• Beverley (7/5): Good location in lovely old property: needs a few simple extras to be Excellent! - Good location and lovely high ceilings, tall windows with traditional shutters and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Lovely hot shower and good to have the washing machine - middle of a four week trip and we had a good wash load. Bakery two minutes walk, Spar shop a little further along the street. U-bahn also only a few minutes walk with access to anywhere in Vienna easily at a very reasonable price - don't use the taxis!! Highly recommend the restaurant opposite: Erdberger Braustuben, friendly, lively atmosphere with excellent home-cooked food. We knew there was no lift to the 3rd floor. However, there's actually SIX long flights of stone steps as it's an old property stairwell in a building with high ceilings . . . this could be quite a challenge for some folk and should be made clearer in the information provided. Decor & furnishings a bit 'bland', two single beds quite small and hard. Had to buy a full pack of washing powder (maybe host could provide a few sachets) also no wine glasses, corkscrew or bottle opener. Wifi didn't seem to work and message to host received no reply. We asked if a taxi was a good idea via message service before arrival, the host said good idea - it cost us €35! Returned via U-bahn: easy changes with luggage for only €3.20 each.
• George (8/5): Een fijn appartement, wel werden de 1e ochtend om 7.30 wakker 'geboord' vlak boven ons - Heel belabberde service om de toegangscode te ontvangen. De bedden waren niet fijn: krakend en laag bij de grond; meer iets voor kinderen.
• Krisztina (7/5): Tolle Lage, große Wohnung aber eher Studentenmässig - Die Lage ist super! Die Wohnung ist groß und schön hell. Terasse schön sonnig und groß. Viele Schränke. Wir kamen no je so einfach in das Haus rein. 3. Stock ohne Aufzug! Einrichtung: alles was nötig aber ohne Charm. In der Küche: auch nur das nötigste. 3 Kaffeebecher, davon 1 schon angebrochen. Keine Weingläser. Das Schlafzimmer ist eher wie im Studentenwohnheim. Betten schmal und quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Leider war das Schlafzimmer unter dem Beer voller Staub. Die Terasse ist lieblos und ungepflegt. Und nach 22:00 nicht nutzbar. Zwar viele Schränke aber kaum Bügel.
• Bernd (2/5): - Super authentisch. Balkon. Lage, schöner kleiner Park direkt davor. U Bahn direkt davor. Sehr ruhiger, netter Bezirk. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter. Bitte in die Beschreibung aufnehmen, 3.Etage, ohne Aufzug. Leider hat es sehr oft geklingelt, da wohl mehrere Wohnungen über einen Klingelöffner erreichbar sind und nicht der Haustürschlüssel genutzt wird, auch von der Putzfrau. Bei Ankunft sollte die Beschreibung für die Öffnung der Haustür geändert werden. Man muss direkt beim Klingeln die Haustür aufdrücken und nicht 5-7 Sekunden ( Beschreibung) warten. Sehr tiefe flache schmale Betten.

• Volodymyr (10/5): - The property is located right near Kardinal Nagl Platz with the U-Bahn station nearby. You can get to the city center easily by public transport, or even by foot, as it is not very distant from Inner Stadt. Also, other historical locations, such as Prater, Belvedere, and Schonbrunn palaces, might be reached within one hour. The accommodation is clean with all necessary amenities. It would be good to put the microwave there; we haven't found it.

• Sabău (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great. They didn’t clean the apartment after the previous guests, and we had to wait until 10 pm until the cleaning was done. Overall, didn’t feel comfortable in the apartment, everything was old and dirty and empty. We left after the first night and stayed at a different apartment instead. This apartment is definitely not worth 100€+/night.

• Marie (9/5): - Prostorný apartmán, výhodná poloha cca 100m od stanice metra, v blízkosti příjemná pekárna a další obchody. Upozornění pro ty, kteří vyhledávají ubytování s balkónem nebo terasou, aby si mohli případně po ránu dát kávu a zakouřit (i iqos). Na balkónu je zakázáno kouřit a a zakázán vstup od 22.hodin do 8. hodin. V propozicích není uvedeno.
• Claude (8/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Die Lage ist ruhig, gleich um die Ecke findet sich eine U3 Station. Zu Fuss ist die Stadt in 30 Gehminuten zu erreichen, genügend Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants finden sich in nächster Umgebung. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Zuweilen war die Temp. etwas kühl, Pantoffeln werden empfohlen.

• Noortje (9/5): Top verblijf op top locatie - De locatie van het appartement is top, om de hoek is een metro station waarmee je snel over in de stad kunt komen. Binnen is het heerlijk stil en vergeet je bijna dat je in een grote stad zit. Het contact met de host verliep goed, voor vragen kon je altijd een berichtje sturen en dan had je snel antwoord. Het appartement zelf is heerlijk ruim zeker voor maar twee personen. De bedden kraken heel erg, bij de kleinste beweging maken ze al geluid. Hierdoor is in slaap vallen lastig en als je (net als ik) een lichte slaper bent wordt je ook snel weer wakker.

