• Wilhelm (7/5): - Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ohne Aufzug. Es ist ein Altbau mit einer gebogenen Treppe. In den Stockwerken gibt es noch stillgelegte Bassenas (Wasserbecken) und auch die Tür des Gang-WC gibt es noch. Der Küchenbereich mit dem Tisch zeigt in den ruhigen Hof. In diesem Bereich ist auch etwas ungewohnt der Kleiderschrank! Der Schlaf- und Wohnbereich hat die Fenster zur ruhigen Holochergasse. Die Couch ist sehr klein und nicht geeignet für einen Erwachsenen zum Schlafen. Das Doppelbett ist gut. Die Gastherme versorgt die Heizung sehr gut, aber das Wasser rinnt nicht immer gleichmäßig warm. Der Mietpreis ist demnach um mind. 15% zu hoch!

• ARIADNA (9/5): Muy bien. - Era luminoso, todo estaba en buen estado y estaba bien equipado. La ubicación es buena, la zona tranquila, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y de transporte público. El personal fue muy atento y amable. Los tres pisos sin ascensor.

Osim tecnog sapuna, praska za pranje vesa i toalet papira, u kupatilu nije bilo druge kozmetike. Trebalo bi biti bar gela za tusiranje i sampona. Moglo bi da se doda jos neki peskir

• Antonio (6/5): - Appartamento carino, vasca da bagno, riscaldamento ok. I cuscini non si potevano definire tali. L'appartamento non era ben pulito. Mancavano prodotti come shampoo e Bagnoschiuma. Si potrebbe lasciare almeno 1-2 bottiglie di acqua all'arrivo dei clienti. Posizione fuori dal centro ma a 10 min a piedi dalla metro. P.s. cambiate i cuscini!
• piotr (10/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, wszystko co potrzeba piekarnik, mikrofala, toster, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, pralka z suszarką. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i duży telewizor z serwisami streamingowymi, netflix youtube. Trochę cienkie ściany przez co było słychać sąsiadów

• Manfred (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. - Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Praktische, aber dennoch sehr schöne Einrichtung, mit gut funktionierenden Geräten (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine), Bad mit Glastür. Die Lage war auch super. In 5 min erreicht man die U-Bahn Station und man ist in 10 bis 15 min in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es auch genügend gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und zeitnah. Wir würden dieses Apartment ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung war kalt als wir angekommen sind. Wurde aber, nach Rücksprache mit dem Verwalter der Wohnung, zeitnah wieder in Ordnung gebracht. Es gibt keinen richtigen Fernseher. Nur einen Monitor mit dem man über einen Firestick Internetsendungen empfangen kann. Wohnung Nr.15 ist im 3. Stock. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Bewegung, sehr weiche Kissen, TV hat eine alte Firmware (d.h. Screen sharing war nicht möglich und lineares TV geht garnicht), müffeln aus dem Ausfluss in der Küche zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes

