Δεν ξέρω από πού να ξεκινήσω: άλλη διεύθυνση αναγράφεται στο booking, και αλλού βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα (Bauernmarkt 8)!!!!!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν μακράν το πιό βρώμικο, ακατάστατο και με πλημμελείς παροχές που έχω μείνει στα 56 μου χρόνια. Μπρίζες χωρίς καθόλου παροχή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος. Κουρτίνες ξηλωμένες. Ντουλάπια με παρατημένες βρώμικες πετσέτες από προηγούμενους μάλλον ένοικους. Συρτάρια με βρώμικα και άχρηστα για έναν φιλοξενούμενο αντικείμενα. Μπάνιο και τουαλέτα βρώμικα. Λεκάνη κάτω από την βρύση του νεροχύτη του μπάνιου για να στάζει διαροή σωληνώσεων. Επιδαπέδιο air-condition που δεν λειτουργούσε. Τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε. Το ίδιο και το router.

• Akman (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Very very close to cathedral, market, cafe , underground .... Nice kitchen with a table of four with all appliances and utensils. Nice bethroom WC is a little small. One bedroom with two beds. Wide closet, ironing setup is also present.. Thank you. It is highly recommended.. I had some difficulty receiving the keys from the box outside. It was not in front of the building,Iit was on the bicycle rack a couple of buildings away. Although instructions and photos were provided, a video would be more helpful

• Mark (8/5): Once initial obstacles overcome his was a great stay. - Great location and comfortable bed Toilet too small and sanitary pads or similar left in toilet bin making terrible smell. No milk or tea bags. Address given in booking.com was not actual address of property, then key in another location. Not good for tourists new to the area trying to locate apartment on a cold wet day with baggage.

• Jeffrey (4/5): Great location but poorly managed and neglected apartment. I would not go back. - The only thing we really liked about this apartment was its location. I did not like at all the way this apartment was managed or maintained. This is one of those "remote controlled" rentals which you occasionally come across on booking.com, whereby the owner or manager, has set things up so that they have minimum contact with the guest. If something is unclear or does not work you can only contact them on the booking app. And then you have to hope they will respond soon and in a way that handles your problem. They will not speak with you at all! In fact, I had the impression that this was managed completely by AI. The apartment was also clearly neglected in terms of functionality and cleanliness, and you are left with the impression that the owner is just trying to milk it purely for profit.

• Alexandra (5/5): Good location - Good central location. Fridge was clean and worked well. Good supply of hot water. The apartment was very warm. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good supply of clean towels. Key box was in another street from the apartment and difficult to find in the dark. Toilet was so small my knees were against the door when using the toilet. I'm 5feet7inches. My husband is 6feet2inches and had to leave the door open. There was too much furniture in the kitchen, we had to remove an armchair to access the sink. No safety mat in the bath so felt unsafe when showering. Lots of broken electric sockets. Overall it was disappointing.

• Lin (1/5): Really angry, I was looking for the apartment and key for an hour - Location is good but hard to find the apartment. I did not find the video or picture to show me where is the key. It’s so hard to find the location of the appartement. And no one can be reached if you need any help! No wifi at all! That’s the worst experience that I met!

• Marlene (6/5): Location great but otherwise lacking - The location was great. Very close to St Stephens church. The bed was very comfortable. There was a portable air conditioner in the room. In really hot weather it would have struggled to keep room cool. Was a bit hard to locate the key . Didn't feel really clean. We rolled up the rug as it felt dirty. The rug in the kitchen under the table was filthy. The toilet very tiny. Your knees practically touched the door.
• Randy (7/5): The apartment overall was comfortable and in a great location. If the owner would provide the small amenities mentioned - The location is fantastic. The access was clearly explained and easy to find. The cookware and tableware in the kitchen was ample and refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The bathroom soap dispenser was inoperable. There was soap but the pump did not work. There was no soap nor shampoo, something you would expect at this price level. The armature (spigot) at the kitchen sink was not secured so it was very loose when trying to run the water. There were no dish towels or paper towels for kitchen use. The Nespresso coffee maker was defective. Leaked water over the counter and did not brew an adequate cup of espresso.
• Kätlin (6/5): Good location - Very good location It was difficult to find the apartment, as the address on the Booking.com page was not the real one. And the phone no didn´t respond as well. The only contact was via chat. And even there the owner was cryptic and it took us about an hour to get the right address and number of the apartment. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty. There was no mat in the bathroom when you get out of the bath. There was no kitchen towel and the owner did not respond to my question where to find it.

• Katherine (10/5): Great place to stay for a visit to Vienna - Great location by the Central Station. Plenty of food options nearby. Fantastic views from a high floor. Good internal space Good info beforehand on key location etc. This was a replacement accommodation as our our original booking was water damaged. The company looked after us and found us this very suitable replacement. Only a couple of minor issues: Took a few trips around the block to find access to the garage at night. Couldn’t work out the heating in the apartment, ended up just turning it off!

• Visarut (6/5): Great location but terrible of cleanliness. - Great location Bedroom floor was not clean. There were hair everywhere in the bedsheet, pillow and blanket. We spent a few hours cleaning. Luckily they had swifter and we had lint roller with us. The management sent someone over the next day, but they did not change the bedsheet.

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was superb! The host was extremely friendly and always attentive when we had any questions. Self check-in was very simple, and we loved everything about the stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, was in a very nice walkable location, as well as being close to public transportation. The toilet and the rest of the bathroom are two separate rooms, which is very convenient when traveling with a friend, and the kitchen was small but perfect for our needs- a quick coffee and small breakfast in the morning. It probably wouldn't be a great kitchen for cooking, but there are so many great restaurants around to check out that it shouldn't be an inconvenience. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes and luggage. There is also an elevator in the building which is a nice amenity when arriving with your luggage after a long travel day. I would absolutely stay here again!
• Aparna (8/5): Very good - We were given the wrong address, so we were walking around with our bags for a while before we could find the correct building. The phone no. On booking.com is incorrect, and so we had to wait for the host to respond on message. It's a small, cozy apartment, ideal for a short stay. The location is great, very close to Stephanplatz and the metro. Lots of restaurants around, and Billa, the supermarket, is just around the corner. The facilities are basic, kitchen utensils, towels. It's a clean Apartment. The apartment doesn't have many supplies. Just salt/sugar. There is a coffee machine, but you need to get your own coffee pods (they gave us 2 pods but we were 3 people, and we stayed for 3 days). Some toiletries were there, but we're mostly empty. There is no AC or fan, so on warm days, it's quite warm inside. The windows face the courtyard of the building, so it's not breezy. The bed was a bit creaky and didn't seem very strong. The pillows need a change!

• Igor (10/5): Excellent apartment - We loved the apartment. Cosy, beautiful, clean, so well designed and thought of to the details. Very pleasant lighting, excellent beds, super nice kitchen and a great shower with never-ending hot water. We would definitely stay again, and if it had a washmashine, we would stay a week. The host managed to answer all our questions and inquiries, I was just expecting a bit faster communication.

• Igor (10/5): Amazing tiny appartment - Great location, well equiped, clean, well designed and organized. The apartment is located in the old town center, very close to the cathedral. Even it only has a few reviews here on booking yet, we highly recommend it. We were traveling by car, and were not quite sure where to park the car as that's the old town center, but we finally found a private parking at 8,5 eur/24h at about 1,5km from the property. So finally happy with that too.
