• Francisco (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicacion bastante bien conectado con el centro En nada se parece a las fotos pubicadas en Bookin, bastante descuidado, utensilios de cocina insuficientes, los dos dormitorios son contiguos y para ir al servicio o cocina se tiene que pasar por otro dormitorio molestado al que este durmiendo en esa estancio, el suelo de parquet muy ruidoso y por no hablar de la entrada del edificio, muy dejado todo. Desde luego que no repetiremos.
• Vera (2/5): Поганий сервіс - Розташування Звʼязок з персоналом жахливий, нам не вистачило одного постільного комплекту, довелося одній людині спати на не застеленому ліжку без подушки та ковдри, на всі прохання нас водили за носа і так нічого і не дали, шкода що такий сервіс псує враження від поїздки.

• Nataliia (3/5): Квартиру не рекомендую! - Удобные матрасы. Не плохое расположение, хорошая транспортная развязка. До центра около 2.5 км. Мы несколько раз ходили пешком. Нам не прислали своевременно локацию, хотя мы заранее всё оформили. Блуждали в поисках квартиры, потеряли время. Подьезд дома требует основательного ремонта. В квартире: Изношенный, старый интерьер. Многое требует либо ремонта, либо замены. Проблема с горячей водой и отоплением. В душе скользко. Не работал поджиг на плите, спичек тоже не было, так как квартира для некурящих. Не смогли воспользоваться плитой. Интернет слабый, всё время выбивал.
• Ifeanyichukwu (8/5): The location is quite okay, the place is decent for short stays, It’s spacious at least, clean I could say but, the WiFi - It was decent to an extent The WiFi was terrible, i couldn’t use the TV because of that, it wasn’t as the picture suggested
• Savuliak (4/5): - The experience wasn’t great. The listing mentioned toilet paper, but there was only one roll and it was almost empty upon arrival. We also noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet as soon as we entered the apartment. We tried to contact the host about these issues, but didn’t receive a response. Overall the stay didn’t meet our expectations fully.

• Bartłomiej (1/5): Trafedia - Nic Straszny smród z kanalizacji. Jak zgłosiłem to do obsługi to zaproponowali żebym otworzył okna i odświeżacz powietrza... Uszkodzony kontakt. Niedziałający internet w tv - Netflix i YouTube działały dopiero przez naszego hotspota z telefonu. Krzywe łóżka lub materace. Śpiąc miało się wrażenie że zaraz się spadnie z łóżka.
• Paula (1/5): Nie wróciłabym - Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus, wszędzie blisko Jest brudno, pełno pajęczyn, nie wiadomo czy pościel była wyprana czy tylko ułożona, naczynia brudne, łazienka brudna a w dodatku zapach który się wydobywał bym obrzydliwy, w dodatku bardzo było słychać wszystko co się dzieje na klatce, na szczęście nie było mrówek bo teraz sezonu nie ma ale były środki które je zabijają, pełno kurzu, nic nie wyglądało jak na zdjęciu, karnisz cały w kurzu, niżej dodaje zdjęcia. Niestety więcej zdjęć nie mogę dodać
• Oli (9/5): - The staff were great at responding. Had a bit of trouble at first but they were quick with replying and letting me in. The beds were comfy the kitchen was great. Interesting smell in the bathroom.

• Bozukov (1/5): Terrible - Location The flat wasn’t clean.There wasn’t any broom or hoover so we could clean even after our self. Full of ants, electric cooker not working.There was a damage from leaking pipe in the bathroom so parts of the render was following out covering the toilet seat with dust. The laminate was extremely noisy when walking on it waking up everyone who was sleeping when going to the toilet at night. Front door lock was broken,the WiFi signal was very bad keep braking so we could not use internet and can’t get TV working at all.In the corridor was a cupboard that was on the way covering half of the door leading into the first room making a narrow path, my 7 years old daughter banged her head in the edge of the cabinets causing her big mark on her forehead and under her eye. Not going to mention how I was given ultimate to leave a good review otherwise I will be given bed review as a costumer by de lender .

