• Rowan (8/5): What i wanted, somewhere to recover from the trauma of long distance flight and central to the sights - It was quiet, facilities were good the bathroom was clean modern functional Ground floor, street facing, not a huge issue. Furniture was cheap ikea, but it was basically new

• Yu Yun (8/5): 住宿地點路口馬路有71A、74A公車，如果搭電車或地鐵也只要走一小段路就可以了，附近也有Billa等連鎖超市，生活機能便利。這次三個人入住，空間很足夠。這個地點距離機場與老城區都很近，非常推薦給要到維也納旅遊的人。 - 空間很大
• Vajkanovic (5/5): - Location At the entrance of the building where our apartment was located, there was a storage room directly across from our door that contained garbage bins, which gave off an unpleasant smell. I hadn’t read or seen anything about this beforehand, and it negatively affected my overall impression. The cleanliness could have been better. When we arrived, there was a drying rack with laundry in the apartment, which made it feel a bit unprofessional. Overall, I would rate it 5 out of 10.

• Julia (9/5): Fajnie było - Czysto, niezła lokalizacja, dobre połączenie z centrum miasta, do Belwederu można się przespacerować. Od gospodarza otrzymaliśmy szczegòłowe dane jak dostać się do apartamentu. Są naczynia. Brak deski do krojenia. Przydałaby się mikrofalówka. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, że w przedpokoju suszy się wyprana pościel. Zbyt gorąco, a był to luty. Pierwszy raz w trakcie wynajmu spotkałam się z wyliczeniem kar za każde przewinienie od palenia do złamania ciszy nocnej, dość drakońskie. Trochę poczułam się jak uczniak na wycieczce. Sejf na klucze jest niewygodny, radziłabym go wymienić.

• D.M.A. (5/5): Voldoende. Ik heb in betere apartementen gelogeerd in Wenen. - Bij binnenkomst stond er een groot rek met natte was midden in de kamer. Dit maakte de ruimte erg vochtig en onplezierig. Het heeft er twee dagen gestaan. Er was geen koffie en/ of thee. De wifi code was lastig te vinden. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als er een instructie blad op de tafel had gelegen.

• Szatyi (7/5): - Az elrendezés és a berendezés praktikus, modern. A bejutás is nagyon szuper. Nagyon jó helyen van, közel van ami szükséges. A pótágy kényelmetlen volt, a mosdó kerekesszékkel nehezen használható. Hűvös volt a lakásban és a nagymosás meg nem száradt ruhái ott vártak bennünket és 3 nap alatt sem száradtak meg. A törölközők is vizesek voltak, száraz nem is volt. Sajnos mikro nem volt.
• Mehri (7/5): Buon appartamento ma migliorabile - La struttura era in una buona posizione, vicina alla metro e a parecchi supermercati e ristoranti. Un bell’appartamento adatto a due adulti, Massimo 3, ma per due adulti e due bambini era abbastanza comodo. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato uno stendino pieno zeppo di panni zuppi e si sentiva un forte odore di umido. C’erano solo 4 asciugamani grandi, le pentole e le padelle erano completamente rigate e rovinate, direi inutilizzabili. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato l’host per farci togliere lo stendino, ma è stata una lunga trattativa, non capisco il perché di questa cattiva usanza. Alla fine abbiamo risolto, ci hanno portato asciugamani in più e siamo stati bene. Io consiglierei di migliorare alcune cose, perché potrebbero sicuramente alzare il livello delle recensioni.

• Nantia (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολυ βολική, το κατάλυμα είχε τα παντα και πολυ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το στρώμα δεν ηταν άνετο, τα μαξιλάρια επιεικώς χαλια , η σιδερώστρα δεν είχε κάλυμμα και δεν υπάρχει θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο εκτός του μπάνιου που για να πιάνει θερμοκρασία και το υπόλοιπο έπρεπε να το αφήνεις ανοιχτό ολη μερα και τη πόρτα του μπάνιου ανοιχτή. Επίσης το βράδυ της άφιξης μας είχε μεσα απλωμένα κλινοσκεπασματα μούσκεμα που εσταζαν στο πάτωμα με αποτέλεσμα το δωμάτιο να μυρίζει υγρασία, μετά απο email που το ανέφερα την επόμενη ημέρα έστειλαν άνθρωπο να τα μαζέψει και ζήτησαν συγγνώμη για το λάθος τους.

