• Nina (9/5): - Das Appartement war auf den ersten Blick sehr schön eingerichtet. Hätte etwas sauberer sein können und das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet wirkte sehr "verlassen". Die Lage war für uns aber entscheidend, da wir Familie besuchten. Die Vermieter haben sich aber sichtlich Mühe gegeben und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super! Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Вы должны это учитывать, когда бронируете это жильё. Вход в апартаменты и разрушенный прокуренный подъезд испортили всё впечатление. UPDATE: Я оставлял в этом отзыве также фото дома, но они были удалены. Кроме того, мне написал владелец апартаментов и предложил удалить мой отзыв за 49€. Вероятно, с другими плохими отзывами поступали так же, что влияет на общую оценку. Будьте осторожны.

• angelica (6/5): - la posizione non era nemmeno troppo distante dalla via principale piena di negozi, pub, supermercati e fermate di autobus e tram sicuramente distante dal centro ma a piedi ci arrivi tranquillamente con una bella passeggiata la pulizia, il portone ci ha messo un po' d'ansia è malfatto, vecchio e sentivamo tanti rumori e c'erano solo due cialde del caffè per 5 notti

• Dina (4/5): Bad stay - The room itself was acceptable, but still not very clean. The coffee machine had a used capsule, there was dust on the floor, and there was no floor towel in the bathroom. The bathroom is far too small to accommodate a normal adult — taking a shower was genuinely a challenge. Very dark to use the mirror in the bathroom. The entrance of the building should definitely have been photographed along with the rest of the room. The building is very old and not maintained, with an old round staircase and no elevator. I had to carry my suitcase up two floors despite having a serious back problem. The neighbors/residents were extremely loud, smoking in the courtyard and cooking with very strong smells, which made the entire building unbearable. This is not a respectable place to stay by any means. The pictures on Booking.com did not reflect the actual condition of the property. Booking.com should always require photos of the interior of the building, not just the room.
• Gabriele (7/5): - Erreichbarkeit vom Westbahnhof. Der "schlauchartige" Raum wurde optimal und gut ausgenutzt. Obwohl das Haus von außen und im Zugang renovierungsbedürftig ist, war die Sauberkeit und das Appartment per se ordentlich, sauber und überraschend positiv für den Ersteindruck. Von der Straße her kam kein Lärm. Das Bett war gut und bequem. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, wenn wer am Gang unterwegs war. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, daher hat man beim Zugang echt ein mulmiges Gefühl

• Dragan (10/5): Great gor staying - It was very comfortable, peaceful and clean. I enjoyed my staying. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, clean towels no rushing or bothering by the staff. All great. I was satisfied with my staying.

• Essi (7/5): Good - It was quiet area and safe area. There was three grocery stores near and customer service was excellent. In the toilet there were no place to put your towels to dry or hold. There was also mold in the toilet and there was no hand soap in the toilet. And the hand washing tap blashed all over. So not the nicest. There was nothing to put your dishes to dry. It was quite annoying. There was also nothing to wipe your tables after you had used the one kitchen paper. And there could have been pepper and oil for cooking. Salt was offered. The bed was okay, but the pillows were horrible. And the tidiness, it was a pit untidy. The tables had dust in them, and I had to wipe them. And the floors had crumbs. We did inform about this the host and they send cleaner to the apartment, which was nice. But overall, it kind of made the feeling of the apartment go down. Pictures are also little bit better. They do show what the apartment looks like, but for example the pillows in the picture look great and fluffy, but in reality they are really used. I would not go again, because I would rather try something else. But if you want to budget travel and don't need something fancy, this is okay.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Close to Schonbrunn castle. 3 tram stops from the U3 that leads directly to Stephensplatz and city center. Clean and small apartment, equipped with everything needed for short staying. For me only hangers/hooks in a bathroom for towels were missing. :) Neighbours were slaming their doors, which made evenings a bit louder.

• Nerea (9/5): Cheap, functional and cozy - The property is located in the 15th district in Vienna, which means that the city centre is quite far to reach by foot. However, tram and bus connections are just around the corner and metro station is 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment was clean, functional and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom had towels, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. In general, it was a very pleasant stay. The first impression of the location and building is not very good, but that might be because the building is old and definitely needs some repair/maintenance. Also, we heard some noises during late night and early morning almost every day.

• Piotr (10/5): Very clean, modern appartment in convenient location. - The appartment is super-clean, recently furnished, comfortable and modern. The owners responded immediately to our questions. There is an iron and ironing board, kettle, hair dryer, small fridge, plates, pots and cups etc. The location is very convenient about 30 minutes walking from Schönbrunn Palace and 40 min. to the city centre with all the museums, butiques and restaurants. There is a bakery next doors, grocery store, SPAR supermarket and many places to eat and drink, and a tram, all just around the block. We had a very pleasant week here and can happily recommend it to others.
