• MARIA PAZ (1/5): Pésimo - Únicamente la ubicación, no demasiado lejos del centro y con transporte público cerca. Fuimos 5 adultos de miércoles noche a 8 de la mañana del domingo. El jueves comprobamos que la cafetera no funciona. Avisamos al dueño, Yehonatan, vino sobre las 6 de la tarde y nos intentó engañar, primero nos dijo que la cafetera no estaba incluida en los servicios que anunciaba booking, cuando le enseñamos la página y vio que sí, nos dijo que hasta el domingo no nos podía traer la cafetera porque al día siguiente, viernes, era fiesta (por supuesto al día siguiente no era fiesta y todas las tiendas estaban abiertas. Le dijimos que todavía le daba tiempo esa tarde para ir a buscar una cafetera (eran las 18’30h) pero nos dijo que no tenía tiempo. Le pedimos que nos reintegrara parte del importe pagado para los gastos del desayuno y también se negó y nos dijo que nos daba 50€ para que compráramos nosotras la cafetera, a lo que por supuesto, nos negamos. Le dijimos entonces que reclamaríamos a booking y se puso a gritarnos que no le amenazáramos porque no tenía obligación de facilitarnos la cafetera ni devolvernos parte de lo pagado. Ante tal comportamiento llamamos a booking que rápidamente nos atendieron y le llamaron para que solucionara el problema. Yehonatan nos mandó un mensaje diciendo que al día siguiente a las 11h. nos llevaba la cafetera pero nosotros teníamos concertada una visita turística a las 10 y le dijimos que o a las 8h o no podíamos. Finalmente booking nos ofreció el reintegro de una parte del importe pagado ante la falta de solución. Además de esto, el apartamento tiene falta de limpieza, cocina con pringue en los agarradores de los cajones y sartenes, sandwichera con comida pegada, sábanas y toallas muy arrugadas y de mala calidad. La secadora y algunos cajones de armarios llenos de sábanas, almohadas y edredones apretujados. Cuarto de baño con manchas de humedad y un solo enchufe sin corriente.

Réseau Wi-Fi hors service et lumière dans les toilettes hors service : malgré notre réclamation dès notre arrivée, personne n'est intervenu. c'est resté comme ça pendant tout notre séjour. Literie pas très confortable. Problème majeur pour ceux qui ont besoin de dormir dans l'obscurité : pas de rideaux opaques ni de volets : impossible de faire de l'obscurité dans les chambres à coucher. Dès le petit matin, il y faisait jour comme en pleine journée + éclairage nocturne de la rue pendant toute la nuit.

• Kathrin (7/5): - Großzügige, saubere und funktionale Wohnung für eine große Familie, alles da, was man braucht ( sogar Fön, Bügeleisen und -Brett, große Spülmaschine, ausreichend Töpfe, Balkon ...). Zur Altstadt zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Toller renovierter Altbau. Die Wohnung hätte ruhig ein bisschen gemütlicher und liebevoller ausgestattet werden können (Bilder, Sofakissen, Tischsets, Servietten, Deko …); manche Möbel sind auch schon ziemlich abgenutzt und nicht mehr so schön. Aber man ist ja sowieso meistens unterwegs, es hat uns also nicht so gestört.
• Pere Victor (8/5): Bien tranquilo y cerca del centro andando y en transporte publico un momento - Zona tranquila cerca del metro y tranvia, camas y habitaciones grandes y comodas. Hemos estado bastante bien en general ibamos dos personas mayores 60 y dos de 30. Podias ir andando desde el centro eran 20-30 minutos Faltaba bastante iluminación, habían varias bombillas fundidas y en si había poca luz, faltaban detalles que harían que mejorara mucho el hospedaje, poner algún espejo más, dejar alguna cápsula de café de bienvenida o gel de ducha, pequeños detalles que no tienen demasiada importancia pero que hacen que la experiencia se valore mejor. Aun así hemos estado bastante bien.

• Mary Jane (5/5): - Complete kitchen utensils. Overall we had a pleasant stay. However, when we arrived the bed linen did not appear freshly changed as we noticed some hairs on the sheets. We requested fresh linen and it was delivered the following morning, which we appreciated. It might also be worth investing in new pillows and sheets, and double-checking that cleaning has been fully completed before guests arrive.
• Марина (7/5): Район гарний,чисто на вулицях , поряд магазини, в квартирі чисто, подушки і ковдри страшненькі - Сподобалось розміщення Дуже прикро , що фен не працював, на вулиці сніг і мороз. Пральна повна брудної білизни і закрита на замок. То як це ? Пральна є чи нема? Скористатись не вийшло. Такого ще не бачили.На кухні могли б залишити пакетики чаю( це ж копійки!). Ножі тупі. На кухню і ванну одна пляшечка миючого. Хіба так дорого коштують одноразові шампуні . Нас 7 чол було і бігали з тією баночкою то на кухню , то у ванну

• Héctor Dennis (9/5): Buena opción - La ubicación es buena, dormimos 6 personas en el piso y todo muy cómodo, estaría bien dejar un poco de aceite y cosas de cocina básicas. Solo tiene 1 espejo, las mujeres valoran tener más y de cuerpo completo, es una recomendación, a la habitación que estaba al lado de la sala no le funcionaba el calentador.