• Günter (7/5): Schönes Wetter, Alles in Allem angenehme Wohnung - Lage, Größe und Ausstattung passten gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen. Erdgeschosswohnung (ohne Vorhänge kann jeder Vorbeikommende reinschauen). Da die Lüftung offenbar nicht funktionierte, mussten wir regelmässig nach vorne raus lüften. Für eigene Dinge (Kleidung) war der Stauraum (Schrankraum) für die 2 Wochen, die wir da waren, bei 2 Personen etwas zu gering ausgelegt.
• Besjan (9/5): Big, Clean and near public transports - Big space for a family of three, clean, warm. Two supermarkets near and coffees. Only one restorant but we ate near the center anyway, it didn't bother us. The bus station is very close. Train station for the airport is 10min walk. It's on the ground floor and you can't fully open the windows. But not a busy road anyway so not really a problem.
• Roberto (7/5): Gente vaga y ruin - El dpto está muy bien acondicionado y equipado Cuando reservas te aparecen ciertas condiciones de parte del anfitrión que son abusivas: amenaza con aplicar multa de 200 euros si el cliente pierde la llave...por otra parte encontré el lavatorio del baño inutilizado por tapón de pelos que tuve que retirar personalmente. Sin cobrar el servicio de plomería. Si publicas un dpto en alquiler, es tu obligación que esté en condiciones. Eso lo convierte en un contrato abusivo dado que cuando uno llega no es el mejor el momento para exigir que se cumpla lo convenido. Estas actitudes de desidia y destrato con los usuarios debiera ser sancionada
• Silvia (9/5): - L'appartamento è pulito e accogliente, in cucina c'è tutto il necessario, il letto è comodo. La struttura è abbastanza centrale e ben collegata, quindi tutte le attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi. Il proprietario risponde rapidamente. Lo stendino nella stanza con la biancheria da camera messa ad asciugare (comunque era biancheria pulita quindi il fastidio è minimo)
• Vincenzo Mario (7/5): - La posizione della struttura, vicina al centro storico ed ai mezzi pubblici: metropolitana U3, ferrovia suburbana per l'aeroporto (stazione St. Marx) e varie linee di autobus e tram. Inoltre ci sono molti supermercati nelle vicinanze. Lo stendibiancheria esposto nella sala con i panni bagnati (non i nostri) e, quindi, con relativo cattivo odore di umidità è una cosa che non si può vedere; la toilette non era provvista di aspirazione e, pertanto, bisognava lasciare la porta aperta... Il water era molto piccolo, dietro la lavatrice c'era sporcizia, la porta non si chiudeva completamente; le pareti della casa erano in più punti sporche, così come la tovaglia del tavolo era piena di macchie; il freezer del frigorifero era pieno di ghiaccio; i telecomandi della tv avevano le batterie scariche o, comunque, non funzionavano. Peccato, basterebbe veramente poco per rendere migliore l'appartamento. In ultimo, se proprio non volete comprare una macchina per il caffè espresso, acquistate con pochi euro una caffettiera (moka), visto che i turisti possono arrivare da varie parti del mondo.

• Robert (8/5): Not happy. - Location is close to shops and train station When we arrived we were advised by a tradesman who come to inspect the washing machine, that it was not functioning. We then received a phone call to say that someone would call with a replacement between 4.30 and 5.00 pm that same evening. We were staying there for three nights and no machine was forthcoming. Not happy.

