- Marisol (7/5): La internet nunca funcionó - La ubicación y el baño La habitación era muy pequeña no había lugar para tener las maletas abiertas y si vas 4 días no vas a desarmar la valija para guardar la ropa en el Placard. Lo pero, Internet no funciona, no hubo forma, jamas funciono, se conectaba y a los 2 segundos se desconectaba, tampoco anduvo la televisión, siempre estaba sin señal. Conecté y desconecte el router varias veces pero eso no resolvió el problema.

- LunMin (7/5): Zentral an U-Bahn, Straße, Clubs - Zentral gelegen an Öffis und Bars/Restaurants. Unkomplizierter Check in durch Schlüsselbox und ausführliche Anleitung im Vorfeld. Sauber und funktional eingerichtet ohne Schnickschnack. Zentral bedeutet sehr laut, da die Hauptstraße permanent befahren wird. Sicherlich lag es am ESC aber der Übernachtungspreis stand in keinem Verhältnis! Keine Kapselmaschine wie in den allgemeinen Bedingungen aufgeführt. Es war alles vorhanden aber eher spartanisch.

- Martina2908 (7/5): - Wohnung ist supergelegen und ist sauber, hat aber weder Stil noch Charme. Würde es als zweckmässig bezeichnen, dafür aber doch eher teuer. Die Fenster zur Strasse raus sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Also für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz ok Türen schliessen nicht richtig, schlafzimmer sehr klein (=schlafzimmer hat die Grösse des Doppelbetts darin) und ohne Fenster, nur minimal abe4 zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Crockery needed some deep cleaning Very small studio (it's a small room with a bed and a small kitchen). No external windows (I didn't even know when it was raining) You can hear the noise from the neighbours up and down the stairs, as well as the person living upstairs. I would add a little shelve in the shower, since there was no place where to leave the gels.

- MASAMICHI (6/5): 料金から考えると、まあこんなもんかなぁ。 - 駅近くでロケーションがとてもいい。 洗濯機と物干しがちゃんと設置されていた。 鍵の開け方が全く分からず、1-2時間奮闘した。 電話しても出ない。部屋に入るまで大変だった。 他のファミリーが違う部屋に6人家族で泊まったのだが、洗濯機と物干しが設置されてなくて最悪であった。私の部屋の洗濯機を何度も貸してあげてしのいでいた。 もっとちゃんと設備を整えて欲しい！

- Daniela (5/5): Zum schlafen reichts - Die Lage war super, die U-Bahn war schnell zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. Zum schlafen hats gereicht, zudem war es sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft stimmte schonmal nicht mit den Bildern überein. Das Geschirr war dreckig, das Bad muffig und schimmelig (inkl. Silberfische). Steckdosen, sowie die Stehlampe sind nicht richtig fest und fallen auseinander. Die Bettwäsche war zerknittert, als wenn sie nicht gewechselt wurde. Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft ungepflegt und nicht sauber. Zudem gab es nur ein Handtuch pro Person. Auch wenn die Unterkunft günstig angeboten wird und man nicht viel Wert auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung legt sollte es sauber sein!

- Tuncay (7/5): Herşeye rağmen fiyat / konum / olanaklar / rahatlık dengesinden bakıldığında tercih edilebilir bir konaklama - Viyana için bu fiyatla kalınabilecek en iyi yerlerden sanırım. Yüksek tavan, geniş bir stüdyo daire. Etrafında çokça alışveriş imkanı ve aracınız için park imkanı var. Ayrıca turistik Viyana dışında ağırlıkla göçmenlerin yaşadığı bölgeleri görmek için de iti bir lokasyon. Ana cadde üstü olması ve tramvay yoluna yakınlığı dolayısıyla biraz gürültülü, pencereyi açarak oturmak zor. Temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri (sabun, şampuan, mutfak malzemeleri vs. ) eksikli ya da hiç yoktu.

It seems like a dodgy neighbourhood but it is not the case, everyone is super friendly. The walls are paper thin, the apartment 29 is street sided so everything is to he heard from the street, and you can hear the neighbours above.

L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda lo scarico della doccia che emanava un odore sgradevole persistente durante tutta la giornata. Consigliamo di risolvere questo problema il prima possibile, poiché rovina un’esperienza altrimenti molto positiva.

