• Nikolett (7/5): I only I only recommended it because of the location. - The location The host was unreachable when we arrived. We couldn’t get in touch to find out where the parking card mentioned in the information email was. None of the phone numbers were answered. In the end, the parking was not free, even though we entered using the card, which we found after a long search. The outdoor sofa bed wasn’t comfortable either, as once it was pulled out, it couldn’t be put together in a way that the mattress was level.
• Khaled (6/5): Pleasant - Location in the central, near to most brands shops One of the bathrooms wasn’t clean, the towels were wet when I arrived. There’s construction, drilling workers noise .. the property manager wasn’t responsive enough, takes to long to respond .. didn’t answer my calls.

• Mohamed (8/5): Very good apartment for family - Location is very good. Apartment space is good. We where 6 members and it was very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with almost all what you need. It is not cleaned properly. I found some food under sofa. Dust in the kitchen and walls. Some maintenance required but no major impact on our stay. Electronic key is not practical if you have issue with internet signal or your phone is off. Then you can not access the apartment.

• Jesmine (10/5): The place is convenient for shoppers and public transportation is accessible. I will highly recommend this property for - The property is clean and spacious. The location is excellent. Shopping, food and train station is few minutes away. Two bathroom and one of them do not have toilet bowl. It’s separated. But not an issue.

• Jasvin (10/5): Beautiful house in an Incredible location, next to the Supermarket - Such a comfortable house with all amenities, I requested for a baby chair at the absolute last minute and was graciously accomadated. This is my third stay in vienna this week and by far the Best Location.

• Abdullah (10/5): Clean, nice location, and very cooperative owner. - Excellent location, in the heart of city. Very beautiful and clean place. The owner was very cooperative. The building elevator accommodates only 4 persons.
• Muhammad (8/5): Very good - Location, size of property , ease of checkin Since parking was far 10 minutes walk( totally understandable due to location) we had to come back in car to the property to drop the parking card. We couldn't find parking close by and had to walk again 6 minutes. Perhaps a way can be deviced to eliminate this hassle. Otherwise it was perfect
• Abigail (5/5): Passable - The location is excellent, although it also makes it noisy. Stephan arranged for an early check-in which was nice (3:30 pm. instead of 5 p.m.) given that we were arriving from the U.S. It is difficult to write a balanced review when you feel that you have been treated poorly. The apartment is large and spacious which provides guests with room to socialize or seek the sanctuary of their own room. The apartment was noisy given its location on the square and the need to have windows open to provide some relief for the heat and humidity (no air conditioning). Shortly after our arrival there was no hot water. We immediately reached out to Stephan seeking assistance but despite repeated attempts via email got no reply. Not being able to reach Stephan we undertook troubleshooting the problem. We checked the hot water heater/tank to insure that it was plugged in and set to an appropriate temperature setting. We checked the electrical panel to insure that the circuit was energized. After 8 hours Stephan responded by apologizing for the delay, offered an excuse that did not make sense, but said he would have maintenance look into the situation immediately. We never saw or heard from maintenance and after a couple of hours Stephan reached out stating that the hot water heater had simply run out of hot water and if given time would regenerate. At this point we were through day two of our three day visit. Needless to say an apartment that does not provide hot water for showering is a major bummer. Much more distressing was Stephan’s non-responsiveness, first to several emails and then with a brush off assessment that the hot water heater was fine and would regenerate if given a little time. For these reasons the best rating that I can give is 5 out of 10. Two other things about the apartment: the shower head in the main bathroom was broken and sprayed water everywhere Also, the door in that same bathroom is too big for the door frame and therefore doesn’t close preventing privacy for the person using the bathroom. That was especially hard with teenagers/young adults.

• Amal (9/5): Overall a great stay with a good location and easy access. - The location of the apartment and its spacious interior. The only problem was the wifi connection. It did not work for us.
• Sophia (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the most amazing location. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vienna! - Our stay at Stephan was one of our favs during our 4 weeks in Europe. Location is excellent and can't be beat, it's a super comfy and lovely apartment to stay in. Even our taxi driver from the airport commented we were right in the centre. The apartment is so comfortable, we felt like we were living like locals. Having a washer and dryer was the icing on the cake. Also, great amenity re: coffee, salt, pepper etc. Can't wait to return! A very minor issue was on arrival, instructions to unlock the front door using the app wasn't intuitive. We stood in the foyer for about 10mins at 7.30pm after a flight trying to figure it out. Instructions probably need to be more literal. It wasn't a big deal, but we were tired.

• Alara (1/5): Bad - the location is good, very central and close to st. Stephens however I was traveling with my 4 months old baby and I tried everything to increase the heat of the house from the thermostat but it never increases. It was very cold during the night and the house owner didn't reply my messages until the morning. I am sick because of the cold right now. I wish I stayed in a hotel....