• Thi (9/5): Superb - Value for money. Early check-in. Smooth self check-in and check-out. Very easy and fast communication with the apartment owner. A little bit far from centre, but good public transportation connection. No luggage storage after check-out. The curtain is not thick and dark enough to block the light.
• Wen—yan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need during a trip. It is also near U3 and Tram, which is very convenient to go sightseeing. The air in the apartment is not fresh. But the windows are on the ground floor and facing the road, its hard to get some fresh air in the room.

• Kim (9/5): Fresh, clean and really central, easy check in/out - Great instructions, located property and entered easily. Although basic, all is clean and pleasant. There were fruit tea and coffee pouches in the cupboard which was great but would have loved breakfast tea and a few uht milk portions. Laundry was drying on an airer in the room, I had read this in previous review so wasn't surprised but the only thing we would have preferred to have been different. Wasn't a big problem but we felt we had to leave the window open whilst we were out so it wasn't as warm as it might have been when we returned.

• Kderk (7/5): Good - Spacious and great to have access to a washing machine and kitchen. Some kitchenware was a little dirty and sheets a bit musty from drying on a clothes rack. A little far from the Vienna centre.
• Sevasti (6/5): Pleasant - It was close to the public transportation and spacious enough for two people. Pretty basic and value for money for a couple of nights in Vienna. Definitely not as shown in the photos. There were no instructions for the heating, the entire apartments needs some extra love because it was smelly and lacks a humidifier and some extra cleaning. The pillows have to go along with the towels that are there on the drying rack keeping you company on your stay which makes them have a bad odor unfortunately because they don't dry properly. Lastly, they are not willing to help you store your luggage on arrival/departure day.
• Haidee (10/5): Excellent, clean and spacious apartment, WiFi was great, facilities excellent and short distance to public transport. - It was clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well supplied with cutlery (of course including pastry forks!), dinnerware, cups, glasses, a toaster and kettle. Tablets were supplied for the dishwasher as well as washing up liquid for the sink - we found these in the cupboard under the fridge together with detergent for the washing machine. There was also sugar and salt in the cupboards. You will need to bring your own tea or coffee supplies. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was fantastic! As well as the underfloor heating, the apartment never felt cold. The WiFi was also fast and reliable. We never used the tv as we didn’t find the time. It was a short walking distance, 10 mins to the nearest metro station and about the same to the nearest tram. If we ever return to Vienna, we would definitely book again if available. Make sure to have the key when leaving the Apartment as the door will lock when closed. The pillows, duvets, sheets and pillow cases could really do with being renewed and replaced (the pillows especially) but they were freshly laundered.

• Nastassia (9/5): Superb - Really nice apartment in a good location. Everything was clean and pretty new. Even had a fan that really helped during heatwave. Overall good value for the money. Some shower gel and shampoo would be nice. But in general nothing to complain about.
• Mykola (8/5): Decent place to stay for a couple of days. - Very good location, 5 min to the nearest subway station, bus stop is even closer. Supermarkets are close to the place. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The host is polite and helpful. Good price/quality ratio. It could be a bit noisy, since it’s ground floor and you can hear everything what’s going on outside. However, the street is quite quiet, so if you fortunate enough your sleep won’t be disturbed. The apartments laundry is drying just in the middle of the apartment.

• Gawon (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and check-in was easy. The location was good, you can get to different attractions quickly within 30 minutes by public transportation. There are supermarkets nearby. It is on a rather quiet street so we had no problems sleeping at night. The kitchen was very minimal, you'll need to bring your salt, pepper or oil if you plan to cook. We had a problem with the bed, but they fixed it pretty quickly the next morning, so it was not too bad.