• monika (10/5): Perfect spacious place - Definitely very stylish place - had everything one would need on a vacation in Vienna. Transportation in all directions 3-5 min away. Some Restaurants nearby and the lovely Austrian Schreber Gardens to walk about.
• Nadia (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Bilocale molto funzionale, cucina spaziosa e superaccessoriata, soggiorno con tavolo dove si mangia tranquillamente in 6 persone, ampio divano letto e schermo tv molto grande. Camera da letto molto ampia con letto matrimoniale over size, bagno con grande vasca/doccia, molto spazioso e corredato di lavatrice. Appartamento molto molto pulito e veramente carino, allocato in una zona molto tranquilla in posizione strategica, a 10 minuti di pullman da Schönbrunn e a 4 fermate di metropolitana da Hofburg. Sicuramente straconsigliato!!! Forse l'unico difetto, se così si può chiamare, è che l'appartamento è a piano terra, ma comunque è un piano terra alto che non permette alle persone che passano di guardare all'interno, e la zona è comunque molto tranquilla, quindi si dorme benissimo malgrado la vicinanza alla strada.
• Carola (8/5): Schöne grosse Wohnung für längere Aufenthalt - Schön grosses Apartment, gute Ausstattung und nett eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem, es hat Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und die Grundausstattung in der Küche. Die Lage ist nah bei verschiedenen U-Bahn- und Tramlinien. Sehr ruhig und vor allem bei der Sommerhitze schön kühl im Hochparterre. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe in der Box hat alles gut funktioniert. Es hatte etwas sauberer sein dürfen: Haare in Schubladen, Krümel auf dem Teppich im Bad, Geschirr und vor allem Besteck teilweise klebrig, in den Schubladen Krümel. Geht für mich nicht: alter Spülschwamm und verklebte Flasche mit Handwaschmittel… Da kann die Wohnung nichts dafür: die Gegend wirkt etwas zweifelhaft, Sex-Shop um die Ecke, teils verlotterte Geschäfte, etwas einsam. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber könnte eventuell für manche wichtig sein.
• Marina (9/5): TRANQUILLO E FUNZIONALE A POCHI PASSI DALLA METRO - Appartamento molto carino e funzionale, si trova tutto ciò che serve. Ottima posizione in condominio tranquillo, metro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Peccato il terzo piano senza ascensore!
• YULIYA (8/5): Комфортное расположение недалеко от Шенбрунна и Западного вокзала - Для поездки целенаправлено выбиралось расположение недалеко от Шенбрунна и Западного вокзала. Эти апартамены как раз для этих целей подошли. При этом легко было добраться до центра города на метро и до аэропорта. Хотя с хозяином лично не встречались, но порадовали подробные инструкции по заселению и другие рекомендации. Апартаменты были чистыми и подготовленными к нашему приезду. Единственное, показался странным гостевой кофе - я совсем не смогла его пить)))) И как пожелание - неплохо было бы для гостей, приезжающих на короткий срок, предусмотреть наличие шампуня и геля для душа.
• CHUNG YU (10/5): - 環境整理的非常好，很乾淨且有稍微的佈置，走路一下子就到地鐵站 樓梯有臭味與煙味，我有把窗戶打開通風，但每次都被關閉，好在房間沒有這個味道！
• Cătălin (8/5): Affordable and spacious accomodation, but we were unlucky. - Affordable price, big space, close to metro (5-6 mins to U3 line). Cleaning wasn't done that good. We had to clean the tables and some spaces on our own. The window from the bedroom didn't close properly and we heard noises from the street. Also, the gas central unit made some very weird noises. I think it needs to be checked. We also found trash in the room when we arrived, but this was probably just a small mistake, it happens.

Location is great, to the nearest supermarket just 3min walking distance, then subway 5-7 min depend your steps:). To the old town 10min by subway train. Im recomendation for all of them this flat!!! all are okay

• Helga (10/5): Exceptional place! - Very modern and clean apartment, the location was perfect for us, quiet, 40 min walk to town center (we like to walk and explore), but the tram station was right outside the apartment if needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Salam was very responsive and efficient throughout our stay. Really recommend it!

• Yvette (10/5): Great location, great amenities, efficient setup. Would stay again. - Loved the location and that the place had a washer. The setup of the apartment was great- loved the entrance with the bench and coat rack/hooks. The radiator kept the place toasty and worked well to dry clothes as well along with the heated rack in the bathroom. The separate toilet was convenient. The kitchen/ living room was cozy and perfect to relax in when we weren’t out in the city. The WiFi connection wasn’t great. A garbage receptacle in the bathroom is needed.

• Alona (9/5): Nice place in a quiet neighbourhood - The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not very close to the city center but 10 mins from metro station. It's in great condition, new and clean. Kitchen has everything you might need for cooking (including oil, salt, etc.) Bed was very comfy. These are rather minor, overall we've greatly enjoyed our stay. It'd be nice to have some spare towels and some instructions/means to sort the garbage (since Austria requires you to do it).
• Alan (7/5): A fine apartment on the outskirts - Lots of room. Separate WC and shower rooms minimize conflicts. Kitchen is big enough to prepare meals. Washing machine work well. Supermarket is close-by. Windows could all open for good cross ventilation. The apartment is far from most tourist sites with only a few restaurants in the area. It's easy to reach by tram or u-bahn but that takes time. Hallway window could use a blind to reduce the common stairwell automatic light.

• Kazsoki (8/5): Vienna calling - Freshly renovated apartment, with supportive owner. Equipments are well thought through, you have everything you need in the kitchen, washing machine, etc. An air conditioner would be quite nice to have, but to be fair to mention, I haven't seen any in the neighborhood installed, so could be not permitted... A bit too much fragrances, but if course it is a matter of my personal taste...

• Konrad (9/5): Superb - It's a very nice apartment close to the center of Vienna. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom. Good WiFi, but the password could be written somewhere else than just on the router. Temperature. It wasn't cold in the winter, but 1 or 2 degrees higher would have been perfect.

• Oxana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, all you need for stay even with kids and if you cook yourself. The apartment has all needed dishes, wash machine, microwave and even coffee machine. The heating was set to 10 degree when we arrived at night and it took some time to find thermostat and wait till temperature becomes comfortable for me and kids.