• Katsiaryna (6/5): - Приветливые хозяева, чистое постельное белье, полотенца. Нормальное расположение, рядом есть паркинг. Показалась не очень чистой и не очень уютной, скрипит пол, в душе застаивается вода, стиральная машина плохо работает.
• Hossein (1/5): The worst possible experience - The house was full of ants, the house was very old, there was a lot of damp smell, there was no parking, not on the street, and the parking lot they gave directions was a 40 minute walk from the house, about 6 km away. It was the worst travel experience I have had in 20 years of traveling.
• Marita (1/5): Bad - Everything was terrible, the location was terrible, the building looked like a madhouse, the house smelled terrible, it was impossible to stay there 🤢 The toilet was leaking water, we left the house immediately.
• Maksym (2/5): Very poor - Checking into the apartment caused problems. The address listed as the property address is incorrect. In reality, the property is located at a completely different address. I was disappointed because I was looking for accommodation at the exact address listed in the advertisement. Since I had to check in myself while on the road, I didn't have time to read that the address had been changed in the listing. After arriving and parking, I discovered that the address was wrong, but I was already running late, so I had to leave my car and not waste time on reparking to quickly head to the other address. This took at least an hour and a half out of my 16-hour journey. Here's where it gets more interesting. The check-in instructions, which were on an external service, stated that you just needed to enter the code on the handle to check in. Upon arriving at the address, it turned out that the keypad lock on the handle wasn't working. After several unanswered calls to the host, I started looking for a charger from neighbors to charge the handle and enter the code. After 30 minutes of waiting and messaging everyone, other renters helped me. After about an hour of waiting outside with my luggage and running around floors, I was able to check in. They told me they had the same situation and that I needed to go up several floors, enter another apartment, and get the keys there. Eventually, the host got in touch, but it turned out there were no keys there either. I was then directed to a third apartment where the keys were. I want to point out that the apartment keys are hanging on hooks in open boxes, meaning anyone could access your apartment. (Before you check in, someone could go in and install cameras or make a duplicate key to enter your apartment at any time). This is the first time I'm writing a bad review. The issues aren't critical, but I wouldn't recommend it because you feel like a clown in a circus.
• İrfan (1/5): I am disappointed and very sad. - The apartment door doesn't lock and the key wasn't left where they told us to, so I couldn't leave my belongings inside the apartment and leave. The apartment smelled of sewage, when we reported all this they told me to open the window. Since the owner of the apartment was indifferent, I left the apartment within 1 hour because of the bad smell and the fact that I didn’t feel safe sleeping, I had to find another place.

• Delia (1/5): Not safe! Choose something else! - Nothing, just please don't stay here, choose everything else. At first, the host gave us a wrong adress for the parking garage, garage which was 2h and a half on foot while on the website provided it said 7 minutes. We drove for like an hour until we found the actual parking garage, we had to find the garage on our own and while talking to the host about this he didn't provide enough details, he just said the same thing over and over again. When we got to the apartment, the building was really old and so was the door. The handle on the door was electronic and it didn't work because it wasn't charged, we needed the spare key to lock the door. After midnight, 2 strange men tried to break in, luckily we were there and they left our apartment after, but we couldn't close the door properly after that, even with the spare key. We had to improvise and tie it with laces. This just didn't feel safe for us and for this i wouldn't recommend this apartment.

• Klein (2/5): It’s a dump, and the host’s instructions are very bad. - Good location, close to the main attractions in Vienna. This is one of the worst places we’ve stayed at. The place was dirty, there were cockroaches, and the bathroom smelled really bad (likely due to plumbing issues). But the worst part was that it took us almost two hours to find the place and park our vehicle. The host’s instructions were unclear and incorrect; they sent us directions they probably found on Google without verifying them (for example, information about nearby parking or where to buy a parking ticket on the street). It was a really bad experience. Fortunately, we only stayed there one night. We would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
• Daliborka (3/5): Poor - the smart door knob didnt work but after contacting the owner he sent us to get a spare key but the knob is very finicky and it would be better if the owner notified us beforehand about the situation, the oven doesnt seem to work either and the internet is basically unusable The owner didnt answer right away, only after calling a couple times did he send a video on youtube explaining how to get to the spare key, the apartment smells very weird (old building smell) and the heating doesnt really work, the floor was Dusty. The owner did not want to issue a refund after accidentally booking one night 7 days earlier 3/10
• Lea (8/5): Very good - Check out time was extended because of delay with checking in. We got instructions for self check in, but found the lock was not working. We contacted the host via the number they gave us and it took a bit of back and forth to find the spare keys and get into the flat, all together about 40 mins. However they extended our check out time because of this delay. Also there was no hot water on our last day, it was ice cold.
• Valentina (9/5): Good value for money - spacious location for the 6 of us, well equipped kitchen, 2 big rooms who fit everybody, close to transportation means and 20 mins walk to city center as well. batroom door was a bit hard to close, but nothing bad in our experience overall.

• Mami (4/5): Disappointing - Not beds and it was clean Shower did not work. They could not fix it and this issue was definitely not checked before we checked in. Summer time, 30 degrees outside and no shower is absolutely a no go.
• Sagi (1/5): No hot water - The big rooms There was no hot water. They did not try to fix it. They sent no handyman to solve the problem or tryed to relocate us to a different apartment. 3 days with no shower. Terrible customer service. I can't take a shower with "sorry"

• Bojana (8/5): Because of cooker and ants it isn' t for long stay. - Apartmant is nice and very spacious. The most important things-bed sheets and towels are clean. Location is also good, you can get to the center in half an hour by foot. Cooker didn't work, wi-fi is too slow, apartment was very cold when we arrived. There were ants in bathroom.
