• Ana Carolina (8/5): Ótima localização e instalações - Cama muito boa, localização excelente. Máquina de lavar traz um conforto extra. Muito confortável! Ao fechar as janelas não tivemos problema com o barulho da rua. O ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto, e fez muito calor na cidade na nossa estadia.

• Ita K. (7/5): Apartment near Rialto bridge but overly noisy - The location was very close to the Rialto bridge. Well maintained apartment with large dining table, which was great for family breakfast. Dishwasher helped a lot. The location, unfortunately, was the major issue for us as it was almost impossible to get a good night sleep. We spent there 3 nights (Tuesday-Friday) in late October and all of the nights had somebody shouting and hanging out right below our windows. It seemed that right after the restaurants/bars closed (i.e. between midnight and 2AM) people went outside to have fun and woke us up. Afterwards, starting 4-4:30 AM, the noise was unbearable again from suitcases rattling on the street pavement as leaving/arriving tourists went along the way, usually talking/shouting to each other. Three nights of all this, waking up more than 5 times a night was exhausting. To sum up, I would rather stay somewhere away from the center. Our second issue was mosquitoes. The apartment was full of them. As we stayed 3 nights, we killed way over 30 mosquitoes and still every morning woke up with new bites.
• Malliaros (4/5): Hidden Cost/fees relating to "Late Check-In" is Extortion - Horrid experience with Ca Perdon Apartments, the Apartment management had hidden costs for "late check-in", which is not disclosed at the time of this 'non-refundable' booking and tantamount to extortion. The website says check-in is after 4pm, however in the fine print, they deliberately and intentionally omit the extraordinary costs they claim goes to the "greeter" fees (the person that gives the consumer the apartment keys). The greeter, however, was amazing and no fault on his part, he in fact worked at a restaurant downstairs from the apartment. So there was no travelling costs that he had to incur for meeting us when we arrived. The managers of the apartments would not return messages, were evasive and deliberately difficult, regarding the exact cost relating to the late check-in costs. Making it difficult for us to financially plan our trip. We knew the time of our arrival in Venice, our plane arrived at 23:15, but since the "late check-in" costs were not disclosed at the time of the booking, we were stunned and shocked at the 30euros after 19:00 check-in, 100euros from after midnight (and escalating with every half an hour) stated costs that was detailed in the confirmation email, however, the word "LATE CHECK-IN FEES" is never disclosed in the Terms and conditions at the time of the booking. The Apartment management were not helpful and in fact told us that Booking.Com's policy is not to make full disclosure of all costs to consumers. We had to contact Booking.Com to assist which was no great help since they themselves were saying they cannot reach the management of the Apartments and confirmed the hidden costs. The experience was daunting and troubling because the management were not corresponding regarding the capping of the "late Check-in costs". The so called "late check-in" fees is extortion and should be published upfront like other apartments do. The lack of cooperation and assistance from the management of the apartments, the evasive behaviour, the misleading and intentional hiding of costs. The fact that Booking.Com condones this nondisclosure of hidden cost. Booking.Com condones the misleading and omission of words such such "Late Check-In Costs", which should be specially stated in the information at the time the consumer is booking the apartments
• Jolanta (10/5): - Kontakt i pomoc we wszystkich sprawach na wysokim poziomie. Z dojazdem z lotniska prowadzą za rękę. Obiekt położony we wspaniałym miejscu. Wszędzie blisko, choć ja niektóre udogodnienia odkryłam za późno. Na pobliskim placu wspaniałą restauracja z przepysznym jedzeniem.

• christine (8/5): Notre séjour était très agréable et Venise est une ville magnifique.... - L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour visiter la ville et surtout les principaux monuments de la place Saint-Marc. la cuisine aurait besoin d'un micro-onde, cela serait plus pratique... Pour le salon, il faudrait mieux une table plus petite et rajouter un canapé pour plus de convivialité.

• Enrique (6/5): Decepción - Ubicación. El propietario no tuvo ninguna atención con nosotros. Hubiese sido muy conveniente una ayuda con indicaciones de cómo llegar al departamento en vaporeto. Sufrimos mucho trabajo para llegar. Nixon el asistente, muy atento y servicial. Con indicaciones concretas para tomar el tren de regreso. Las escaleras están muy peligrosas. Muy inclinadas y de baja altura.

The location is right by a Piazza and just a few minutes, walk to the main bridge. The owner was very communicative and helped us book a transport directly from the airport to the villa. The check-in was really easy and everything was perfect. It was perfect

• Tamara (10/5): Great location for a group travelers - The location of the priperty! The spaciousness. Grocery right in front, vaporetto 1 min away. Clean and safe! The landlord is very responsive and friendly. We couldn’t be more pleased. We love this apartment! The stairs can be tricky to carry up and down the luggage but this is not very an issue. Only thing I didn’t like the pillow for sleep. Too stiff and my neck hurt but I’m pretty sure if I said so it would be fixed.

• Andrea (7/5): Great location and great value. - Spacious and we were able to self-cater. Washing machine was good, shower good. Close to Supermarket. A little noise from people passing the lane but otherwise quiet. Air conditioning in all rooms was good. Mattress/bed in BR1 not very comfortable.

• Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - We love everything about the apartment. Great area, the rooms are good size. Main bedroom is just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed. We came in July and the temperature outside was just killing us, but the air-conditioning was working just perfect in the apartment, thank you very much 😊 We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Everything just great 👍
• David (9/5): Excellent location, quiet area but very close to main attractions, good shops and restuarants. - Met by key holder at nearby square and guided to apartment. Full description of managing apartment given. Helpful advice all round. Comfortable apartment, full aircon, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, etc. On 1st floor (like all of Venice since floods). Felt secure and rarely noisy. A sofa might have been nice to rest on if space could be found
• D.k. (6/5): Great location for exploring Venice - This location was very central and close to everything we wanted to see. Venice is very walkable although you can be walking up and down and over bridges all day long. Prior to our arrival, they responded with questions about the train and station. Erik met us at the apartment to show us around and was very responsive when I needed to message him. They had some essentials (ie: oil, vinegar, bialetti). Grocery store was very close. If stairs are difficult, this is a steep staircase ~1.5 flights up with a very low ceiling. Although the apartment was okay, it lacked cleanliness, shower was moldy and overall, it could use a good clean (ie: walls & bug guts). There was a strong moldy smell when you first entered the building but my understanding is that this is normal for Venice. We (4 adults) were provided 2 small toilet rolls & when I asked for more, I was told that I would have to purchase more. This was annoying considering this should be a basic item (the ones I bought from the store were twice the size of the rolls provided & thicker). A tea cup broke when we added hot water on day 1 and it would be nice to have a complete set of dishes (ie: 4 wine glasses, 4 tea cups, 4 espresso cups, etc).
• Diane (7/5): Good - The location was very good. Directions that were sent were very good. Bed was comfortable and the place had plenty of room. Didn't have enough toilet paper and wouldn't provide more. It would have been nice to have toiletries provided like shampoo and soap. It was noisy outside at night. The place had mosquitoes, we didn't open the windows but they kept appearing. We had many mosquito bites. Apartment was darker than it appeared in the photos.
