Guest Reviews
- Dawn (9/5): Overall, it was a very nice place to stay - I was there as an artist installing for the Venice Biennale in the Arsenale building so the location was very convenient for my daily walks there and back. I like the tranquility and authenticity of the neighborhood.
- Kaldun (9/5): Excelente - Excelente Muy bueno todo
- Antra (8/5): Very good location, good heating system, comfortable - Good location Mosqitos:))

- Sabine (7/5): - The apartment is in a quiet location walking distance to the square San Marco. The apartment has foul odor, like sewage, especially the ground floor bathroom. The sofa bed in the first floor does not have a good mattress.
- Elise (10/5): - Excellent emplacement au calme, proche de tout mais un peu à l’écart de la foule.
Confortable, bien équipé. Rien.
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Great location and clean. I booked the apartment because it had two bathrooms. The downstairs toilet was broken and the shower was in the bath with no shower curtain. So really not useable. 5 adults had to share 1 bathroom. Not ideal. I would suggest the second bathroom is updated before advertising it as second bathroom. The shower should be fully functional. You do have to take your own waste away with you when you leave. Again a little bazaar 😂 you have to take the rubbish out on a Saturday morning so the bins can be collected. You just put them in the square which is fine. But when you leave any day after the Saturday you have to take your rubbish with you. We luckily left on the Sunday so only had one bag to dispose of but had to walk for about 30 mins till we found some where to dump the waste. You struggle to find waste bins throughout Venice. If you leave the waste in the apartment they fine you €50 all a bit weird😂 possibly just the way it works due to the transportation issues around the canals. . All in all a great stay would I stay again yes if I only needed 1 bathroom.
- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (10/5): Roomy and quiet in Castello area - Excellent location quiet area but near centre and facilities. Nice roomy two stories. Outlook onto to square and canal.and close to Vaparetto stop There is only ever one problem in Venice too many tourists like us.And the cheek of the Venetians to build streets and canals that are so beautiful but you get lost easily!!!
- Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maisie (9/5): A very comfortable stay. House is very well situated and in a nice neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again! - Located in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle & bustle of tourists but close enough to get to all the sites, plus nice bars and shops for essentials close by.
Cute little square with a canal running through.
Felt safe & secure.
Well stocked with implements for cooking, as well as basic food items like salt, pepper, oils etc. Even some coffee! I always like to see things left by previous guests being put to use rather than thrown away.
Weather was inclement while we visited so we used the heating to dry out and warm up, which was very efficient.
Really great hosts who kept in contact via messages before and during our stay and recommended lots of nice restaurants and closest shop, also made checking in and out very easy with lots of instructions and information! Was a bit noisy in the mornings in the front bedroom when rubbish/recycling was being set out. Bells also chime from around 7am. With windows open you hear everything, so if you are not an early riser you would be better at the back of the property.
Slightly smelly in downstairs bathroom but smell did not travel upstairs at all. TVs in front bedroom and living area didn’t seem to work very well (not a problem, we weren’t there to watch TV!)
- Juan (10/5): Very pleasant stay - We were very comfortable and at ease, the house is very well located and we had a very pleasant stay.
- Svetlana (10/5): Lovely, spacious house in a perfect location - This is a beautiful, spacious house in the perfect location in Venice: close to everything, yet calm and secluded from the touristy hustle. As a group or friends visiting Biennale, we enjoyed being just minutes away from Arsenale, as well as being surrounded by authentic, non touristy restaurants and local life. The house has everything one can possibly need and it is located in a lovely, peaceful little square. Highly recommended! everything was great
- Anita (9/5): Superb -
- Kamila (8/5): Very good - The location was prefekt. It was close to the city center. Unfortunately there is something wrong with the air conditioning. On the first day it didn't work,so the temperature upstairs was 28*, so it was hot like outside. At one night it starts to work, but in the morning the ceiling above the stairs was wet and the whole carpet too. I wrote to message to the person, whi was an „assistent”, but he can not help. As he said „he is only key holder”. Admistration wrote me on booking to empty container under airconditoner, Włoch collection water. Particullary it was empty bottle after mineral water. Nevertheless upstairs was very hot and we can not sleep well.
- Roksana (9/5): A piece of real Venice - The property is a two-floor apartment with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and two fully equipped bathrooms (one on the ground floor, one on the second floor). We were five people, so that was really helpful.
The area around the apartment is really quiet, but we had to keep the windows open during the night because the AC wasn't working (which we were duly notified about), so there was some disturbance in the morning (the garbage collector, the church bell).
All in all, though, our stay was very pleasant - there was a shop nearby and there was everything we needed in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil). We could really feel the real Venice!
- Ваня (10/5): Exceptional - the place is in a great location. it's very quiet. the women are very kind. we would come back again :)
- Maria (10/5): located close to all major attractions and vaporetto stops; freshly renovated, has everything for a comfortable stay, ve -
- Iwo (10/5): I thruly reccomended this apartament - very clear and calm
