• AryaR (10/5): Feel at home in Vienna with this excellent apartment near Vienna International Center / Kaisermuhlen - It is agreat apartment with all the facilities such as full kitchen, washing machine etc. Free te, coffee and bottled water is provided. This apartment has a spacious hall with a courtyard to sit outside. It has a nicebedroom and bath attached. The apartment was spotless and the host was so kind. The location is just next to a Mac D and it is just one/ 2 stop away from Vienna International Center ( KaiserMuhlen), There is an approx. 10 min walk from the U1 line , however tram stops are nearby. It is even sufficient for a small family for a fewdays or for acouple / individual for a longer stay. The name of the hotel is not easily visible and hence try with the door address and the host will come and help check in the room.

We are very grateful to them for that! The apartment fully corresponds to the photos provided. When we are next in Vienna - we will only stay here!

• Sergii (10/5): - Чудові апартаменти! Дуже важливо те , що є парковка(10€ доба)! Локація хороша, близько до міського транспорту. В апартаментах є все необхідне, тепло, чисто. Власники зустрічають , дають ключі і все показують. Поруч торговий центр, продуктовий магазин, Macdonald. Бронюємо ці апартаменти не вперше. Рекомендую!
• Olekdandr (10/5): - Хорошая и уютная квартира в отличном районе. До метро всего около 7 минут пешком, а до центра — примерно 20 минут. Рядом большой торговый центр, где есть всё необходимое. Приветливые хозяева встретили, всё подробно показали и объяснили — заселение прошло очень удобно. В апартаментах было всё нужное: кухонные принадлежности, душевые средства и чистые новые полотенца.

• Anton (10/5): Perfekt für kürzere und längere Aufenthalte in Wien. - Wohnung sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Blitzsauber. 5 Gehminuten zur U1. Gastgeberin super freundlich. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
• Andrea (8/5): - Die Lage war super. Mit Kindern in 5min zu Fuss am Donauradwe Ein Keller für die Räder zum Abstellen Eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung wäre gut, bei über 30grad im Sommer sind die deckenventilatoren doch zu wenig. Aber das ist auch das einzige,was zu sagen wäre. Sonst alles tip top!

The apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable, and has everything one could possibly need. The location is great, very close to the UN, the river Danube and the subway station.

• Zoki (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly owner willing to explain everything. Nice ,new apartment with great connectivity to city metro. Car parking is only few minutes walking distance fro apartment and costs only 5euro per day.We enjoy every moment of stay.
• Christopher (8/5): Recommended for private vacation, but perhaps not for business travellers. - Location was convenient. Very nice apartment with great kitchen. Had quite a few utensils that meant most cooking options were available. Nice to have terrace to sit out in to keep cool. Very clean and comfortable. Could easily recommend for those travelling on vacation. The website did state that price included (also confirmed via Booking.com customer service and by the host) VAT was included in the rate. I was unable to get from the host an invoice with VAT, instead receiving an invoice with no VAT breakdown. They claimed as a "small business owner("kleinunternehmer") and NOT applicable to VAT", but also equally acknowledged in my initial enquiries to be charging VAT. Booking.com confirmed the same information via details provided to them - i.e. VAT is charged. The discrepancy between charging VAT and not having this on invoice was never fully reconciled in any correspondence by the host, who instead directed me to get the finance department of my company to contact her accountant on this matter.. At that stage, this was getting ridiculously inconvenient to deal with any further on my own. Even Booking.com customer service were not able to resolve this in a satisfactory manner. As such I unfortunately cannot recommend this particular apartment for business travellers if one requires an invoice with VAT. I have used many apartments in Vienna via Booking.com, and this the first one to not provide such an invoice with VAT breakdown by default.
