• Ian (10/5): We were 3 adults and would definitely stay in this property if we returned to Vienna - Excellent location, responsive host, good value for location, quiet, very spacious for 4 adults. This is-nit picking but; kitchen chair legs squeak very loud, no elevator, can be a little difficult using stairs if you don’t know where the light switches are.

Bölge hareketli ve güvenli. Erken gittik valizleri odaya koyabildik. Çıkışta da 3 saat valizlerimizi bırakabildik. Asansör yoktu. O da o kadar önemli olmadı.
• Fabian (10/5): - Location & Building We stayed in the apartment for three nights and had a wonderful time. The location is unbeatable, and the building has a charming old-town character with a beautiful courtyard. Even though the street can sometimes be a little noisy, you cannot hear anything once the windows are closed. Apartment & Facilities The apartment is very well equipped. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and dishes, a coffee machine with coffee pods, and a toaster. The beds are comfortable, and the seating area in the living room is perfect for relaxing together after a long day. The bathroom is modern, and there were more than enough towels provided. Service & Hospitality The communication with the host was excellent and always incredibly fast. We especially appreciated the possibility to store our luggage in a luggage room after check-out when leaving later in the day. As a lovely welcome gift, there were Mozart chocolates on the beds, slippers for every guest, and even small bottles of shampoo. Overall Experience We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend choosing this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

A well-equipped apartment with a comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine with capsules, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a large TV. Two bedrooms, plenty of storage space. Great communication with the host. Absolutely perfect and beautiful place! The only warning for those with limited mobility: the high second floor. The rest: perfect!

• Kristina (10/5): Empfehlenswert. - Absolut fantastische Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, auch der öffentliche Verkehr war schnell und gut zu erreichen. Aus der Haustür herausgetreten, ist man mitten in der schönen Innenstadt. Die Fiaker, die unter dem Fenster vorbeifahren, haben das Wien-Gefühl komplett gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ehemaligem Adelspalast, was in ihren hohen Räumen und Kronleuchtern spürbar ist. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Es gibt kein Tiefkühlfach, wenn man etwas Schnelles aus dem Tiefkühler essen möchte. Es gibt etwas wenig Tageslicht, was aber an der Architektur und Lage des Hauses liegt und nicht an der Ausstattung durch den Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig.
• 小笠原 (7/5): It is good apartment but poor servece. - The location was superb, and it was very convenient for both Stephansplatz and the Opera. The apartment was also sufficiently spacious, clean, and well-heated with the air conditioning, and the shower water was warm. I shall write down the events and issues that occurred frankly. Please use this for future improvements. Firstly, when I went to check in, there was no key in the box. It was a cold morning and I was at a loss. I had booked the day before specifically to avoid this. It seems someone had mistakenly stayed in our room. After various exchanges, we were able to enter the room after midday. Management is clearly lacking in this regard. Next, the washing machine appeared faulty, with no water coming out. I contacted the manager via Booking.com, but they didn't resolve it. The kettle was also broken. Consequently, we had to find alternative ways to do laundry and boil water. The manager never showed their face, and communication was far from smooth. Also, the fridge couldn't make ice. It's a good apartment, but there are several disappointing aspects. I think it is cosy,but such troubles makes me hesitate to choose here next time.It is regrettable.
• Anne-Victoire (8/5): Idéalement placé pour un week-end - La localisation est absolument imbattable. L’appart est propre. Il y a une chambre séparée et sinon les deux lits simples sont en fait dans le salon, séparés par un paravent, ce qui ne promet pas de l’intimité.

Weinig licht in de ruimte, harde kussens, badkamer was iets te klein voor 4 personen, wifi werkte even niet maar de eigenaar kwam snel om het op te lossen!

• CHIA FU (10/5): Good - We had a lovely stay here. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother. A big plus is the flexibility to leave our luggage at any time before or after check‑out. The only thing to note is that there’s no lift, so it may be a bit challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Aside from that, everything was great.

• Amanda (10/5): Fantastic Christmas in Vienna. - Location was fantastic. The apartment was always lovely and warm. It had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend. My daughter didn’t like the 7am church bells 🔔 but that isn’t anyone’s fault. At least it made us wake early to enjoy the day.

• Jiří (8/5): The apartment itself was great, clean and spacy and had everything you might need. - The location was great, literally few steps away from Albertina museum. It's next to church that started ringing at 7:30 but it was quiet and didn't woke us. However, at 8am a the trash was taken out and since there is restaurant on the street, the clinking of falling glass was very loud.

Also good restaurants nearby as well as a Billa shop for groceries. Nice apartment in a building with a history of it's own. Could do with an extra shelf in the oven and trays to go in that you can put food on. Air conditioning also made a regular buzzing noise even after being switched off.

• Dorte (9/5): Great location - well equipped apartment - Location, location, location. This is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore everything that Vienna has to offer. It's close to everything. The apartment is very nice and very well equipped. It's good for families with small and older children as the children do not have to share beds - something our teenage boys really appreciated. It was really nice with air condition, and being able to cook your own meal. Supermarkets are close by, but notice that they close at 20:00. If we're in Vienna again, I would book this apartment without hesitating. We really liked everything about the apartment and the location. There's a bit of street noise, but this is ok, when you're staying in the middle of a big city.

It’s just steps away from everything, right near the Opera House, which made getting around so easy. The apartment had everything we needed and offered fantastic value for money. We’ll definitely be back!

• Kelly (8/5): A great location - I had the one bedroom apartment Feb 23 - Feb 26 for me and my very tall young adult kinder. Property owner provided screenshots of doors and lockbox prior to arrival. The photo of entrance to building was very helpful when we arrived late and tired. There is no lift in the building and we were on the second floor. The stairwell lighting is on a timer that can be activated by the switches conveniently placed near doors. The stairwell is 8’-10’ wide that slightly spirals. We crossed about 3-4 landings on our climb. There was one dedicated bedroom with a queen bed, a seating area with large sofa and TV, an area with two twin beds, plus a kitchen and bathroom. It was in a lovely old building with a courtyard. A space heater for the bathroom was a nice touch, but not needed. We didn’t cook, but there were enough cooking wares if we wanted to. Beds were firm, but so were all the beds in the other previous 5 accommodations throughout Europe. A washing machine and drying rack were provided. Clothes dried quickly. The heat is controlled using an easy to use remote control. Nice TV. There were some pre-existing holes and damage to the walls that I reported to the property owner. Not a big deal, but I didn’t want to be blamed. (Note: I am a property inspector and very detailed oriented). Location was 2 minutes from Albertina Art Museum, 5-6 minutes from Stephansplatz and public transportation and lots of food options. We were next to a church. The bells would chime at respectable times and were never an issue for me. My kids slept through them, sometimes until 10:30am. I was hoping they would wake them. Lol Communication turnaround could be better. There was nothing urgent so maybe that was the reason. I would suggest quicker responses and perhaps add check out instructions in the description or email. 🙂

We used the air conditioning and washi - The location is perfect, close to the Opera and quite central to many attractions. The key was a little tricky and you do have to lug suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. It would have been good to have a freezer for ice or other items.

Room door is not easy to be locked from outside. It needs mighty power and makes a louder voice to pull the door to close it then just be able to lock it.
