• Ömer Erdem (10/5): Temiz, sessiz ve konforlu - Şehir merkezinin tam ortasındaydı. Her yere 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Son derece temiz bir daire idi. Daire büyük ve konforlu idi. Eşyalarımızla sıkışmak zorunda kalmadık. Her şey için geniş geniş yer vardı. Aile olarak geldik ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Daire özellikle çok sessiz bir mahaldeydi. Cityswap ekibi her mesajıma anında cevap verdi ve çok yardımcı oldular. Bir daha Viyana'ya gelirsem kesinlikle yine burada kalırım.

• vl_vul (10/5): Great location and authentic place - The location is perfect, so authentic, you can feel Vienna, great building and shared spaces, ground floor, green shared yard. Good for two people with 1 or max 2 little kids. Would be small for 4 adults. Small kitchen with good equipment. 2 metro stops, orange and red line, 5-7 min walking each. Easy self check in, responsive host. If you need to check in or leave luggage earlier it might be possible but you need to pay extra. Several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would recommend it to friends or rent it again myself. One room only (plus small dressing area and good sized bathroom). Sofa could be better positioned, dining table is actually a desk. If a mop was available it would help us clean the floor ourselves as room cleaning is not included. It would be great if we could leave at least our luggage for free earlier than 3pm, but not many places offer this anyways.

• Francesco (7/5): Centrale ma con tante cose che non vanno - Struttura centrale da cui si può raggiungere tutto a piedi o con poche fermate di metro. Non è un vero appartamento ma un locale commerciale seminterrato senza finestre e possibilità di riciclo d’aria. I finestroni che si vedono in foto sono sigillati e fronte strada. I riscaldamenti sono molto forti ma non si possono far arieggiare gli ambienti, stesso discorso vale per gli odori della cucina. Abbiamo avuto per due giorni invasione di formiche.

• Panagiota (8/5): Υπέροχα! - Η τοποθεσία του ακινήτου είναι εξαιρετική. Το κατάλλυμα είναι στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου. Βγαίνεις και απευθείας περπατάς στους γραφικούς δρόμους της Βιέννης, δίπλα από την βασιλική του Αγίου Στεφάνου. Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο και καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό. Επειδή μείναμε 6 βράδια και φυσικά το διαμέρισμα δεν καθαρίστηκε όσο μέναμε ίσως θα έπρεπε να είχαμε ένα δεύτερο ζευγάρι καθαρές πετσέτες αλλά αυτό δεν μπορεί να κρίνει αρνητικά το διαμέρισμα και τις λοιπές παροχές.

• Kathleen Curtis (9/5): Terrific location for a simple apartment to meet all our needs in Vienna. - The location of this property was fabulous! We were easily able to walk anywhere in the old city center of Vienna and able to reach the subway stop and public transportation for outlying sites easily. The location on Judenplatz was an added bonus, a beautiful quiet square with a lovely beer pub a few steps away and a bakery/coffee shop right down the narrow cobblestone pedestrian street that connects with the plaza. Communication, accommodations and service were great. With the apartment being on the ground floor, I hadn't realized before our stay that the full length windows were clouded out for privacy. This was disappointing as there was no window that you could see through.

Sono rimasta inoltre perplessa perchè avevo chiesto di poter entrare o almeno lasciare le valigie all’una di pomeriggio invece delle tre e mi è stata richiesta una quota aggiuntiva di 30 euro, che ho pagato e che mi è sembrata eccessiva per la richiesta.

The apartment is clean, cosy, and equipped with all necessary facilities. The location is excellent—very close to Stephansplatz but situated in a quiet part of town, which we appreciated. Our arrival was significantly delayed until 3:00 AM due to flight cancellations and snowstorms. The management was professional and cooperative throughout; they stayed in communication and ensured our booking remained secure despite the late arrival. Walking into a well-heated apartment after a long, cold journey was a great start to our stay. Highly recommended for cosiness, location, and reliable service.

• GIUSY (9/5): Weekend a Vienna - Sfrutta che si trova vicinissima al centro, quindi si raggiunge Stephansdom a piedi in pochi minuti. Comodo anche posti poco più distanti perché facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Ascensore un pó piccolo se si ha un passeggino ma comodissimo per non portare le cose su a mano al secondo piano. Bagno ampio e comodo, doccia grande. Anche l’ingresso del palazzo molto pulito, c’era sempre personale che puliva tutto. Il materasso ci è sembrato un po’ scomodo.

