The location is great, everything you need is close by and easy to reach. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe that made it easy to relax. Overall, it just felt like a welcoming place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

• Robin (8/5): Lovely location and quiet apartment - Superb location, the host was great in getting in touch both before our trip and on our arrival day. All their instructions were very clear. It was a nice size and lovely and quiet being set back from the “road” everyone walks along. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals.
• Aurelija (10/5): Exceptional - A truly wonderful place! The location is perfect — everything in the center is within easy walking distance. The inner courtyard is absolutely beautiful and provides complete shelter from the noise, tourists, and the busy life of Venice. Nearby, we found lovely bakeries, bars, and delicious restaurants, yet the area felt very safe and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance between having everything at your fingertips and being able to retreat to a calm, quiet spot. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Spacious and well set up with facilities, including kitchen equipment. Very easy check in. Close to lovely bars and restaurants. Infant cot was expensive as charged per evening which would put us off staying longer

• Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped, spacious, bright apartment. supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant are very close to the flat. Fair owner, excellent communication. The humidity and the musty smell of a few rooms are a bit inconvenient. But the flat is on the groundfloor, so it is expectable.
• Paola (10/5): Wonderful! Cozy! I would love the chance to come again. - The location was perfect! It was away from the tourists and made us feel like locals. Plus there were bakeries, grocery stores, and coffee bars very close by. The door is a bit sticky/tricky to get into and perhaps instructions on how to use the fold out bed.

• Efrat (8/5): A lovely, very comfortable unit. We loved it! - A clean, cozy and comfortable apartment in a quiet and peaceful area. Located in an inner courtyard separated from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to the center. Minimalistic interior design and full of charm, very comfortable rooms. Excellent kitchen, dining room and bathroom. 20 minutes walk from Realto bridge and San Marco's square. The host was great! We were very happy there. We did not find the small details we were used to get in other apartments: coffee, water, enough toilet paper to us all, even salt (we cooked in the apartment and it was very comfortable). There is a coop supermarket 3 minutes walk away, so that's fine, just be sure to be prepared in advance. Don't count on the pull-out bed for 2 people. Too small. So the apartment is not really suitable for 6 grown-ups. Maybe for 4 adults and a child.

• Kristina (10/5): Amazing location and generous appartment - Spacious apartment in a great location! Comfortable beds and quiet setting with amazing restaurants just meters away. Great local food! The front door was only be able to managed by the man, myself and children unable to open it.

• זיו (2/5): Way over ranked, avoid if possible - Location and size. No idea how this place got ranked over 5, this puts the entire ranking system suspicious in my eyes. 1. We ordered and paid for accomodation for 5, and actually recieved only 4 beds sets, and 4 towells. When indicating this to the host he sent me to "search in the gardrobe" for additional linen. No additional towell was provided. 2. City tax: Children under 10 are exempt, but the host demanded I pay for the young child aswell. 3. Ants every where. 4. The sope was subpar, unusable, if you must book this place - bring your own. 5. Shower broken, unmaintained, low water pressure - bearly usable.

• Piet (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice appartement in a cosy part of Venice. Communication with host was very good. and instructions for entering the appartment were clear. This is a nice part of Venice with a lot of activity
• G. (10/5): A perfect place to stay with friends and family. Near the main train station. - It's a really nice home not far from the main station. Clean, cute and with a nice garden. We enjoyed our stay there. Nothing to mention.
• Rosie (9/5): Lovely stay in a quieter part of Venice. - It was spacious and very well equipped. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the plants outside were beautiful. It was in a great part of Venice, a lot quieter than the main tourist areas which is definitely needed even in April! lots of lovely bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Just a very small minor issue but there were no coffee filters for the coffee machine so we couldn’t make coffee in the mornings. For those who don’t drink it’s not a problem, but if you do you might struggle to get your caffeine fix!

• Karla (6/5): Local atmosphere - Apartment location is good, has security gate, easy check in by phone. Guests have to be quiet, you can’t sit outside. Only one restroom, plumbing need updating. Lots of house rules. Trash protocols are enforced. Electricity use is monitor. High-priced.
• Barbara (9/5): Autumn in Venice - The flat is very attractive and comfortable and is in a great neighborhood. Very convenient for shopping with lots of cafes and restaurants . Also near public transport. We spent a very pleasant week there