• Kristina (1/5): Bad - Nothing One big negative experience with accommodation. When we were choosing accommodation, we looked for accommodation with air conditioning, given that the temperatures exceeded 35 °C. We chose this accommodation because according to the description of the contents it met all our criteria. When we arrived at the apartment, we noticed that there is no air conditioning, but on the apartment page it says that it is. We think to ourselves, who is crazy? We call booking.com, which cannot do anything because the host does not agree to return the money, booking claims that they also write that the apartment has air conditioning. The host does not respond to our complaints, he is obliged to find us another accommodation according to the rules. No feedback from him. At the same time, the host deletes the existence of the air conditioner from the object's content page and tells booking that we made up the whole story just to get a refund because we allegedly didn't like the accommodation. Namely, we tried to survive one night, but we simply couldn't. It was unbearably hot, steamy, stifling and smelled of dampness. The apartment is on the ground floor right next to the road, so sleeping with the windows open was out of the question due to the prying eyes of pedestrians. We noticed that several items listed in the contents of the apartment do not actually exist, such as a coffee machine, there are not enough utensils for eating and drinking, there are no pots to prepare a meal, the bed for the third person is not furnished. I rent accommodation in Croatia, and I would never give false information to my guests, deceive them just to make money, pretend that I have air conditioning, a swimming pool, a gym or anything just to keep the apartment full. We feel cheated by the owner who lied to us and by the booking company that wants to earn its 15% commission.

• Raluca (9/5): Nice apartment close to Prater - Very clean nice apartment, close to the subway. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing restaurants around. It works best for maximum 2 people. The hairdryer didn’t work, but I guess this can happen. We enjoyed our stay.

• Ekaterine (1/5): Do not recomment this dirty apartment - Location The apartment was dirty. We were told that the cleaning lady would arrive before 3pm, but she did not show up at all. The sheets,pillow cases and towels were totally dirty and torn up. Floor of the apartment of full of dust and because of this kid had allergic seizures. Wi-fi password did not work and cups were dirty(someone's lipstick was on the cup). It's a shame to receive such service from European apartment!

Located on quiet street, number of shops just around the corner. Pillows are terrible, my head was aching. Please change them , they are not expensive!

• Simos.2 (9/5): Superb - This is a fully equipped apartments near Kardinal-Nagl-Platz metro and 15minutes far Sankt Marx station/metro where you can take the train to the international airport. This flat is well fournished and equipped with all comforts such as washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, tv, towels, 1double bedroom and one sofa which, once opened, may be used as a third bed as we did. The staff was very nice and here you can do a no contact check-in or check-out, helpful in case of early flight.
• Krzysztof (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment have very good localization. 5min to metro, 30min by food to city center, good connection to parking. Kichen well equipped however was no any glass for wine. When we arrived we saw wet towels at front of entrance and in whole apartment was possible to full wet smell of towers. That was really disappointed at beginning. Apartment is on "street" flor, with windows to street. So, as result windows must be always covered to have some privacy. This could be really difficult during summer time, all day without day light. Pillow was very "tired" and uncomfortable. Water come out very slowly in shower, the same issue was in sink, seems from long time nobody clean it.

(answered couple of my questions promptly) The housemaid should not leave linens to dry inside the apartment, because the air gets very humid, the first impression is not very good then :) (this would be the advise to the owner) Also, apartment is ready for painting (another advice).... :) P. S. Apartment is advertised as "One Bedroom Apartment", but this is actually a Studio, because the glass door which separate the sleeping area from dining area does not make this "one bedroom apartment"... If a family would want kids to sleep separate from parents, it is not possible, double bed is just next to sofa bed...

Parking situation in Vienna is difficult, I used the PAYUCA app, there is a garage at a walking distance.

• Viktor (8/5): Very good - We really liked accommodation, its inventory of appliances and design. Location was perfect for our business purposes. Location is great, easily accessible from the central train station by tram. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets with convenient access nearby. Key box and the door of the accommodation was quite hard to find. Thing is, explanation note on check in, told that there will be a black key box righthand side of the door, and that our apartment number will be "top 8", unfortunately key box was silver with some black, on the left hand side of the door, also there is no easily visible name of the apartments, also apartment top 8 was not marked on the house-bell switchboard - so affirming that it was a right place at 11pm, was not easy.
