• Astrid (8/5): Betaalbaar en ruim appartement - Ruim en schoon appartement, goede bedden, goede wifi, geen last van buren Duidelijker in advertentie, maar later ook bij incheck info aangeven dat parkeren aan de straat maar voor maximaal 2 uur achtereen met te kopen parkeerkaart mogelijk is. Daarna nieuwe kaart kopen. Of aangeven waar in de buurt op korte afstand een betaalbare parkeerplaats of -garage voor langdurig parkeren is. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds laat terug en hadden een parkeerboete die we meenamen naar het appartement. De volgende ochtend, rond 11.00 uur lag de 2e parkeerboete, met een bedrag van 50 euro, al achter onze autoruit. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als hier bijboeking op gewezen zou zijn.

• Nahuel (10/5): - Departamento muy comodo, limpio y fiel a las fotos. Nos fue muy funcional para muestra estancia en viena. La ubicacion quizas no era la mejor pero eso la sabiamos aunque se suple muy bien con la muy buena oferta de transporte publico. Pudimos dejar las maletas un rato antes del check in lo cual nos fue muy util y se agradece. Sin dudas volveremos La unica sugerencia es que se podria agregar un microondas, no hay nada negativo de este alojamiento

• Ferdinand (8/5): Gerne wieder - Alles sauber, sehr nette Wohnung Das Keypad an der Haus-Eingangstür funktioniert nicht immer sofort. Das Appartement-Türschloss ist auch ein sehr ausgeleiert. Alles andere sehr zufriedenstellend bis auf die Lage. Aber man weiß halt,cworauf man sich einlässt. Favoriten halt😁

• Alina (9/5): - Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl und hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Das separate Schlafzimmer hat uns gut gefallen und wenn die Fenster zu waren, war es extrem ruhig. Die separate Toilette war auch perfekt. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Nah an der Straßenbahn.

The host was correct, the check in process was well explained in time before our arrival. The location is a bit distant from the inner city, but the public transport is great. The bed mattress was a bit too soft for our liking. The location is a bit far from the inner city.

• Maria (9/5): Pretty good stay - Modern, well equipped and spacious apartment. Overall very clean and it's located in a quiet area. There was a persistent and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Shower pressure was low. The balcony furniture was dirty. The location is a bit hard to find using Google maps.

Not specific to the room, but the elevator in the building didn't work except for one time, the hallways were cluttered and people in the neighborhood were screaming and making noise at all hours.
