- Sara (1/5): horrible stay. no water - Before going to the place, I was not informed by the manager that there is no drop of water here to use or drink. I also told Mr. Ali that I am coming with my 2 year old daughter but as if they don’t care or have no feelings. I asked them to come and fix the problem so I can use the water but nobody cared or replied. It horrible for me and the floors were dirty that you can’t walk without shoes on.

No water accessable the whole time we have stayed ,at 4 pm we have checked in and found the shower and taps has no water in them ,we contacted the host but he couldn't solve this issue ,so we couldn't have shower or wash hands or brush teeth Or make coffee at all . Toilet is outside the apartment ,shower cabin in kitchen ,they don't mentioned when booking .

- Виктория (3/5): Poor - Big bed and white towels. Location is okay.(3,5 km from center). Water flows from under the shower when you take a shower. It’s very dirty in a shower. Toilet locates separately. no kettle, no hair dryer and wardrobe
