• Christine (10/5): - L'appartement est très très bien placé. Impossible de faire mieux à part être carrément sur la place San Marco. Les vaporetto sont à 3 min à pieds, Idem pour les magasins et principales attractions. Il est grand, spacieux, bien équipé (cuisine où l'on peut réellement cuisiner avec une piano, un micro-onde, lave vaisselle, grand frigo, la tv connectée netflix et une machine à laver, de grands placards). Il y fait chaud pour ce mois de février, c'est appréciable après une journée de balade. Honnêtement, il est parfait !! On y est à l'aise à 4 !!

• liezel (10/5): Perfect value, great location, comfortable stay, wonderful Host! Seamless check in! - Venice is a very exspensive city to stay. This apartment was very good value . It was very spacious, excellent location. All appliances was new. Everything was very clean. Enough towels where provided for duration of stay. Tons of hot water for shower for a family of 4. Very attentive host. It did not matter to us but the decor is a bit dated. But this appartment is such good value and everything else espesially the location and comfort of the apartment was so good thatvthisbdid not bother us at all.

• Tan (10/5): Well-equipped and warm home at perfect location - The location was really good - close to a water bus station and within walking distance to St. Mark’s Basilica. Appreciate the early check in and a friendly staff received us when we reached, bringing us through the various equipment in the house. The property was also very spacious. But above all, the greatest thing about the property was the strong heater system, which kept us warm as temperatures dropped. Price to quality ratio is high :) Two steep flights of stairs up and water pressure of the shower can be stronger.
• Ingrid (9/5): Superb - Excellent value for money for Venice. Very clean. Close to San Marco but in quieter / tucked away area. On second floor (about 30 steps up, no lift) so good light in rooms. kitchen generally well equipped, except no basic condiments or tea towels. No capacity to leave luggage earlier than check in time, but nearby Isola hotel is a bounce luggage storage agent. Twin beds are squeaky and bit uncomfortable.

• Roslyn (5/5): They need to improve their property and emphasis the steepness of the 40 steps. - They met us a ferry terminal and took us up into the apartment. I was aware there were stairs but they were extremely steep and very difficult to take suitcases up and down. The aircon only in two bedrooms and we had to have them going all the time. No aircon in lounge room and not enough seating in the lounge room for four people. The kitchen was extremely hot as well because of the lack of air conditioning. The mattresses on all beds were made out of foam with no covering on them which is not hygienic.

The location of the apartment is incredible, just a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. Apartment was a great size, nicely finished, with everything you might need. Our young family had an amazing time during our stay thank you so much! :) Nothing!
• Melissa (8/5): Very good - It had everything you need, the host was great came to get me and took my bag up 4 flights of stairs. Great location. Loved the coffee machine and Netflix Floors a lil dirty. Bedspreads a bit old. And a bit of outside noise early.

Our host met us at the ferry and walked us to the apartment and went over everything we needed to know. He was very professional and responsive. Overall a wonderful stay.
• Eleni (9/5): Great place to stay in the heart of Venice overlooking a canal - It was a lovely apartment in the heart of Venice very close to the square and really near to where the water bus dropped us off . It was a super location . The lady that greeted us was so lovely and gave us lots of information and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco and some biscuits which was a nice touch . The only small downfall was the shower was not powerful and the coffee machine didn’t work but to be honest this was nothing at all as we loved the appartment it was basic but very clean and had everything we needed .

• 000 (8/5): Great 2-BR close to the main attractions - Super close to San Marco and the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop but not mobbed with tourists. Really close to a lot of attractions, activities and restaurants. Seemingly the rare Venetian rental that’s not a dingy, run down dump. The only suggestions would be to perhaps offer more shelves to store toiletries in the bathroom and instruction on using the washer.

• Maria (9/5): Great stay near central canal - Great location, calm, super clean, spacey, easy to find with good instructions from friendly owner. It was nice to step out and see the gondolas right in front of you in the canal. Bedroom curtains were light or not there (terrace door). Toilet did not flush efficiently all the time, should be checked.
• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - Great location on a quiet alley just a couple of minutes from San Zaccaria, where the vaporetto will take you from the airport. Our host, Giovanni, was waiting for us at San Zaccaria when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pics with all the amenities you need. Good central heating which kept the apartment warm at all times. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. The water pressure in the shower was not that strong. Rather early check-out (10:30)

• Suzan (10/5): Exceptional - Second floor apartment looked exactly as pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and very modern and beds were comfortable. Loved having washing machine in apartment. Host was always very good with communication and was nice in meeting us at San Zaccaria/San Marco water bus stop. Property was 3 minutes from water bus station and 5 minutes to San Marco and doges palace and 15 minutes or less to Rialto bridge and other attraction. There are lots of restaurants within short walking distance. I would stay stay there again on next visit.

• Donal (9/5): Giovanni greets you at the vaporetto stage - The welcome from Giovanni was so nice and informative. He even had a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The location can't be beaten. It's between the vaporetto stops for San Marco and San Zaccaria. The decorations like the Klimpt wall hanging were very tasteful. The bedrooms were light, airy with high ceilings overlooking a small courtyard. The price was high. But it's August and it's Venice so I suppose one must expect this.

• Emily (10/5): wonderful centrally located apartment in Venezia. the owners welcome gift and breakfast starter kit were greatly appreci - It was a clean apartment in a great location. I didn’t like the 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. The apartment is worth the stair climb.
• Maura (9/5): We are very happy to have been able to stay at this lovely apartment. - this is a spotless apartment. it is airy and pleasant. It is extremely well located. Our host met us at the Water Bus and gave us a thorough tour. Note, there is a business that stores its equipment and supplies in the building across the road. They access it in the day and evening and return these things at night. This should not be a problem. But, it was. There was so much shouting and hanging around. Just be advised, with the windows opened it is a factor. Venice is a very dense city. This can be expected. There are quieter, less central locations.

• Phong (10/5): Exceptional - Located at centre, near boat stop, have all we need. Apartment is perfect, with free italian sparkling wine & cookies. Owner is very kind. I'm asked to sign an agreement in Italian. Despite it has been explained, but I still have some worry about it.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Perfect family accommodation near St. Mark's Square. - Everything about this apartment was ideal. The location is only 4 minutes from St. Mark's Square and situated in between a quiet street and a canal with gondolas parked overnight. The two bedrooms gave everyone privacy and an ultra comfortable sleep. I was a little worried there was no dryer with the washing machine, but the heater in the bathroom and drying rack made it so easy to dry clothes in just a few hours. The hosts were so kind to gift us cookies and Prosecco upon check in along with a map and recommendations for great places to see and to eat. We'd love to stay here again! The only downside to staying in this apartment style accommodation was the lack of a lobby to drop bags ahead of check in. Fortunately we arrived right at the check in time, but had we arrived in the morning, we'd have had to walk around with our bags.
