The space is modern, very comfortable, and feels extremely secure, which made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time in Vienna.
The location is outstanding—just steps away from the train station and tram stops, with a great selection of restaurants and well-known supermarket chains nearby. Despite being so well connected, the apartment is located in a safe and quiet area, offering the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
This apartment truly combines comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. Mario was a very gracious host who exceeded our expectations!

- Abdullah (10/5): İyi konum. Konforlu daire. Nazik ev sahibi. - Daire konum olarak çok iyiydi. Tren istasyonuna yakın olması ve istasyonda restoran ve marketler bulunması bizi çok rahatlattı. Ayrıca Daire hem kpnforluydu hem de temiz ve düzenliydi. Daire içerisinde yemek, temizlik, internet, ısıtma gibi bir evde ihtitaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. Ses yalıtımı da mükemmeldi. Hiçbir şekilde dış sesler bi rahatsız etmedi.
Ev sahibi Mario çok nazik ve cana yakındı. Rezervasyonun başlamasından itibaren bizimle iletişim halindeydi ve her türlü sorumuza cevap verdi. En başından beri bizimle iletişim kurması sayesinde özellikle uçağımız rötar yaptığı için booking'te belirttiğimiz check-in saatinden sonra giriş yapma fırsatımız oldu.
Rezervasyonda belirtilen 500 €'luk depozitoyu girişte nakit olarak ev sahibine verdik. Mario depozitoya ilişkin bizi hem bilgilendirdi hem de teslim ettiğimize dair belge imzaladık. Check-out'u erken yapacağımız için de bir gün önce gelip depozitoyu nakit olarak geri verdi ve teslim aldığımıza dair yine belge imzaladık. Bu konuda endişelenmeyin, depozitonuzu geri alacaksınız.

- Natasha (10/5): Fabulous and highly recommended! - The location was awesome, with the Wien Hbf just right at your doorstep. It’s in a good part of town, very clean and safe. The apartment is well-equipped, bright and clean. The wifi speed is excellent. Good heating during winter and with ample space for a family to have a very comfortable stay. The availability of the washer (complete with capsules and detergent) was truly a blessing! We throughly enjoyed our stay as it was like a home away from home.
Host Mario was a great host and a very affable guy! He explained why he required the £500 security deposit upfront in cash which is reasonable and understandable. You will receive your deposit back once you check out if everything is in order so not to worry! He even expedited our request for an earlier check in as our flight was at 6.50 am. For a reasonable fee, we were able to check in and rest before we started exploring the city! Thank you once again Mario for the great apartment and hospitality. Nothing! Everything was great!
- Brachwitz (10/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub - Vorab wurden wir vom Inhaber freundlich kontaktiert - anschließend lief die Kommunikation reibungslos und auch ein extrawunsch konnte so erfüllt werden.
Bei Ankunft gab es eine ausführliche Einweisung, hier verfestigte sich der erste positive Kontakt.
Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip hervorragend, das Apartment für mehrere Tage ideal.
Obwohl das Apartment direkt neben dem Bahnhof liegt ist es vom Lautstärke Pegel absolut in Ordnung.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eigene Verpflegung benötigt, ob im Bad, der Küche, Wohnzimmer oder schlafbereich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
- marianne (10/5): Empfehlenswert - Sehr schönes Apartment, bestens ausgestattet. Nichts hat uns gefehlt! Bequeme Betten, grosser Balkon, schöne Dusche. Super Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zentrum ist schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichbar, Schloss Belvédère sogar zu Fuss. Der Vermieter Mario ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komplikationslose Schlüsselübergabe.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser netten Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können das Apartment bestens weiterempfehlen. Da fällt uns nichts ein.

Although it is close to the train station, this does not disturb at all – on the contrary, it makes life here very convenient, as there are plenty of shops and food options around. There are also several fitness clubs nearby to choose from, and it takes only about 15 minutes on foot to reach the beautiful Belvedere. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay – highly recommended! -

The deposit of 500€ wasn't included in the booking, i didn't trust it at first, but i saw someone's comment about that. Anyway we paid 500€, then we got it back. So, you can trust the host.

- Bogdan (9/5): Excellent! I would come again! - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment near Hauptbahnhof in Vienna, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is absolutely excellent, providing easy access to transportation and all the main attractions of the city.
The host was incredibly nice and fluent in English, which made communication a breeze. They provided numerous helpful tips about the apartment's amenities and local grocery stores, making our stay even more convenient.
Despite a few minor points, I have no significant complaints. The apartment is new, and all the furniture and appliances are of high quality and brand new. I wholeheartedly give this place 5 stars and look forward to returning in the future. One area for improvement would be to include the security deposit in the Booking.com system. Both the host and the guests would feel more secure with the payment and refund process being managed through the platform. The late announcement of the deposit payment after withdrawing funds from the account might raise some concerns, but in our case, there were no issues with getting the deposit back as there were no damages upon departure.
Additionally, I suggest that the host pays closer attention to the way the apartment is advertised. In my case, the photos did not exactly match the apartment we stayed in; they were of a different units in the same building. The conditions were generally the same, except for the availability of a sofa in the living room, which we were informed about after the booking was confirmed, even though there were at least three days available to notify us beforehand.

- Florin (9/5): Lovely! - The position of the apartament is excelent! We ha e had train, bus, tram nect to the building. Like this we could cover in 10 days everything gust we dreamed of seeing in Viena. Close we also had small and Big shops, food, restaurante. Even though the area is transited by many people, still kept a fresh, safe and clean area. Although many people came in and out, IT was silent, safe and confortable.
- Kuzmanovic (1/5): Bad - PLEASE MAKE SURE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE APARTMENT BEFORE TAKING THE KEYS.
The apartment itself was good; neighborhood is bad; We stayed there for a month, but we had a bad experience with the apartment owner. Firstly, we are not the type of people who complain when we see something not working or not being in perfect condition in the apartment. The espresso machine wasn't working when we entered, but we managed to fix it. We noticed that the rubber from the shower cabin glass was falling off, but we didn't report it. The shower holder was already broken before we took a shower, but it had been cleverly concealed, and we didn't report the damage at the time. We thought - what's the point of reporting it when we already took the keys?
We left the apartment on June 15th, and a week later, upon inquiring about getting our deposit back, the owner claimed they found the shower rod broken, the glass seal of the shower broken, and one pillow's rubber missing. They said they would keep 200 euros from the deposit and return 300 euros to our account. We didn't think it was worth arguing, so we agreed to it.
However, 3 months later, NOT A SINGLE EURO FROM THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RETURNED. We contacted the owner several times; the first time, there was no response for more than a week, and the second time, they said they were still waiting for a company to get back to them with the repair cost, asking us to be patient. According to the legal framework for deposit returns, the owner has two months to return the remaining deposit, so, we are already considering a legal dispute.
Other than that - To obtain a monthly parking pass for the garage, you can only do so on Wednesdays from 8 am to 12 pm. We didn't know that, so for a whole week, we had to pay 34 euros per day for parking. Afterward, we purchased a monthly pass for 200 euros; No air condition! The fitness room was locked!
