Nie mam do czego się przyczepić a wręcz przeciwnie jestem bardzo zadowolona! Bardzo szybki i sprawny kontakt oraz pomoc od pani właścicielki, która w ekspresowym tempie odpowiadała na wiadomości a przed przyjazdem przekazała dokładnie wszystkie istotne informacje odnośnie zameldowania oraz okolicy. • Gerald (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen Venedigs mit liebevoller Betreuung - Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft „CA'SERENISSIMA“ war einfach hervorragend! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt und somit der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Venedig in all seinen Facetten zu entdecken. Gleichzeitig ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere das Vaporetto, ausgezeichnet und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Erkundung der gesamten Lagunenstadt. Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns begeistert: sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. ❤️ Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt der Gastgeberin Corinne, die sich als außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit, herzlich und aufmerksam erwiesen hat. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit wertvollen Tipps und ihrer freundlichen Art nochmals bereichert. • Vicky (9/5): Amazing location at the heart of Venice - You could not find a better location that this for exploring Venice. Literally two minutes from St Mark's square and within easy walking distance to anything you might want to visit. The flat has two spacious rooms and is very warm and cosy on cold days. It had a kitchen stocked with some essentials including good coffee. Great value for money, and a friendly and very responsive host. Overall, a great experience. There were only two less positive points for me: the flat is in a small courtyard, so it's normally very quiet, which is great. However, in the week, there are porters from a nearby hotel going in and out of their storage facility which is that same courtyard quite early in the morning, and that can be quite loud if you're a light sleeper. That being said, they didn't seem to do it in the week, and perhaps that was exceptional while we were there; I can't say for sure if it happens every day of every week. Also, I slept on one of the single beds and the mattress was not great - I'm sure it's absolutely fine for a kid but my back did not appreciate it. I think the mattress on the double bed was ok though.

From the very beginning, Corine proved to be an exceptional host — incredibly kind, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Communication with her was smooth and effortless, which made everything very easy for us. The apartment is splendidly located: very close to St. Mark’s Square and within easy walking distance of the vaporetto stops, including the lines that connect directly to the airport. This made getting around Venice extremely convenient. It is truly in a perfect area to enjoy the city while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. You can clearly see the care and dedication Corine puts into hosting. Everything during our stay worked perfectly and we felt very well looked after the whole time. We highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Venice. If we return to Venice, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you very much, Corine, for your kindness and for making our stay so special.

San Marco Square is a 5-minute walk away. Complete security, comfort and silence. The two-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for any length of time.

• Ovis (10/5): Wery happy with our choice of flat and adventure ! - Very nice and warm apartment where there is everything you need to feel at cozy home, and very cleverly organised keys, passwords, etc. We were able to check in early straight when we arrived . Location is couldn’t be better ! All perfect!

Nombreuses fonctionnalités et de l'espace, pour une famille c'est parfait ! Corinne est une hôte très attentionnée, toujours soucieuse de notre bien-être durant le séjour :) Merci !! Un peu de bruit tôt le matin dans les rues, dû aux livreurs je suppose, qui peut être gênant si on a un sommeil léger. Mais c'est peut-être le cas dans toute la ville et le reste du logement compense largement ce petit point négatif !

The owner, Corinne, was very responsive and offered great suggestions for shopping and gondola rides. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Venice. We had no complaints

Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The host was very kind to help us get transfers to the station when there was a strike the morning we needed to check out. If not we might be stuck. • Serena (7/5): Buono ma migliorabile - La posizione è buona a pochi min a piedi da San Marco (ma a Venezia c'è molto altro da visitare!) e dall'imbarco vaporetti, i supermercati distano 500-700mt (non un problema se si è giovani ma oltre una certa età potrebbe). I ristoranti della zona sono estremamente turistici. L'host era sempre presente e molto premurosa, preoccupandosi anche della temperatura in casa. L'appartamento era fornito di prodotti base per la cucina come sale, caffè, detersivo piatti ma non per lavastoviglie nonostante sia presente e funzionante. L'appartamento è ampio, i letti comodi. Se si hanno bambini è decisamente una soluzione efficace, ad un prezzo onesto in una zona estremamente turistica e con una proprietaria sempre attenta alle esigenze. Se ci si muove molto con i vaporetti la posizione è perfetta, ma se si vuole andare prevalentemente a piedi, meglio altre zone. L'appartamento meriterebbe qualche lavoro di manutenzione e la pulizia è decisamente da migliorare. C'erano piatti e bicchieri riposti sporchi. In bagno c'era un asciugamano e una saponetta usati. La doccia piccola, con muffa, con il tubo del soffione rotto. La calderina non funzionava e per utilizzare l'acqua calda andava resettata ogni volta. C'erano lenzuola strappate. La cappa della cucina era inutilizzabile e sporca. Inoltre l'appartamento si trova sopra il deposito della spazzatura e dalla mattina presto e fino a mezzanotte si sentono passare i carrelli degli addetti ai rifiuti.

