• Daryna (10/5): Найкраще співвідношення ціни та якості! - Приватне паркування, наявність інтернету (в описі написано, що його нема, але він є, бажано змінити в описі), розташування!!! В пішій доступності до центру, наявність поряд супермаркетів на будь-який смак, чисто, тихо! Наявність продуктів першої необхідності Це більше як побажання:) якщо заселення на пару ночей, було б доречним пару капсул для кави!
• Erich (8/5): Comfortable one-room apartment in lively location. - Spacious one-room apartment. Parking place included. Hosts are available 24h/day and very responsive if anything is needed. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed for a couple of days. Public transport (Tram, U-Bahn), shopping and restaurants just one minute away. The warm/hot water pressure in the shower was quite low. For one person ok - not sure what happens if two or more people need to shower.

The video is absolutely helpful how to find the parking slot and how to get to the parking. Its amazing, ive never seen this kind of proffesionalizm on Booking. Also the apartment is so cool, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, internet, everething is so so so good! Thank you so much for everything!!!

• Turhan (8/5): Thanks for the clean apartment.. - The location, cleanliness, the COFFE machine. Partial lack of privacy(proximity to other apartments) , small bathroom, lack of some white goods(Oven, microwave).

• Julien (1/5): A deeply disappointing experience – misleading listing, poor condition, and unresponsive host - The only accurate part of the listing was the location: close to a metro station, but in a neighborhood that feels sketchy at night and offers more kebabs than any trace of Austrian atmosphere. Our stay in this apartment was unacceptable. From the moment we reported serious issues, the host completely ignored us. This level of disregard is simply outrageous and should not be tolerated on a platform like Booking.com. Major problems: 1) Sleeping arrangements were a nightmare: - The 1st sofa bed was far too small for our two teenagers (1.70 m long) - On the 2nd one we were forced to squeeze three people onto it, resulting in two extremely uncomfortable nights. - The apartment is advertised for more people than it can realistically accommodate. 3 would be the max! 2) Basic furniture missing: - No proper dining table, only a tiny one with three chairs – impossible to eat meals with five people. - We had to eat all our breakfasts and dinners outside, which added over €140 in unexpected expenses. 3) False advertising and poor maintenance: - The apartment looks nothing like the photos shown online. - It was in poor condition – I have photos to prove it. 4) Bathroom issues: - The toilet and bathroom are absolutely tiny and very inconvenient. - Incredibly, there was no mirror in the bathroom – this is just basic equipment! 5) Total lack of privacy: - The apartment has a direct view into neighboring balconies, which are very close. - This creates a very uncomfortable situation, especially when exiting the shower. - Yes, there are curtains – but you can’t live in the dark all day just to avoid being watched. This is a serious design flaw. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious. This listing is misleading, and the host’s complete lack of communication once problems arise is unacceptable.
• Robert (6/5): Gemütliche Wohnung Wien - I was surprised upon opening the apartment door how spacious the apartment was. It was far better than I imagined after reading the criteria after I made the the booking. Was cleaner than I expected. Very quiet and good to get a good night's sleep after walking through town. The toilet and bathroom are absolutely small. No mirror in the bathroom. There was a long hair on the sheet in the bed from I assume my predecessor or the cleaning staff! Absolutely not understandable, there are no smoke detectors on the ceilings to warn in the event of fire. The apartment should be completed before being rented. The TV doesn't really function!

• Daniela (8/5): Very good - The room is spacious and with lots of daylight. toilet and bathroom very clean. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. The area is very comfortable and tourist friendly. All in all the place is as described. The sofa bed is small, not fit for two young adults. Maybe for two kids. The entrance windows should also have curtains for privacy and to block morning light. A morror in the bathroom could have been great.

• Zane (5/5): Decent, but would never choose again. - There was a coffee machine. The shower was clean. Good location, close to metro station. The main bed was OK. The flat is quite old (not quite what was shown in pictures). Very, very uncomfortable sofa. This definitely is not a 4 adult people accommodation, it is for 2 people + 1 child maximum. The flat is small. It is not comfortable to use kitchen. Floor in wc was totally cold all the time. In general flat was not very clean, as we traveled 4 adults with a small child, I would not recommend staying there. Heating system was very loud. As well I did not.like that host asked me to rate them 10, not to write my true impressions.

The apartment was clean. We were a family of 4 adults and in the second bed (which is a sofa bed) you cannot sleep with 2 people. The apartment is rather for 3.

• Emir (2/5): A horible place to stay - Wifi Apart from a decent wifi connection and somewhat decent location, everything about this apartment was wrong. Too name a few things: - dirty and dusty - no mirror in the bathroom - holes in the walls and one of the doors - in a way looks like a construction site - advertised as adequate for 2 adults and 2 kids but it is not - the sofa intended for kids is too small, partly broken (it is not flat, but one half is leaning towards the floor) and horribly uncomfortable - no closet space
• Vassilis (3/5): 4 days sleepless in Vienna - The location. It is close to the metro station, line U3. It is listed as suitable for 4 guests, but it has only 2 chairs for the table and the beds can only fit 3 people. The second bed is actually a small sofa, that tilts outwards. It is impossible for our 2 kids to sleep there. So, we had no other option than to sleep our 1 daughter on the other bed. Also, 1 bathroom, which only had a toilet and nothing else, was too narrow and it could hardly fit 1 person.
