It's such a great apartment but the noise from outside all through the night was so loud! You can hear everything from the street, and unfortunately we had drunk people walking outside until 4am
• Unai (5/5): No he podido descansar nada - La ubicación. La cocina muyy oscura, sin luz en el techo o paredes, solamente un punto de luz en la puerta de la entrada del piso. Ventana sin aislamiento entra mucho frio e se escucha todos los que pasan por la calle y lo peor es el vecino de abajo que es un local de zumos y preocupados natural que ponen la música alta todo el día hasta la noche sobre las 22:00, un horror. Deberían cambiar las almohadas, están con manchadas de viejas y sucias y llenas de ácaros. No he usado, tuve que comprar hasta sabanas nuevas porque todo me picaba, estaba todo llenos de ácaros y polvo. También tuve que comprar hadta productos de limpieza con lejía para el baño. Deberían limpiar mejor, estaba lleno de polvo por el suelo

Nem volt ilyen. Talán annyi hogy mi a Ducato apartmant vettük ki, ahol nem igazán volt természetes fény, de ez már nagyon részlet.

• Mopped82 (5/5): Großes, zentrales Apartment, aber leider ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage. Großes Minus im Sommer - Das Apartment war sehr groß und hat viel Platz geboten. Zudem hat es 2 Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig, oder wird von der Vermieterin gedrosselt. Die Temperatur pendelt sich immer bei 26 Grad ein und somit hat das sehr wenig mit einer Klimaanlage zu tun. Es wurde dann am Ende einfach keine Stellung mehr genommen und die Beschwerde wurde ignoriert.

• Bilgi (6/5): They need to change key collection process - the room itself was very good, clean, internet worked well - also thanks for 2 small bottles of water, it was really helpful as I came late. Collecting the key part was awful! You have to go another hotel (yes it is written in the ads) and walk 20 mins (one way) with your luggage across narrow streets in Venice and it is so crowded as expected and that makes it more difficult! If collecting the key was easy (ideally somewhere in the apartment) I would easily give it a 9! Lastly you should pin the location on google maps to find the actual building easier.

• Alan (8/5): Clean Compact and Central Apartment - Very well located apartment. Compact but clean, well presented and comfortable. It had all we needed apart from perhaps somewhere comfortable to sit. Unfortunately it took a very long time to check in at the hotel over in San Polo and then we were given the wrong key code and couldn't initially get in although fortunately a friendly and helpful chap at the property appeared before utter exhaustion set in and sorted it out. Overall though very well recommended.
• Irina (9/5): Superb - Very good apartments. But I was met by a woman who didn’t know the Internet password, how to use the stove in the kitchen, and didn’t tell me the code to enter the house. And she left. Change the woman.
• Linh (2/5): Horrible stay and deceptive listing with unaccommodating hosts. Save your time and money for a place that cares about yo - The property is close to San Marco square and a decent walk to other central locations. Deceptive and disappointing stay. There is no AC as they turned it off for the entire building, contrary to their listing saying they have both heating and AC. Our room was extremely hot during the night, and when I asked initially why our AC didn’t work they just stated “AC is off now”. You can’t open the windows without multiple mosquitoes flying in. We booked this stay specifically because they stated they have AC on their listing, when I asked them if they could turn it on they ignored my request. When I pushed further, they just stated they are “preparing for winter”. Lastly, their toilet seats are loose and barely hanging on. For this price point I highly recommend you book with a host that cares about your comfort instead of Residenza Manin.

• Angela (10/5): Exceptional - The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect - location could not be better to explore and enjoy Venice, the apartment is renovated, big & very comfortable, perfect climatization, available storage for bags. Despite the ultra-central location, it overlooks an inner courtyard and a small steet and is very quiet. Absolutely good value for money if I compare with the other old apartments and hotels in this area. You can easily walk to San Marco, Rialto bridge, and the vaporetto connection to Murano Island. Also, just a few steps away are many restaurants a bit outside the tourist traps of Venice center. I highly recommend Rosa Rossa restaurant just a few steps away and a gondola ride from Rialto bridge through the small canals, probably the most iconic ride of all possible options in Venice.