There were four of us, and we felt very comfortable with plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication to find the place was really bad, a map would have been a good idea. 2. Amenities was unbelievably outdated. 3. Water heater keeps on tripping out, had to reset myself, easy 6x for 3 nights stay. 4. Utensils are filthy, i had to wash it before we could use them. 5. Bread toaster is missing the eject pieces inside (i mean these aren't expensive, c'mon!, had to use a pan on stove to toast our breads). 6. Aircon drain is inside living room and dripping into a bucket that you need to empty twice a day, lol! 7. Rubbish not being collected. 8. Toilets could have lotions, shampoos, body wash, etc. 9. If you're no capable of lifting heavy luggages, the place is not for you as they don't have elevators. 10. Owner keeps on asking me to pay city tax in cash, i said NO. fishy! 11. Owner offered a water taxi back to Sta.Lucia Treni for €160fee cash, I found one for €70... whatta crook! 12. Don't really like giving reviews but i feel obliged to inform future users, i can imagine how frustrating this could get for older people or single moms with family tourists.

Apartment had everything we needed with comfortable beds, ample space, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher & washing machine. The WiFi & AC worked well. Corinne was super helpful & gave us suggestions on where to eat. All good.

• Kristin (1/5): Please consider other places- there are so many great, safe and comfortable options in beautiful Venice! - We checked out after the first night because of comfort and safety concerns. If safety and comfort is important to you, please consider other options. The corridor and courtyard to the apartment is dark and feels unsafe ( notice there are no pictures of the outside). Various men from the next door restaurant just hang out outside the outer door thus my daughter and I did not feel safe. The air conditioning does not work….the owner sends you information after you check in about how inefficient it is and if you run very long, it freezes up and does not work….the apartment was very hot with no air flow We booked and paid for 4 nights and checked out after the first night due to safety and comfort concerns. The beds are very hard, flat pillows, sheets are scratchy and the shower is so small you can barely turn around ( think cruise ship but smaller). The shower head was also broken. In addition, the front load washing machine left our clothes smelling like mildew. The owner was so nice and understanding in the beginning, offering to refund my remaining nights if I would not leave a bad review. I’ve attached our text conversation. I was actually willing to do that, however she then stopped responding so I made a claim with booking.com. I rarely ever write reviews and have had so many great experiences with VRBOs but please consider other options so you don’t end up like us…paying for 2 places in Venice on your already costly vacation.

• Marco (10/5): excellent short trip in Venice - the location ist absolutely great, close to Piazza San Marco not far from the shuttle stations. the appartment was big enough for 4 people and all clean and great. The instrction from Corinne helped us a lot. we don't have any neagative point
• Dan (9/5): Two night stay in Venice…this apartment is tucked away in the back streets off Calle Larga XX Marzo, behind Saint Lauren - Close to Piazza San Marco. Two rooms with plenty of space. Full kitchen. Attentive host, although you don’t see them. The A/C is sub par with the requirement to empty condensate bucket. This is apparently due to it being a historic building and no option for installation of a modern heat pump. Utensils; the knives are all completely dull.

Corinne has provided a lot of useful things in the apartment and apartment in itself is very well organized, designed and maintained. Would definitely recommend this place. The Wi-Fi was very slow

The apartment was very clean and she even provided mosquito spray for us to spray to prevent us from being bitten as it was peak summer. The owner, Corinne, was extremely thorough with us, giving us personalised recommendations of what to do and how to navigate the water taxi services from the train station and to the airport. The added luggage storage after checkout is also convenient as we needed to leave our luggage as we only left venice in the evening. Overall a very nice stay and would definitely rebook this when coming to Venice again.

• Wai (10/5): Very convenient location to explore Venice and surrounding islands - Superb location to explore key attractions in Venice. And it was easy to hop into the vaperetto from the train station to the apartment - we just needed to walk about 5minutes to the apartment after getting off the water bus. Note that google map will show you a faster way but much longer walking distance - may not be something you want to do with large suitcases and cobblestone streets :). The host was very helpful in providing directions to get to the apartment, places to eat, gelato, supermarkets. She was also very responsive to our request to increase heating in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed - washer, kitchen, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cups, cutlery, etc. and comfortable sofa, chairs, dining table we actually spent some time relaxing in it after exploring and getting lost in Venice. It was also decorated to really 'feel like home' - modern lighting, colourful bedcovers, little pots of flowers and wall paintings, etc. It was also very easy to explore Venice from the apartment - St Mark's is really just 5 minutes walk away and the water bus stop to explore Burano/Murano is also about 10 minutes walk away. Do note that there is no lift in the building and our room was on the second floor. The shower stall is also quite tight - no bigger than 3x3 feet. It IS an old building and we don't think the host can do very much about that. However, the location and comfort of the rest of the apartment makes up for all the minor inconvenience. We would book this apartment again if we ever go back to Venice.
• Christine (10/5): A lovely gem to find in an excellent location - Lots of space, much bigger than expected, well decorated, equipped and clean. A great place to stay in an excellent location. The owner very helpful and friendly even with the language barrier she made great effort by communicating in English and gave great clear instructions so everything went very smoothly. Amazing to be able to access the property in the morning after an early arrival so could leave bags and enjoy the day. Would return there again if in Venice. Nothing of concern, can't fault it.