• Teo (7/5): Nu aș mai reveni, mi se pare un scor mare cel calculat. - Spațios și cu legături bune către transportul în comun. Parcare publică chiar în spatele blocului. Apartament învechit cu pereți murdari. Lenjerii necălcate, mobilier uzat, în bucătărie în apropierea blatului, la vedere era găleata folosită la curățenie. Mașina de spălat plină de lenjeriile folosite anterior.

• Andrei (10/5): Отличное место!!! - Хорошая, просторная, чистая квартира. Отличные спальные места с хорошим и главное очень чистым бельем. Достаточное количество полотенец. Понятные инструкции для заселения. На кухне есть абсолютно все необходимое для приготовления. Первый объект где встретил идеально острый нож в кухонных принадлежностях , что очень повеселило! Практически полное отсутствие возможности найти свободное парковочное место вокруг дома. Но рядом в 2 минутах хорошая недорогая подземная парковка.

Tüm evde sadece banyoda ayna var ve banyodaki prize fiş takılamıyor. Çarşaflar çok remiz gelmedi. 7 kişi konakladık ama 7. Yatak hem hazır değildi hem de çok rahatsızdı. Banyodaki çöp kovası çok küçüktü. Tuvalette çöp kovası yoktu.

• NEF (8/5): Просторен апартамент! - Просторен апартамент в тих квартал. Близки супермаркети. Пешеходно разстояние до центъра. Отлична комуникация. Три големи спални, кухня и всекидневна. Удобен за повече хора. В близост отличен подземен паркинг срещу заплащане. Нямаше оставени капсули и трябваше да търсим супермаркет и да закупим. Изненада...кафемашината не работеше, уведомихме собственика. Наложи се спешно да и направим сами ремонт, ако искаме да я ползваме. Отне ни доста време, но успяхме :) Осветлението в кухнята е много слабо, трябва да се коригира. В една от спалните няма къде да закачиш дрехите си и това беше неудобно. Голямо огледало би било добре също да има.

• Wenrui (7/5): It is quite clean and good location. I hope the owner will provide capsules for the future. - The location is quite close to downtown. It only takes around 15 minutes by tram. The main bedroom is big, but the living room and the other two bedrooms are small. There are two bathrooms, one of which is big and with a shower, and the other is only a guest toilet. In general, there is enough space for 6 people. There is a capsule coffee machine, but no capsules. The owner answered that they didn't provide capsules. So, what does a capsule coffee machine mean in the house? But, I like the owner's attitude to aim having a rate of 10.

The location was perfect, with plenty of public transport options nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

The area is very quiet and safe. I recommend the location for families or groups of friends. There is a lack of vision and style in the interior design, and a and a lack of attention to details that make the difference.

I suggest it to travelers who are planing to stay in Vienna more than 3 nights because for longer period preparing food, cafe and drinks would be more reasonable. Traveler should find a place for luggage after check out because apartment could not carry it for more than very few hours. It is reasonable and this is the issue which should be thought in front when an apartment is booked instead of hotel.

Easy check in and entry instructions. Lack of air conditioning ( which I think is common in Europe ) in the summer was not so bad because he provided fans and the windows allowed a cross breeze. But if the weather was hotter I could see how the lack of AC could be uncomfortable.

Spacious apartment on a quiet street, and instructions to obtain keys were straightforward. Price was good. Apartment was not clean - one bed was not clean, and overall it was very dusty. The host stopped responding to messages after we picked up the keys, including the request for clean bedding. The dishwasher was broken, as was the shower curtain holder.

• Raelene (8/5): Very good - Spacious, good location and convenient with public transport. Easy check in process and the lift is very much appreciated when you have luggage. The host is easily contactable before and during our stay. Simple/minimal kitchen utensils provided. Kitchen equipment should be checked regularly to make sure they are fully functional. We could not get the oven to work. Would be nice to have instructions on how to use the washing machine. Maybe is time to replace the old beds with squeaky noise and some new pillows.

The apartment was clean and had everything that is needed. We enjoyed the nearby supermarket and the accessibility to the public transportation. It was very hot in Vienna, a fan would be helpful
• Aovan (10/5): Plus plus 10!!! - Is a very spacious apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and it was enough space for everybody. The apartment is situated in Central area, at 7 minutes of Prater's Park. There you can find metro, bus and tram. In the apartment you can find everything what you need for a good journey. A very important thing: parking car is available underground, next street. The price is 6€/day.Our host was very kindly. Nothing!

The kitchen is fully equipped, there are one big bathroom and another separate toilet.
