• George (3/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για χρήση του μετρό για τις μετακινήσεις. Επίσης υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά στο κατάλυμα. Η γειτονιά είναι σχετικά ήσυχη παρόλο που το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο και κάποιος θόρυβος από το δρομο περνάει στο εσωτερικό του διαμερίσματος. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ζεστό και είχε γρήγορο internet. Η ελλιπής καθαριότητα ήταν φανερή από το πρώτο λεπτό. Ποτήρια άπλυτα στη ποτηροθηκη. Χαλάκι κουζίνας το οποίο δεν σηκώθηκε για να καθαριστεί και είχε από κάτω πετραδάκια τα οποία πλήγωσαν τα πόδια μας. Το σκεύος με τη ζάχαρη γεμάτο ακαθαρσίες. Η καφετιέρα γεμάτη άλατα και ως εκ τούτου η γεύση του καφέ ήταν χάλια. Στο μπάνιο η στήλη ντους έβγαζε μικρά μαύρα θραύσματα μάλλον από τις σωληνώσεις. Επίσης χρειάζεται σφίξιμο από υδραυλικό στη στήλη του ντους. Τρίχες και χνούδια στο μπάνιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, αλλά δύο μονά ενωμένα και δεν μπορέσαμε να ξεκουραστούμε και λόγω των μη ποιοτικών στρωμάτων και μαξιλαριών. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει ένα κρεμαστό φωτιστικό που όταν ανάβεις το διακόπτη, κάνει θόρυβο ενώ δεν ανάβει η λάμπα. Και σε αυτό το δωμάτιο η έλλειψη καθαριότητας εμφανής με χνούδια και τρίχες στο πάτωμα και ιστούς αράχνης στις γωνιές. Το "διπλό" κρεβάτι δεν έχει μετακινηθεί ποτέ για να καθοριστεί το πάτωμα από κάτω του. Η τουαλέτα πολύ μικρή και άβολη μιας και υπάρχει ένας μικρός νιπτήρας σε πολύ άβολο σημείο. Επίσης οι δύο εξαερισμοι στο μπάνιο και στην τουαλέτα είναι θορυβώδεις και βρώμικοι. Στο διάδρομο η μυρωδιά των βρώμικων κάδων απορριμμάτων της οικοδομής εμφανής. Γενικότερα σε αυτή την τιμή και με cleaning fee included, περιμένεις τουλάχιστον τα βασικά στην καθαριότητα να έχουν γίνει, πράγμα που στο διαμέρισμα αυτό ήταν εμφανες πως δεν έχουν γίνει

• Komljenović (8/5): Nice - Very Clean place and Nice neighbourhood. Apartment is equipte with everything what is needed for staying. Dining table is in the bedroom.

• Maria (1/5): Horrible - I didn't like the fact that instead of a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and two single beds we got a studio apartment with a couch at the entrance and two single beds in a room that was seperated by the glass wall and door from the entrance room. No soap in the apartment. Apartment was not sentral but a 10 minute car ride away from slosest sights. There were no bed linens but a fabric covering the mattrass that is usually allowed under the bed linens.

• Erika (8/5): Nice area, clean and well equipped. - The apartment has good location, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. When I asked question about the washing mashine, i got help quickly. The apartment in the ground floor has one disadvantage - not the fault of the owner - that both windows open to the street, and people walking by are quite loud sometimes, especially in the evening.

• Alexandra (10/5): Nice and cozy apartments - A very nice apartment with all you need. Very cozy, clean and near to a tram station (7 min walk) and shops like Lidl, Bipa, Hofer etc. Perfect for a couple but also for a small family. Also very nice hosts as we arrived very late on our last night and we could prolong the checkout with another 1h30 which was very helpful and nice.