Bei der Hitze den ganzen Tag war es schade, dass man den Balkon ab 22. Uhr nicht mehr nutzen darf. Und ein Wäscheständer hat gefehlt zur Waschmaschine. Über der Wanne, die auch Dusche ist, ist es unpraktisch. Aber sonst alles vorhanden.

• Pracht (10/5): Amazing - All was good! The location is amazing. There is underground behind the house. 15 mins from the city center. Billa is across the street. The was a party loud in the neighborhood but it can happen in any house.. I would just ask for tea and coffee in the kitchen. Would be nice from the road to have a hot drink. The was the coffee machine though

The location is great, we walked everywhere, but the metro station is 5 minutes away. I recommend this place to stay and would be happy to stay there again.
• Ismail (4/5): Insufficient heating/ No air conditioning - The location of the apartment is excellent, as it is directly near the metro, making it very convenient. However, there is no air conditioning, so it must get very hot in summer. We stayed in early December, and it was quite cold. The heating is blocked at a maximum of 21/22°C, which we found insufficient, and there were no extra blankets provided. We sought help to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, nothing could be done. Overall, the lack of proper heating made the stay uncomfortable.

Convenient location within a short and easy reach to the center. U3 metro station just around the corner. All kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Quick and easy self-check-in and check-out process. All necessary information provided well in advance by the thoughtful host. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it! Thank you! :)

• Traveler (9/5): Lovely one - Little and cozy apartment, very quiet, has huge kids playground near by, metro is near by as well, taxi from the airport is ~30 eur. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and apartment is in third floor.

• Laura (9/5): Excellent location - Cozy old building, I loved the double windows with wood frame. Location is perfect, close to city center but in a quiet neighborhood. All neccesary equipment in the kitchen to prepare a rapid meal.
• Shota (9/5): Bright and clean, very good location. - Location is superb, literally 1 min walk from U3 metro line. Apartment is clean and bright. Very high ceilings and nice terrace. Staff was very responsive via the booking app and tried to accommodate all our request. Wifi was stable and fast No toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). Beds are a bit on the small size, but very comfortable. It's a high 4th store, without an elevator, so if you have bags to carry or use stroller, it could be a challenge.
• Anna (10/5): It was a pleasure! I highly recommend this flat! - Flat is amazing, very clean and authentic! The host is super polite and helpful. Neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. 1 min walk to metro station. Many grocery shops around 2 beds are most probably for kids, and it is impossible to sleep on them for adults, beds creak a lot. We were 2 slim women. So we slept on the sofa, it was ok. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), for us it wasn't a problem, but for some people it could be

Unbelievably crystal clean tap water ideal for everydy drinking. Easy key collection from a safe. Yummy kebabs in the area and intersting food/beer street food minutes away. I strongly recommend this apartment and will definitely re-visit beautiful Vienna !

High ceilings, character building. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there. A couple of extra pillows would be handy, as those provided were rather thin.

It is also very close to the U-bahn station which makes it pretty close to the city center as well and there are several supermarkets very closeby. And the terrace in the apartment is very spacious. • Abdullatif (10/5): It was a good experience that I would recommend - It is located in a very central location, transportation is quite easy, after 2 minutes you can take the metro. We found a really clean and warm house in a street away from the noise, with almost everything we might need in mind. We were informed throughout our stay and received answers to our messages in a very short time. It was great, I would definitely recommend

The location of the apartments is perfect (U3 metro line), We also liked the nearby bakery, where we had a delicious breakfast, it should definitely be recommended to guests. We had beds and towels prepared for only two people, even though I had registered three people. We looked for bed linen for the sofa and towels in the cupboards (it's good that they were in the cupboards and under the sofa blanket). The mirror in the bedroom was too high (we laughed about it), when I sat down at the mirror table I could only see the back of my head.

The two small beds were very uncomfortable (while the sofa bed was comfy), the bed linen were spotted and dirty, no elevator and three floors to climb up!

• Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - Excelent service, the room was clean and ready for our arrival. We had everything we needed, there were no issues with our stay. The neighbourhood provided with all the necessary facilities (supermarket, restaurants, fast and easy access to subway, near city center). The room was very cute and quiet indeed. Surely to come back for the second visit.

• Iva (9/5): Comfortable, tidy and nice. - Everything is as in the pictures, the place was very tidy and well stocked. The location is amazing, close to the metro station, and all of the bigger/more important monuments are close. It was better then I expected. I think the place could have been a little cleaner, some of the dishes were covered in dust and there was dust around the bed, nothing too bad.