The location is perfect with 5 minutes walk to Vaporetto. The room is clean and space. The host Corinne is very helpful and provided us a lot of useful information. If I had questions, Corinne responded me immediately. This is the third time I visited Venice and I felt it's the best apartment I've booked in Venice. None

For a short stay where you are mainly out and about it's ideal. Instructions say get the blue or red line ferry boat from the airport. The host provided great information and was available if needed. She responded in a timely manner. The shower is small.

In a quiet alley/courtyard wirh no view of anything.. but we were just there to sleep so not an issue.

Corinne was an amazing host, lots of communication throughout and helped us to book an airport transfer plus a gondola ride! The apartment has everything you need for a few nights stay. Next to a hotel and the staff do tend to take their breaks outside - this did wake us up a couple of times in the night. Otherwise it is very quiet!

• Ross (9/5): Superb - Great Location. The host provided all essential supplies for a few nights stay. (i e. toiletery, laundry detergent, coffee) Beautiful view in the garage drop off location 😀 The bathroom shower stall is relatively small. The mattress was not firm enough for me personally.
• Daniel (10/5): The perfect place to stay for a city break - Superb location, and really well arranged apartment. It really was just a few minutes’ walk from piazza San Marco, but despite this it was a quiet place to stay and big enough for the 4 of us. The apartment had all the facilities we needed for our time in Venice. And our host was very helpful and clear with communication.
• William (10/5): A beautiful property with an excellent location, with great service from the owner. - The property was in an excellent location, only a 5 min walk to all of the great attractions in St Marc’s square. Also only a short walk from the water bus station that was very easy to use. We took a day trip to Lido beach and it was only a 20 min ride from this station. The property was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The laundry machine came in very handy as we were travelling with minimal clothes, so having a chance to wash our attire was a nice bonus. A cold glass bottle of water in the fridge that we could refill was also a nice and unexpected perk. The property owner was always in touch with very helpful advise. It was a beautiful place and we very much enjoyed our stay! Taking the water bus can sometimes be crowded, but that is hard to avoid in such a busy tourist location.

• Yonalis (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect. Apartment clean and comfortable. Great host with constant communication. 10/10 A/C bucket must be drained constantly. Other than that everything was perfect.
• Victoria (10/5): Amazing place for staying in Venice. - Very convenient location (not far from the vaporetto and San Marco square.) Self check in (the detailed instructions how to get to the apartments were sent by the owner). Clean and very comfortable apartment. The owner‘s hospitality is on the highest level! Thanks so much. Early in the morning it can be loud outside, if you sleep with the opened window.
• Richards (8/5): Very good - Location was outstanding, staff very helpful and accommodating. So close to everything made the stay so brilliant. No oven, but other that, great facilities in the centre of town!

• Waldyr (6/5): Great location, but do not expect much more. - It has a real great location. 3 min walk to the nearest vaporetto (Giglio) and 3 steps from a very charming street with shops and restaurants. The host was very kind and was always available, trying to help with any doubt. Internet connection at light speed. Moka machines to make your Italian coffee. Hot water available at all times, but no head shower. The apartment was smelling like wet carpet. Took me a while to figure it out. The drain of the only air conditioner (which is in the living room) goes into a bucket that you are supposed to empty from time to time. But if you go to bed around 10pm and wake up around 8am you will be in trouble. The bucket cannot hold more than 6-7hours of drained water. Probably the prior guests let it overflow by accident wetting the rug nearby. It means I went to bed at midnight and woke up at 6am to empty an almost completely full bucket. The air conditioner also stopped working twice and I had to unplug it to restart (due to draining problem). The TV is not smart, so no Youtube or Netflix. If you are traveling with kids it might be a problem. The bathroom is very little and the flush did not work very well, leaking water into the toilet. The dishes and glasses were kind of dirty and I had to wash it all before using them. Probably because the dishwasher is quite old and does not do a good job. If you are young and traveling light, you will not bother climbing the stairs to the second floor. But since we had a lot of luggage, it was troublesome to bring all the suitcases up and down.
