didn't Want to Leave! - From the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave! The hotel was incredibly spacious and cozy, with a very comfortable bed that made for restful nights. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was also ideal, just a 3-5 minute walk to the train station, and we could easily reach the city center within 15-30 minutes. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort and convenience. We will definitely stay here again if we will be back in Vienna. Nothing really. We love the place.
- Justyna (9/5): It was very lovely, I recommend it. Only have good memories from this stay. - It was very spacious, you are provided with cutlery, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The host allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier. In this particular apartment you have two rooms, one bigger with bed, table and armchair and one smaller with sofa and desk. The location is nice, you can take a 10min metro U3 ride to the city centre. The closest metro stop is 5min walk, so very close. Despite having restaurants in the building it’s rather quiet. The shower glass entrance is leaking when you take showers, however you are provided with a few towels that can stop it. Opening entrance doors was tricky for the first time, but the host was really helpful. You are provided with TV that you could watch Netflix on, although it’s not logged in so you have to have your own account.
- Iulian (1/5): Terrible - + good location It was very difficult to talk to the staff. There is no reception and talking to them via phone was almost impossible because the staff did not speak proper English. We only received 2/3 towels, and no sheets for the sofa bed -- we only received them the next morning after a call, and they were not clean. The heating did not work, despite trying the recommendations of the staff (were told to use the AC because the thermostat did not work), it was 8C outside... The bathroom radiator was rusty and dirty, multiple points in the apartment were dirty and we did not receive a feet towel for the shower (we received a hands towel which we used as feet towel because it was actually too dirty to wipe our hands with). The shower leaks a lot of water, and the water escapes the bathroom into the hallway under the door. Check-in was at 16:00 maximum but we received the code at ~16:30. Also, the door between the bedroom and the other room that had the sofa bed could not be closed even partially (the floor was blocking the door wide open). Did not get enough shampoo and body gel for all 3 of us for all 3 nights -- we had to phone and ask for more because no one came. Terrible service, I have been to Vienna before and Viennese hotel owners take their jobs very seriously. The service we received is unacceptable, especially considering the 4-star rating, the very good reviews (which definitely do not reflect the present reality at the apartment), and the higher than average price.

Clean and quiet Bed room is good size Clear communication It is good to provide some more basic spices to cook such as salt, oil, pepper... Would appreciate if some tea bags are provided. I don't like the concept of twin bed for couple. It looks like European trend though.

- Negrea (9/5): Good location, good experience - The bedroom is very spacious and has AC. Well equipped apartment, it even has a small ironing table. It is very close to U3 line, maybe 4 minutes walking. Very close to some restaurants and a Spar. Really good location. Pretty clean. Overall is a great choice for a 2-3 days stay. The second room is quite small when the couch is opened.

It would be good to leave instructions about when to expect a cleaner, instead of me needing to ask for one but once I did, the room was cleaned nicely.. except, it seemed, the floor again..

Great location, not as touristy but lots of bars and restaurants around. Front door of the apartment is right next door to a really great restaurant/bar with delicious Viennese beer and food. It was chanterelle season, so I had the chanterelle goulash, yummy! Also amazing was the pork medallions with the chanterelle cream sauce. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the U3 to take you into the city center for all the museums and beautiful buildings.

- Demetris (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, very good location, very good amenities - the Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch, it made my day! We asked to enter the apartment 2 hours earlier, more than a week in advance. The host said they would confirm if early check in was possible at some point later. Unfortunately they couldn't confirm the early check in, even a few hours before the beginning of our stay. We kept asking about it but we kept getting the same answer - that they would confirm this later. This created some uncertainty about our plans for the first day of our stay. The good news is, we called the host a few hours before the check in and asked to leave our suitcases in the room and the host happily accommodated our request. It would be great to have at least 3 toilet paper rolls.

- Ieva (7/5): Great location for a city trip - Great location - shops, restaurants, public transport nearby, spacious, light room. Easy communication with the hosts, and provided some suggestions. Room with basic essentials. Very uncomfortable bed, two twin beds put together with a very thin "mattress" on top of them, they were moving and you could fall in between them. Poorly equipped kitchen, only one glass, two cups.