Açıkçası beğenmediğim bir özelliği yok sadece pencereler açılmıyor onun yerine otel odası gibi klima koyuyorsunuz benim için bir sıkıntı olmadı ama bilmekte fayda var gitmeden.

We requested a late checkout, and they kindly agreed immediately, which we truly appreciated as we were traveling with a baby. Overall, it was a wonderful stay,the place felt warm, comfortable, and very much like home. We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Vienna.

Irytujące było, że pod wskazanym numerem telefonu nie można się porozumieć w języku niemieckim. Obsługa mówi wyłącznie po angielsku. To dziwne w kraju niemieckojęzycznym. 2. Apartament jest bardzo mały. Przy rozłożonej dla trzeciej osoby kanapie nie ma się jak poruszać.

• David (8/5): Really beautiful location, ordinary room. - The location of this apartment is certainly the best thing about it. It's in the 1st Bezirk, in a gorgeous and wonderfully-maintained courtyard. Marvelous cafés, bars, and restaurants by the dozens are close by. The nearby shops are the most elegant in the city, if you have a ton of money to spend. The room was otherwise quite ordinary, but comfortable enough, with a good bed. We could not get the Braun coffee-maker to work despite much effort and resorting to YouTube for instructions; we suppose it was broken. Later we did find a regular filter-type maker in the cupboard. The shower was the flimsy type very common in Europe, which for us is tricky and even risky to enter and exit. The room directly abutted the beautiful street/courtyard, but was the sealed glass doors on that side are covered in translucent white plastic, so there is no view at all, as though we were in a florescent-lit basement. A window equipped with blinds would have been fantastic. The owner should consider building a suitable window, which would add a lot, I think, to the price that could be charged. The apartment is right at ground level, so architecting a window that would still provide privacy would admittedly be a challange. The nearest metro station is a bit of a walk, but still the location is wonderful.

• Holger (9/5): Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung im absolutem Stadtzentrum - Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt im absolutem Stadtzentrum in einem kleinen, begrüntem Hinterhof. Es ist alles Notwendige da, sauber und sehr ruhig. Jetzt im Winter auch mit einem ausgezeichnetem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Sommer weiß ich einfach nicht.

Bavulları bırakacak yer olmadığı için check in saatine kadar 30 euro olarak anlaştık ancak sonra vazgeçtiler ve mağdur olduk. İletişimleri yetersiz. Herkes birbirinden farklı cevap yazıyor.

• Johanna (5/5): Offensichtlich wird hier versucht, mit möglichst wenig Aufwand möglichst viel Geld zu machen! - Zentrale Lage nahe Stephansdom und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, dabei gleichzeitig ruhig Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt läuft offensichtlich über KI, ich habe nie etwas so Unpersönliches erlebt, Bis zum Schluss war es nicht möglich, die Zahl der Gäste anzupassen. Der Fernseher ging nicht, die Tür zur Dusche geht falschrum auf, so dass man kaum reinkommt (und ich bin schlank! daran liegt's nicht!). Die Dusche reagiert ewig nicht auf Veränderungen der Temperatur.

• Nicole Maina (9/5): - Monolocale moderno e ristrutturato da poco, angolo cucina piccolissimo ma abbastanza accessoriato. Possibile cucinare qualche piatto semplice. Posizione impagabile centralissima, praticamente non abbiamo mai usato i mezzi pubblici perché tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Questo monolocale è decisamente troppo piccolo per quattro persone, una volta aperto il divano letto non è più possibile (!) attraversare la stanza, LETTERALMENTE. Come hanno già scritto altri, c'è poco posto per riporre le cose, ma su nostra richiesta hanno provveduto (all'ultimo) a metterci uno scaffale in bagno.

The bathroom was big but it has the smallest shower and no counter space to put your clothes or toothbrushes. A table in the bathroom could easily fix that. Not a good use of space. They wanted to charge us extra to check in early, which we declined. But they messaged us 10 minutes past check in time for our door key code