- Laura (7/5): Regular - La ubicación, está enfrente de una parada de metro No tenía ventanas al exterior y ese punto no estaba especificado en la reserva, las almohadas eras muy incómodas, se notaban que tenían mucho uso y eran prácticamente inexistentes, las toallas que debían ser blancas tenían muchísimas manchas parecían estar sucias era realmente desagradable, me tuve que comprar una para poder ducharme agusto.

- Celine (5/5): Highly NOT RECOMMEND if you travel with big luggage, no elevator service - good location: in front of Vienna U-Bahn U6 Ride - Thaliastraße 1. Our restroom door can't be locked, it's broken, and customer support said they can fix it after our departure, or during our staying when we are outside???? They should fix this problem before our arriving, disappointed! 2. Although there is an elevator in the building, customer support said that no elevator access is provided, which is very inconvenient for travelers with luggage.
- Ilse (5/5): - Es wäre grundsätzlich ok, einfach eingerichtet, aber ok. Küche wäre neu, ist aber teilweise schmutzig, auch das Backrohr, teilweise auch das Geschirr. Badezimmer wäre auch neu, Brause etwas kaputt. Sonst ok. Unkompliziertes Ankommen. In der Beschreibung stand Kaffee- und Teezubehör, wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass ich mir Tee und Kaffee selbst mitbringen muss, hätte ich das natürlich getan. Auf den Fotos waren aber Teebeutel, etc. abgebildet, sodass ich dachte, es wird wohl welche geben. Die Handtücher haben leider nach Schimmel gerochen und sehr gestunken. Der Boden im Wohnbereich war nicht sauber, sodass man danach schmutzige Socken hatte. Es gäbe eine Waschmaschine, diese stinkt aber sehr nach Schimmel, sodass man sie niemals verwenden würde. Bettwäsche ziemlich alt. Schade.

- Egor (10/5): Супер Гуд - Отличная квартира в хорошем районе. Транспортом не пользовались. Весь город посмотрели пешком. За полчаса по красивым улицам можно дойти до всех основных достопримечательностей. В квартире везде теплый пол - это прекрасно. Очень красивая ванная комната. Окна квартиры выходят в общий световой коридор. Не было шумно или не комфортно. Когда готовили еду, открывали окна. Посуда хорошая и всего хватало. Микроволновка, чайник и тостер нужно включать по очереди в одну розетку, иначе выбивает пробки. Кодовый замок на двери - очень удобно. Магазин «Спар» на соседней улице. Лифт работает только для постоянных жителей с помощью механического ключа. Нас с чемоданами подвезли добрые жители на лифте. Свет в подъезде нужно включать на кнопку и работает он короткое время. Уборка квартиры приходит действительно ровно в 10:00 с немецкой пунктуальностью)) Не хватает света на кухне

- Cloe (7/5): Nonostante tutto, come sistemazione per 4-5 giorni è decisamente accettabile. Magari sarebbe stato piacevole trovare cos - Della struttura ci è piaciuta la posizione (davanti alla metro, quindi ben collegata e circondata da minimarket etnici e aldi, ristoranti e fastfood) Il bagno puzzava (probabilmente qualche problema con lo scarico), così come il microonde emetteva un forte odore di cipolla/spezie; la foto mostra una lavatrice, ma nell’appartamento non c’è. Abbiamo dovuto rilavare tutte le stoviglie che abbiamo usato, in quanto sporche (forse lasciate così da qualche ospite precedente)

Шановні хазяїни, у вашій квартирі, не погане, зручне розташування, приберіть там будь ла - Непогане розташування Специфічний запах у квартирі, брудний посуд, особливо сковорідки, жахливо брудні штори, стіл в поганому стані, нам прийшлося купляти скатертину, щоб можна було сидіти за ним, зламаний стілець, умивальник де не збігає вода, купа пилу під ліжками та на кухонних шафках, погано вимитий холодильник, який теж мав запах

- Yuliia (8/5): Docela dobře - Bylo to fain, docela čisto a bílé ručníky, metro bylo opravdu blízko. Kuchyň a myčku je již třeba vyměnit.
